Quiznos Homosexual content

I agree that the contents of the Quiznos torpedo commercial is disgusting, degrading and inappropriate for viewing. Why must we be subject to such filth? This country is quickly on it way to a downward spiral into moral decay. We are a nation that was built on the principals of faith. God has blessed us with a system of wealth that other countries do not have. We have it printed on our money that we trust in God but God has been kicked out our schools and government. Our children are no longer safe to walk the halls because of terrorism from fellow students. They think it is cool to have tattoo's and be both homosexual and lesbians as well as heterosexual. Now we have to endure food commercials blatantly selling homosexuality. I am a christian and will not support this decay. It is our duty as citizens of this nation to demand moral integrity. If we don't take a stand, we have no right to voice our opinions. Other countries may not have the blessings that we do but morally, we are a poor and sickened nation that is on it's way to ruin.

the american mind is full of sex, the commercials, the tv shows, everything .no wonder there are so many rapists, child molesters and serial killers here in america. the good tv shows without the sex go off air after one season. sex sells in america. the african american are not rapists and child molesters because they don't watch that much tv. study, think and learn white america.

"We are a nation that was built on the principals of faith." Not. At. All. You're truly another theist idiot that blindly follows what your parents fed you whilst you were growing up. For your information, the founding fathers were Atheist. They didn't want religion in this country. But, that aside. Your intolerance is very un-christ-like, but typical. It's fools like yourself that are degrading the morals of this country. Your blind certainty is repulsive. On a side note... it's a [censor]ing commercial. Get over it. Who are you to say that homosexuality is wrong? You're so brainwashed it's pathetic.

I'm a liberal, yet I feel this commercial is suggestive, but in a stupid way. Nothing sensuous or sexy, more raunchy and, as I perceive it, derrogatory toward the gay community. It's just the wrong angle for advertising food. It certainly doesn't convince me to run out and buy their subs. I did rent 2001, though.

Really? You think a TALKING OVEN is trying to promote homosexuality? REALLY? I think they're trying to promote...eating sandwiches. Y'all have lost you collective mind.

It's a reference to 2001's computer HAL. Computer's don't have sexual organs. And if your kids actually get the commercial, you have bigger things to worry about.

What is going on in this country? I sent this to Quiznos...

Your new TV commercial about the new "Torpedo Sub" is really in bad taste. When I saw the ad for the 1st time and watched it I was thinking that it was somewhat suggestive and weird, but when the oven said "Put it in me Scott" I was simply astounded and was glad my kids were not in the living room to watch the ad. What in the heck are you guys thinking? Food and gay references do not go together. Seems to have another agenda to promote homosexuality. My kids see enough garbage on TV without getting it from the fast food restaurants. Pretty Tasteless if you ask me.

I also wrote Ohio State Gov.

It is vile and disgusting. Will no longer eat at Quiznos due to their disgusting innuendo. And what's worse is that ad execs and other so-called upper management people ok'ed the thing. They obviously think that the public are easily influenced and led by base animal instincts. Just to eat a crappy sandwich. Nothing like selling your immortal soul for a few bucks.

Quiznos TV commercial advertisement

I was recently watching television last night when I saw this commercial advertising 12 foot long sandwiches at Quizno's restaurants. I wasn't paying much attention until something did indeed catch my attention. There was some seriously distasteful sexual innuendos exhibited in this advertisement. What really drew my attention was the oven telling the employee to "put it in me", as well as it telling the employee to "say it in a sexy voice" over and over again. This commercial was made in bad taste and deems very offensive material to viewers. I am the mother of a 10 year old and thankfully he was not awake to see this nor would I appreciate this advertisement to be aired on local and public television for anyone to watch. Granted the commercial was aired late at night at about 10:15 pm when most children are in bed, but that does not mean it offends other viewers.
Furthermore, this is a food establishment. Since when do food companies need to use sexual topics and innuendos to advertise their business? I am completely disgusted at this commercial. I find it gross and immature. I will never be contributing my business, time, nor my money, especially, to this company again.

