Don't be fooled by their site, it looks much better than it actually is. I ordered two dresses and one sweater from Rotita three weeks ago. I paid extra for express shipping, but my items never came. Then I a received a message from them stating they'll send my package soon and it will be delivered on Monday December 21. I don't believe, because they didn't even sent me my tracking number! I even tried to contact them about it. They answered me only once! They have a phone number, but it's pretty useless. And their online chat does not work. It's impossible to get in contact with them! I hope I'll get my items. If no, then I'll be out of $80. I hate myself for ordering something from Rotita!
