Don't order anything from Rotita! I have purchased a jacket and it took them almost five weeks to deliver it. There was a huge hole on the inside and two small stains on the right sleeve. I contacted the company and asked for a refund but they turned my life into a real nightmare. I wasted days fighting with them for my money and in the end they offered me only a discount on my next purchase! They are absolutely terrible and my advice to others is to stay far away from them!

I ordered a jacket from this site and it said uk size 18/20 which I ordered thinking it would be uk size but it's very small. I emailed them and the way they have replied makes me feel that I'm in fault for ordering the wrong size as it Asian sizes but that should be made aware to uk customers on the sizing charts which it isn't. I asked for my money back and they said normally the customer would need to return the item but because of the posting fee they said it would cost me more and they said they would give me compensation I explained I wanted the full refund for the item, they said they would offer me 15% compensation! Which I could use for my next order. I will not be using this company again! Their customer service is terrible, especially making a customer feel like they are in the wrong.since emailing me back that I would I would not be using them again they have not replied. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

These people are absolutely ridiculous and dishonest, stay away from Rotita. I've ordered 8 items and they did arrive in reasonable time, but the quality was terrible! No person would wear anything from what I received. I sent them over 30 messages, but they never replied! I'm so disappointed. Why didn't I check the reviews? Well, I'll never order from them again and I suggest everyone to do the same.

I've ordered something from Rotita over a month ago. Unfortunately, I never received my items. They gave me a tracking number which shows that my dresses were returned to Rotita warehouse. When I contacted them they said my order is on its way. When I told them about what was shown on their tracking service they said that was not possible. So I received no dresses and no money. They did apologize and offered me a 50% discount on my next order. Please do not order anything from Rotita!

I ordered two dresses from rotita.com and immediately got confirmation of my order. That was good... but, since then, it's been a flurry of confusion regarding purchase and shipping.
I got one email saying that my payment didn't go through. Then, without any action on my part, I got confirmation that the order shipped (this was 7-days after I placed the order.) Three days after the alleged shipping, however, I'm unable to "track" the package. Using the tracking link, provided by rotita.com, I plug in the shipping code and it says the package is "not found."
Based on the confusion over payment, I'm willing to bet the dresses will arrive... at some point... but I doubt they'll arrive in time for my event.
The dresses are relatively inexpensive, and the company's based in China, so I should have known this wasn't reliable. Lesson learned. I won't be shopping through Rotita again, no matter how many coupons and discounts are offered.

Rotita is not trustworthy and they stealing from their costumers. I made an order and paid extra money for rush delivery. This was back in January and it is now March, and my order still has not been shipped! I sent several email asking about the status of my order and was told my order was out of stock. Then I asked them to cancel my order and they emailed me back offering me a store credit! Now why would I want the credit, if I never plan on ever ordering from them again. All I want is my money back!

I purchased some stuff from Rotita in early January. I received nothing yet and it is now March! I emailed them numerous times but received no answer. I have been trying to contact them for weeks and I am getting no where with them. Please don't buy anything from them and avoid this website at all costs! They are real scammers. If you don't believe me then go online and check the reviews! I contacted PayPal and their representative said they have no idea of how to reach this company. I'm very disappointed!

The dress that I ought from Rotita website was a total garbage. It looked very cheap and was poorly made. The material was straight cheap polyester and the dress looked nothing like pictures. It was suppose to be a maxi dress but the dress I received was very small and did not fit at all. I would never, ever buy anything else from this company! I'm so disappointed that I've wasted my money on garbage. Don"t buy anything from this site you will be highly disappointed. The pictures you see on the site are not Rotita's pictures, notice they don't show any one of the models faces because its not their models, they are stealing pictures from other websites! Avoid!

I saw a cute dress on Rotita website and ordered it. But I was very disappointed when I opened the package. Seriously, the dress looked horrible and very rubbish. It looked nothing like the pictures posted on their website and material was not even the same. I decided not to return it because the return shipping was too expensive. This website is an absolute joke! Do not waste your money and time here.

I ordered three dresses from Rotita website and when my package finally arrived I was totally disgusted with my order! Dresses I received looked nothing like pictures on their website! Even colors were wrong! Dresses were made out of the cheapest material known to man! One dress was super shiny. According to their website there may be a little difference between photos and real products. Little? Are you kidding me? I contacted customer service and told how disgusted I was. And the only thing they said was „sorry”! Do not order anything from this ridiculous website! I'm so angry!

I ordered a dress from Rotita website and when it finally arrived everything seemed fine. I ordered a big size because I knew this was a Chinese company and the package that dress was put in said large size. But when I opened the package I saw a small piece of fabric! I contacted customer service and they have asked me to send them some pictures of the dress. I did as they said and they told me that shipping back would be too expensive and suggested me keeping the dress. Really? That was actually my prom dress! Avoid this horrible place!