I agree! I found it equally repulsive and offensive. Just because they say that "sex sells" doesn't mean that any company should stoop low to gain more business. As far as I am concerned they've lost mine.

UGH disgusting... and I'm 23 so yes, I am distastefully disappointed.

Quiznos Offensive Customer Service

The customer service in the Quiznos store present in the below address has always been in an offensive mode with me and my friends.

12 Wayne Hills Mall
Wayne New Jersey 07470

Recently Quiznos has introduced a new product called Torpedos, and since we eat vegetarian food, I asked for a veggie torpedo, and the store person denied creating the same with a grin on his face, as if I have asked something which I should not have. I felt very embarassed & insulted in front of others and wanted to notify the same to the Quiznos authority.

The store person in thsi store have specifically been pretty bad in customer service all the time I have gone there.

Please contact me @ [protected] for any further info.

I sent my son who is a laided off school teacher the coupon for the free sub offer (I am in Arizona) and figured it would be nice for him to be able to eat out and get a free sub also as he has been going through some rough times since his lay off. When entering the store the two people there didn't want to accept the coupon to begin with and were very rude to him and then after them fussing about it made my son a sub which was about 3 inches long cut from a regular 6 inch sub roll then placed one piece of turkey and tomato on it (he didn't have a choice of type of sub) then wrapped it up and didn't even put it in a bag for him...when he called me to tell me thank you for the coupon but that it was very embrassing how he was treated I was furious at first and then plain cried I felt so bad for him. I feel if you wanted to give the coupons you should have all stores redeem. Marge Loveday

I have one of the free sub coupons, However no one will honor it. What is the point in giving out a useless coupon. This is ridiculous. Talk about false advertising. When I talked to the manager at one of the stores I went in to he basically told me (in nice words) TOUGH CRAP. I don’t care if corporate sent out coupons we will not honor them under any circumstances. This is dishonest. I think everyone needs to boycott Quiznos.

This Quiznos does not accept coupons. They also charge higher prices than other Quiznos. They also do not higher Caucasians -- only Asians own & work there. They talk about their customers in a foreign tongue then laugh. Their sandwiches are smaller than other Quiznos. But the main complaint is that they do not honor Quiznos coupons. They should, therefore, remove the Quiznos name.

Im very upset that there aren't any quiznos that deliver to my neighborhood. I am a big quiznos fan and I believe that they are losing alot of business. I have called all of the quiznos stores around my neighborhood in Springfield Gardens, NY, and 1 in particular that is located 10 min away cant even deliver. I dont have a car to drive to any quiznos locations so i try to order and have it delivered but thats not even possible. I hope that this complaint will take affect because Quiznos is my favorite sub shop. Thank You

After receiving the Million Subs promotion coupon, I went to four Quiznos locations only to find that not a single one participated in the promotion. Several friends in other states reported similar experiences. This was a scam to drive traffic to the stores but many franchise owners (yes, they can refuse to participate) did not participate. I for one had never eaten a Quiznos sub, usually going to Blimpie, and after this experience, don't intend to spend any of my hard earned money at any Quiznos.

Short sighted franchise owners turned a marketing opportunity and a chance to earn a loyal customer into an experience sure to drive customers away and generate lots of negative publicity. Good for them!

the problem with the so called "vegeratians" is that they want extra veggies on the subs with no meat and than they ask for a discount because they dont have the meat. well, let me tell you this, you want a veggie sub, it is ok, but pay for the freaking torpedo at the regular price. if you don't eat the meat, take it home with you anyways and feed your cat but dont ask for discounts.

Not every Quizno's has enough workers to be able to just leave the store and deliver. it's just a service offered by individually owned stores. If it's only 10 minutes away by car, why not just walk? Unless you have some sort of disability, you are just being lazy.

Quiznos - disgusting commercial

The recently released torpedo commercial is highly offensive and excessively implicative of sexual intercourse and homosexuality. It surpasses the common mild suggestive content that sometimes appears on commercials. The man looking down as he says " I'm not doing that again, that hurt" as well as the oven saying "put it in me" is vastly inappropriate for...

