I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Edenbrothers. I was really excited to order a Jumbo Black Diamond Elephant Ear Bulb from them on 12/18/22. I mean, who wouldn't want a giant, beautiful bulb like that? I paid $30.19 for it, which isn't cheap, but I figured it would be worth it.

But then things started to go wrong. First of all, I started getting all these coupons from them in my email. I mean, I appreciate a good deal as much as the next person, but I didn't need a new coupon every day. What I needed was a shipping confirmation, which they promised me but never sent.

Now, I'm not the most mobile person in the world, so I don't check my mailbox every day. It turns out that the bulb was delivered a day ago, but I didn't know that until today. And when I finally went to check my mailbox, I found the bulb sitting there in the freezing cold. It's dead now, of course.

But that's not even the worst part. The bulb that I got is nowhere near the size that I was expecting. According to their website, it should be 7" - 9" in circumference. But this thing is just over 2 1/8" from one end to the other. I mean, seriously? This is what I get after waiting for four months and paying for shipping?

And this isn't the first time that Edenbrothers has let me down. Last year, I ordered the same bulb from them and they sent me a standard green bulb instead. I mean, come on. How hard is it to get an order right?

I'm just so frustrated with this company. They post pictures of these beautiful, giant bulbs on their website, but then they send me something that's barely bigger than a golf ball. It's insulting, really. I'm done with Edenbrothers.

So, I was checkin' my email and saw one from Eden Brothers. Their website looked pretty nice and they had some flowers I hadn't seen before. I added and removed stuff from my cart until it was about $200. Then I put in my billing info and was about to hit the order button when I thought, "Hold up, have I even checked these guys out on Sitejabber?" I did and the reviews were terrible. So, I closed the site without ordering, but I didn't erase my billing info. I thought I was good since I didn't actually place an order. But then, a couple months later, I got a box full of plants, bulbs, and seeds! It wasn't even time to plant them yet and we were still gettin' freeze warnings. I went back to the site to see how to return the stuff and found out they don't accept returns or have any warranty! What kind of company does that? First, they send me stuff I didn't even ask for and then they won't take it back? I planted the bulbs and so far only the liatris is comin' up. No lilies yet. I planted the Phlox seeds and nothin' yet either. There were even caper seeds in there that I know I didn't order because I don't like capers and they only grow in zones 9-11. I'm in zone 5! But they charged me for 'em anyway. The plants all died while waitin' to be planted except for two and one of those died later. The other one is barely hangin' on. Eden Brothers has no honesty or integrity. They don't care about their customers at all. I say stay away from this company. They took advantage of me once, but they won't get the chance again.