The dress I ordered from Rotita arrived only yesterday and order was placed back in December! Not only that the dress looked nothing like the pictures posted on their website, it was also very thin and looked really cheap. It was also smaller than I ordered, when I tried it on I could hear the thread snapping. Absolutely rubbish dress. Another thing I'm noticing is that these Chinese sites are disguising the origin of their products and you only find out they're being shipped from China after you've paid. Never again I will buy anything from Rotita!

Do not waste your money with this company - they have fake reviews and you cannot return their bad quality goods

Update: after rotita finally agreed to refund my money, I sent my parcel tracked and signed for back to them in china... But how weird... My parcel has mysteriously vanished! I have an investigator looking into this, and will update my reviews very soon.

Two of three medium sized garments were way too small - I wasn't made aware that the sizing would be different. The third medium size did fit, but I just didn't like it.

After countless emails I found out their shipping would be deducted if I returned my goods. This was about 30% of the total cost. I also had to pay the return from the uk, with a costly tracking number.

Rotita actually suggested I sell the garments on ebay! The best offer was they would give me a 30% refund if I kept the garments, leaving me around £25 short.

The customer service is absolutely dreadful. Rotita reply with just one line and keep saying it's their policy to deduct the shipping if you return anything, even though the website clearly states 'free shipping worldwide', with no disclaimer on that page.

I would never ever ever recommend this company.

Update: rotita said they would refund my money. I sent my parcel back three weeks ago at a cost of £12.40 and I have still not received a refund. I am now over £50 down. See my latest update at the top of this review. Http://www.Complaintsboard. com/new_complaint/#

I ordered two lovely dresses from Rotita about three months ago. My order arrived only 5 days ago, and I've waited all these months only to get ugly looking junk. What I received was the worst articles of clothes imaginable. Quality was way off, items looked rubbish and one dress had several small holes. I never tried to get a refund, because these people never respond. These three months I was sending them emails asking about the status of my order and never received a reply. Save your hard earned money and never use this company!

Placed an order and later received a message from Rotita customer service that things I ordered were out of stock, so they cancelled my order. They suggested me to pick something else. I refused and asked them to cancel my order to get a refund. These people are scammers, they go under several different names on Facebook. After I asked for a refund received no response from them. I actually don't believe that they really have the clothes they advertise. I don't understand how they are still running a business, when there are so many complaints about them!

I would never order from this company again. I ordered a jacket from Rotita and it arrived damaged, threads were hanging out everywhere! I contacted their customer service, provided some pictures and demanded a refund. I received no response. After two weeks of no response I had to file complaint with PayPal. I received a message from them saying they would refund me $25. Absolutely ridiculous! I paid over $60 for that jacket and it was not my fault it was so ugly and defective. Save yourself the pain of dealing with this company and avoid Rotita at all costs!

I made an order in total of $20. They immediately charged my credit card and sent me a payment confirmation email. Then I discovered that Rotita took over $50 from me! I ordered three weeks ago and my items are not even shipped yet. I tried to call the company, but there was no answer, also they never respond to any emails. I didn't use PayPal and have no idea what to do or how to get my money back. After reading the reviews I doubt that I'll ever receive what I ordered. Be careful! These people are scammers, they'll take your money and disappear.

If you are smart enough then avoid Rotita and don't give them your money. I purchased something from them and spent over $180 thinking this company was quite reputable and safe. I never received what I paid for so I contacted my credit card company and opened a dispute hoping to get my money back. These people are thieves, they are dishonest and unfair! If my dispute doesn't end in my favor I'll just give up. There is no way to contact Rotita customer support, they never respond. I'll post negative feedbacks' everywhere can, I want to warn people about these scammers! Hope this helps someone.

I ordered things from Rotita, nothing ever arrived. I tried to contact them many times, but received no response. I sent them over 20 emails! Weeks later I got a message from Rotita customer service saying Thank you for your purchase and please order more! That is not funny! I got so mad and reported them to BBB, I also contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. This company is absolutely ridiculous! They make fun of people by sending stupid computer generated emails! These thieves took my money!

I so sick and tired of Rotita. 35 days passed since I made an order, so I contacted their customer service to see what was going on with my order. Since I received no response I contacted PayPal. Few more weeks passed and my order finally arrived. I was so excited to get it, but everything I received was two sizes smaller! I couldn't even pull them over my head. The return process is a real nightmare and they make it almost impossible to return anything. These people took my money and sent me some cheap children's clothes! Completely ridiculous. I want my money back.