Quiznos Sleezy ads with homosexual content

This is in response to a commercial re: Quiznos torpedo sub. How low can one sink?
How will parents explain to children such content. Sex with food.
I have been boycotting companies for such practices for years.
Contrary to popular opinion, which can't be that pop, if only 2% by into that lifestyle, can it?
As a sexually pure individual, and as a fine role model to my students and my community, I now will launch a boycott of your company.
List of companies I NO LONGER purchase from.
Taco Bell
Burger King
Arby's
Quiznos
Pepsi
Quaker Oats
Frito Lays

As a Christian, I am incensed at the onslaught on my brain every time I hear such a commercial.
As a business woman with such practices as are your companies, I hope that you fail on every level.
I wish no ill. But, I can not and will not sit back and ignore. The sexual onslaught is DISGUSTING! APPALLING! DEGRADING! AND SHAMEFUL!
It would behove you to remember the end of Sodom and Gomorrah.
This has pushed the limit and gone from inuendo to clear sexual FILTH. Using words "PUT IT IN ME STEVE..." "SAY IT SEXIER..." Clearly points only to homosexual acts.
Clean up your act and I may purchase again.

No I am not sorry I am not getting some. How disrespectful of another's personal life. I find those who are more relaxed and have NO standards for their lives, oddly can't stand someone having another view than theirs.
I havew every right to express how I feel without my opinion being INTERPRETED as hate speech. It is my opinion. And it is valid.
I also did not say I would quit eating. I appreciate the positive comments.
No I do not have kids, but am an advocate for those who do. Stop pushing perverse lifestyles down our throats. Quiznos and any biz who practices sleezy sales ads are limiting their audience, so therefore they are GOING TO LOSE BIZ whether or not I buy their. For this reason their doors will more than likely close.

I have endured this place through the inept service, thinking the girl behind the counter was trying. I have endured them running out of soup, cheese, bacon, . even some of the meat for the sandwiches.

Tonight, I was running late and in a hurry, I got there a few minutes before closing time. Lights were still on, the doors were still open, the sign in the window was still on, and the clock behind the counter said I still had 5 minutes. I had my order ready, was going to be quick. The woman behind the counter as I walked rudely snapped "we're closed, so I am not going to make your sandwich". I had intended to walk in and ask if it was ok that I place the order, AND ask her if they had anything that they could make easily because I was aware they were close to closing. After her comment, I replied that it didn't seem the case with the lights on, he doors open and the clock saying it is not closing time yet. She then said "it's close to closing, be quick". I had my order ready, and it was a simple order.

I understand that you want to leave, and my order, if it had been done without her constant litany of complaints, and one insult that she was only making my sandwich because it was clear that Quiznos was the only place I was able to afford, would have taken just about 5 minutes. Instead she.locked the doors so I couldn't leave if I wanted to, and called the owner to tell her that she had a late customer who wanted to place an order. Ummmm...wouldn't it be faster to just make the order? But ok. so she gets off the phone, and finishes making the order. Sort of. First she continued to complain that I was in close to closing. Then she complained that she had to put my fiancee's order through the toaster again because of the time she took to call the owner.

I finished and paid for the food. I would have just left without my order except the order wasn't for me, oh and the fact that I WAS LOCKED IN THE RESTAURANT.

I have worked at quiznos for a year from the time it first open. I have had no complaints from the owner or manager. But on the 29 of June I was fired with the excuse that the staff did not want to work with me and that the customers did not like to talk with me. Its a sub shop we always ask the same questions and make small talk. I have worked with the same staff members for the last year and never heard any complaints from them. Our manager quit 2 weeks before I was fired. And I worked and still am friends with the other lady that I worked with. She said that she never said that she did not want to work with me. I know that I was complaining a lot because the restaurant was not cleaned at night by our side staff of marbel slabs side. The bathrooms were just gross even I would not use them until they were cleaned. We have had a fight with marbel slab for the last six months to help clean the common area and get the staff to do their work at night. Well on the 29 of June I had enough and phoned our owner to come in and see the mess he walked in looked around and left saying he will be back at 4:30pm. Well he came back with my termination notice. I had to work until the 7 of July. At which time he brought in a Philippine in from the Philippines two days after he gave me my termination. So I feel that my termination was not valid by any standards. He just wanted to bring in cheep help. And he cant say that he did not get any applications in for work as we had people dropping resumes off daily. These were from guys that had worked on the rigs, pipelines and just people looking for work. If I had known that I would get terminate for bringing the owner in to see how dirty it was in quiznos I would have never done it. But from the time he saw the mess and how dirty it was i has been clean from that day to the time I left. I don't think that my termination was just. I have no problems with bring in help from other countries only if we cant find any one to fill the jobs and right now a lot of us Canadians are out of work and Canada can still bring in people from other countries. We live in Canada and we cant get work in Canada because we bring in people from other countries.

I completely agree with you Sylvia. I too am a proud Christian woman and these sex ads... I mean food ads have gone too far. It's bad enough that you have to see it all on late night tv if you can't sleep and want to watch something but now you have to see it all the time. For goodness sakes these people are supposed to be selling food here! You're right about the onslaught of sexual depravity that has overtaken the American culture and it's pitiful. Personally, I'd like to see more encouraging ads on tv. To all those who disagree: that is well within your right but it is not within your rights to belittle someone because they have a different opinion from you.If a person can't express their honest opinion without threat of a personal attack on their character, then America has truly become a wasteland.

I think the commercial is in very poor taste! There are several different ways that commercial could have been done, But my question is why does the toaster oven's voice have to be male? why cant it be a female voice? And why does it have to say "put it in me scott"? and "say it sexy"? I take offence to the whole thing cause I feel they are making fun of Gays and that is so WRONG I mean come on we are all who we are Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Straight but that does not make us any less a person because of who we choose to love and be with! I would like to see the commercial taken off the air or redone in a more tastfull, non racest way! Im a Lesbian and I think the whole thing is wrong! We just want to be seen as normal. We work, pay bills, etc like the rest of the world. So when is "The World" going to grow up? I mean come on! Grow up people! Get a life!

while the commercial is very annoying, i am forced to disagree with your biased opinion based on the fact you are christian and therefore your mind and free will have been compromised. your pretentious view of yourself and christianity outweigh any sociological harm this commercial could ever do. but really though, this isn't about anyone else is it? its about you and how you can appease your god and be a good sheep in its flock of followers. so you go ahead on your crusade, but you're fallacy is not fooling anyone. homosexuality isn't ruining society, people like you are.

The only thing that offends me is that "Sylvia" is more offended by the fact that the sexual innuendo is gay rather than not. I agree that sexual innuendo doesn't really belong in a commercial for a fast food restaurant, but it shouldn't matter if it's gay or straight. It shouldn't, but apparently it does to a few right-wing holy rollers out there. Sylvia, you can be their fearless leader. Just don't tell me what to think, what to feel and who to love. That is none of your business, you holier-than-thou busybody. And BTW, gay people are WAY more than 2 percent of the population. We're everywhere! DEAL with it!

The problem with society is not what is in question in the commericals. What is in question is the symbolism of sexual content being placed in every single aspect of television. Even on Battle Star Galactica there are constant sexual and verbal content that even non-christians would not tolerate.

Since media is a growing concern for advocating almost anything immoral, to sit and waste time debating showing it is trivial. Yes people see it. Most will laugh, some ignore, and some jump the bandwagon for any cause that highlights them.

Personally, I can unplug my set, read the bible, pray alone, or not. The choices we make are who we are. Do not let others make you into them.

Male homosexuals absolutely make me sick to my stomach. They, and the businesses and peoples that support them, are being meticulously tracked and documented. A time will come - mark my words - when these people will pay for attempting to "force feed" us their depravity.

I will be honored to be among the cleansers of our society.

Quiznos Ripping people off

I'm a vegetarian and visited Quiznos for the first time. I ordered a large sub (on whole wheat bread) with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, mayo and cheese. I was charged $6.89 plus tax, while my friend ordered the same size sub with all the veggies and cheese I ordered plus meat and was charged a little more than $5 plus tax. When I pointed out to the owner, Ron Fontaine, that I was charged $2 more for a sandwich that contained ingredients given away for free on my friend's sub with meat, he made a joke out of it and offered to give me 'extra' lettuce. I told the man he ripped me off, but he continued to laugh and make light of what I was saying, though the woman who actually put the lettuce on my sandwich said she saw my point completely. I should have demanded my money back but I decided to eat the sandwich and make a mental to never enter Quiznos again.

Since I routinely order what amounts to salad on bread, I've noticed Quiznos is really no different than just about every restaurant I've been to. At Subway, I pay $5 and end up paying another .40 cents because I ask for American, Provolone, and Swiss cheese on my veggie sub. The argument there is that I am getting extra cheese because the standard serving is four squares and I end up with 12. Well, when I explain that each cheese is a different item in the case, the person making the sandwich usually points to the surveillance camera and says the owner counts the cheese when he comes in and watches the tape.

I am fed up with these chain restaurants and their huge mark-ups.

if you said you only wanted lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, mayo and cheese on a sandwich, they should have charged you $5 plus tax. however, if you said you wanted a "Veggie" sub and then told them what you DIDN'T want on it, then it would be $6.89 plus tax. Your friend probably ordered one of the $5 large deli subs, which includes mayo, meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Besides, if you thought it was too expensive, why did you pay for it in the first place? You should have asked before you paid. In this case, you are the wrong one. And at subway, if you wanted something extra, be prepared to pay extra. You think businesses like giving free ### out. Everything costs money and profit for these sandwich businesses is not high. Grow up. If you want to be cheap, learn how to be good at it or you'll feel "ripped off" all your life.

Each cheese is not a different item. Extra cheese is extra cheese, no matter if it's a different type or not. They only charged you 40 cents for 8 extra slices? At my subway it's 60 cents per 4 extra slices. Stop being cheap. There is a sign that clearly states the charge for extra cheese. LEARN TO READ! Or pay more attention. It's people like you that make true complaints get overlooked. People just complain about the stupidest things nowadays. In your case, YOU ARE WRONG! Quiznos Rude employee

I experienced a very rude employee at Store #2040 in Federal Way, WA on Feb 26, 2009. I was the only customer at 10:30am. I ordered two sandwiches, with a coupon for "Buy One, Get One Free". When they went to ring up the coupon, the clerk couldn't read the promotion code on the bottom of the coupon because I had accidentally cut it a little close, cutting off the bottom half of the five digit code. I had the other coupons with me and pieced them together so you could make out the code, but the lady said, "Corporate won't accept that." I asked her if she had a piece of scotch tape, and we could tape it together. She said, "I don't have any tape. Why don't you just use the other coupon." By that time, I was getting a little irritated because she was being so petty. I told her, "Because the coupons are not the same. That one is 'Buy a drink and a sandwich, get a sandwich free'." Then she said, "So you wouldn't pay a $1 to get a free sandwich?". Now I am getting mad. "No! I have a coupon and this is the one I want to use." She said, "I don't HAVE to accept any coupon." So, I said, "I don't HAVE to shop here, " and headed for the door. She yelled after me, "Your sandwiches are ready. Are you going to just waste them?" I told her, "You eat them or throw them away. I don't care." I went to another Quiznos a couple miles away and used the coupon, no problem, but, Rude Quiznos Lady @ Store #2040...hope you enjoyed your lunch. You'll never see me again.

two things. the owner/cashier give you a nice b/s routine. they can ring up the coupon in several ways, normally they have copies of the roll out and in that roll out they have the coupon code or ring up the discount for the second sub or whatever you wanted. the second thing is your lousy attitude, you left food on the table, food that is not available in many countries around the world and those children probably never will have a chance to eat a sub. hope you can live the rest of your miserable life with this. on the other hand, i owned a fast food restaurant and when we have people change a sandwich for X reason, that sandwich will go to the homeless. you little brat, i hope you starve for a couple of days and will appreciate food that you are now throwing away. Your parents are probably those that don't discipline children and let them do whatever the f**** they want and bother the crap out of everybody else.

Sounds to me like someone is too young to be going to quizno's without adult supervision. She was not rude, she was going by policy. Why does no equal rude. They won't accept the coupon so you can't use it. Those sandwiches went to waste because you were acting chiidish.

every quiznos i've visited are not taking the coupons. i walk out and do not patronize. if they are not going to honor the coupons then their corporate office should not be mailing them out - regardless of it being a franchise. never had a problem at subway where i'm still a loyal customer.

Every Quizno's I have visited recently will not accept the coupons. I simply walk out and refuse to order. I'm annoyed that corporate sends them out, but Quizno's is not accepting them. Never had a problem at Subway, which I'm still a loyal customer.

very high percentage of Indian owners for Quiznos joints, will not accept coupons. Its just a cultural difference type thing.

Other chains honor coupons even if they might not want to, because they understand the business will drop if they do not -- thats why, Quiznos will start dropping in quality and eventually become extinct

They are individual franchises, and many of them do not accept coupons. I think it's deceptive advertising, because how do you know a a place does not accept coupons until you drive there? Many people will go ahead and just order anyway. If corporate is sending out the coupons, won't they help cover the costs? Perhaps not, which is why many franchise owners are rejecting them.

Nevertheless, they shouldn't send out coupons when they're not accepted.

Quiznos Intolerable verbal abuse by owner/operator

My daughter worked for the Quiznos in the Towncenter of Kingwood, Texas and was subjected to very acute verbal abuse by the owner on a daily basis. He puts down his employees in a demeaning, irrespectful fassion. I have never witnessed such intolearable behavior by an employer and I will never again enter that store and will encourage all my family, friends and aquaintaces to never go there.

Quiznos Tip skimming, and over all scumbagery

The owner of this particular franchise comes off as a nice, charming guy, but the way he does business leaves me scratching my head. In a nutshell, he skims tips, cuts off peoples over time, doesn't give raises.

I used to be the manager of this particular establishment until a few months ago. I had recently stopped by the shop to see how some of my old friends were doing. The stories I had heard blew my mind.

My friend, we'll call "G", had taken over my managerial responsibilities upon my leave, and after 2 months has not received any raise (He's been there for damn near a year and only makes 8.50, Massachusetts mind you, that's 50 cents above minimum wage). He had also informed me that he was keeping track of his pay stubs when he had noticed that the owner had cut his hours at 40, meaning that if he worked for 46 hours in that week, he was only payed for 40.

Upon approaching the owner, he was told that "You guys have to work faster, I can't afford to pay you over time", and eventually payed him the difference in cash.

Another thing that really bothers me is that no one knows just exactly what goes on with the tips. The owner takes them to his office, and if the staff is lucky, by the end of the month, they'll get 20 bucks each.

This Quiznos makes AT LEAST 20 a day in tips. Where does the money go? I would get bonuses once in while, probably out of the tip fund. Also, the owner is known to go on week long vacations on a fairly frequent basis. Are these vacations funded by the tip money?

My friend "G" supports himself, his girlfriend, her kid, and also pays child support. He is often told by the by the owner that he is "hurting" or isn't making enough money. While this may be true, he has a loyal worker that he's screwing over for greed.

When I was in charge there, I never saw any of this, with the exception of the tips. If I did have any solid evidence, I would report all these wrong doings in a heart beat. It seems like there is just a blatant lack of respect towards the staff.

If any one knows how I can deal with this burden of knowledge, please e-mail me right away, and I'd like to discuss this issue. My friends are being taken advantage of, and it's just not right.

This Quiznos in charlotte is worst that I have ever seen, this place is located at arbors at Malard creek. And owener was making a sub and had very poor service. I ordered small veggie sub and sub size was just a two bites and for $4.80 what? toppings were missing, changed the bread type without notifing ... In short worst owner and location to go. SAD

groupon is not related to quiznos. you should get your money back from groupon. now, you drove 25 miles to save a few bucks? at $1 per mile that is $50 to save $15. great mom, teach your kids to be wise in financial matters.

Just so you know I had the same type of experience, the problem is ...nobody expects you to follow through with your complaint higher than management and some are
franchise w/ there own set of values which give the company a BAD reputation.
Remember this !
Take your complaint up the ladder and ...dont go back to that location. Is it a franchised company ? do your research. CALL THE HEALTH DEPT and REPORT..
and...contact a local attorney to advise you on your rights. depending on your situation the law firm will be able to give you a free consultation.

GOOD LUCK

keep ALL PACKAGING,WRAPPER,FOOD,STOPPER FOUND,DONT EAT AND TREAT AS YOU WOULD AS POLICE EVIDENCE...

Quiznos cold food and rude employees

I was in your quiznos the other day during lunch time, When i was trying to order the people were having a conversation with each other and seemed disinterested with taking my order. finally i got to order and when i received my food it was ice cold, the cheese was barley melted, and the sandwich was not even toasted. I asked to talk to the manager and a very skinny lady came out with an attitude saying "What is the problem now." I explained to her how my food was cold and she refused to give me a refund. This was not the first time my food was cold but i let it slide. Now after seeing how the manager responded i will not be coming back again.

Quiznos Rudeness caught me off guard

On May 10, 2008 my husband purchased a sandwich for me at around 11:30 am. We drove to another location in the same mall, when I opened my sandwich and noticed a big gob of liquid stuff on the outside of my sandwich. I decided to take the sandwich back to Quiznos while my husband went into the Home Depot. From the moment the store manager saw me I believe he decided he would not be cooperative. He took the sandwich to another counter and did something with it, then brought it back and said he couldn't find anything wrong. By this time, he and another employee was breathing all over it, so I didn't want that one back and asked him to make another one as a replacement. (The sandwich was uneaten and given to them just as it was purchased.) He repeated that there was nothing wrong with this one and wouldn't make another one. He then said a very rude remark to the effect that he didn't believe that the customer was always right and instructed the cashier to refund my money. I then asked for his name and was handed a business card. I suppose my problem is that the rudeness caught me off guard and I never experienced anything like it before.

The rudeness caught me off guard is exactly how I felt last night. I walked in tired of hearing my boyfriend and daughter argue over where they both wanted to eat. I was so happy when they both agreed on Quizno's. We have always had great service and good food at the Neosho, MO location. We live about 12 miles out of town, and have always took our order to go. Well last night I was taken off guard by the rude girl behind the counter. I actually had to take a double take...is this girl for real...anyway I was tired and just ordered our sandwiches, and as usual to go. When I got home I couldn't believe that I just paid for two chucks of sub bread with barley anything on them. Literally, the sandwiches looked like a 6in piece of french bread cut in half. I wish I would have taken a picture of them. I called the store last night to talk to the manager, but was informed she/he would not be there until today at 10:00. When I got off of work I picked up the phone to call, but me boyfriend didn't want to get anyone fired, and said I should just forget about it. I can't! The rude service, awful sub, and waste of my money makes me mad. I think I will call the manager tomorrow just to get peace of mind.

i love quiznos subs. i live in gainesville florida and the owner of that franchise always is very nasty. he stands over his employees like he has never saw a sub befoere. but he need to try praying thats if he beleave in god. and ask him to change his additude. because he is very mean. and i dont undrestand why someone would treat his customers the way he does. i think that i may be to observant for him and somewhat cautious. true... he become really nasty when i see one of his workers touching other instruments in the store. and i politely ask them to change their gloves. listen dennis i will not spend another dime in your store. you should start being concerned about the customers health. i dont think that one pair of petty ### gloves will put you out of business. i think that you are so greedy, selffish, money hungry. and to let you know you have a really bad reputation. people are talking about how nasty you are. you should think about getting rich soon . and give the store to someone else. yes give it away. not sale.l.o.l. take it from me start treating your customers better. and you will see more money and more blessings money is all you care about right. dennis on 34th street. gainesville florida i hope that this message will get through your brain somehow.

Quiznos Good bye Quiznos!

1. The look of the product and what you actually get are two different things. The pix are gorgeous. The sandwich no where near the look in the pictures.

2. Advertised price vs actual are two different things. I am looking at a corporate flyer for a Sammie indicating $2.00. I was charger $2.65. These two prices are a l o n g way apart.

3. Corporate has no email address - indicating to me they could care less. Tell the franchise, but don't tell corporate because they simply don't care. Corporates interest in having stores with commonalty is beyond them.

4. I am simply done with Quiznos. The don't care about the end user - and their lack of caring shows. They prefer a transaction rather than building a relationship. GOOD BYE QUIZNOS!

Quiznos Cheating Employees out of Money

I am currently an employee at Quiznos in Mooresville NC. I have a list with at least 12 names and numbers of people who have worked there in the last three months. None of the following people have recieved their last checks from this particular Quiznos. Recently one of my checks (as well as all of the other employees) have bounced after I deposited it in my bank account. After that happened I did recieve a refund, but the check I recieved after that was a hand written check (not a company check) so I did not get my pay stub. I do not know how much was taken out of my check, or if it was even correct. I was also shorted 21 hours on one of my checks. I had proof of it and gave it to my manager who supposedly "lost" them, so I had to look for more proof. I eventually found proof that he owed me at least 13 hours out of that 21, and instead of giving it to him I had him make a copy. I still have not seen that 13 hours.

On top of this, the owner of the Quiznos clocks his employees out BEFORE we're done working. Which I know for a fact is illegal. I make sure the manager writes down the hours and then signs it, but since the hours were not recorded by the computer the money does not show up on our checks regardless ... If there is anything anyone can do about all of thsi ... please contact someone and let them know about this issue.

I work at a quiznos 29 Marietta street atlanta Ga. The managers pocket the tips from the tip jar and catering orders. Sometimes the orders are $20-$50. They will black out the tip amount with a sharpie marker so that we cant see it. Also I confronted my employer about clocking me in 5 mins after I got to work and she said dont b/c I use the restroom for to long.

If the store is cheating you out of hours, you can go on the US Department of Labor website and lodge a complaint. They will look into it. There is a list of cases that they have closed and employees getting back pay. Don't even deal with the company, its wrong for them not to pay you and the laws are specific. In addition, your complaint will be annonomys.

I was recently fired for confronting my manager about cutting hours off the payroll (he was missing an entire day on the pay roll, asside from shaving off hours on the other days). I come in today to get my check, and I was informed the owner refused to pay me until I got a police escort in there. I went to the local PD and they called him up about the issue, and he said he sent the information to corporate where they'd print out my check and mail it to me in a few weeks. I really needed that check (which should've been ready yesterday) for car insurance. Also the owner told me (after complaining about a combination of poor tips/lack of deliveries/pay) to overcharge customers ordering delivery, if via credit card ring them up a few extra bucks, or if cash on delivery to tell them the price is more than it was.

This fraudelent and deceptive practice to pay the employees proper wages is not only unethical, but also criminal. I refused to comply and when I argued to get my hours on this week's payroll, he eventually got aggressive, started to threaten me with comments like, "You want to fight? I'll kick your ### you ###, " which is completely unfit of a Quizno's franchise owner. I will never reccomend business to be done there ever again.

I am so upset at a store! I had been coming almost everyday just for the wonderful Flat bread salads. A new owner took over recently and things began to change. Now I go there enough to know the changes are significant. 1st, the salad dressing got smaller and we had to ask for more and get charged for it! Then another time I got my Chicken Caesar Flatbread salad, the chicken was left off and no silverware or napkins were placed in the bag. This has been going on now, something here something there and YES, I have complained once or twice before. This last time tops though, at least before, I still enjoyed the taste of the salad, but this salad I received today around 6pm was the nastiest thing I'd ever tasted. It tastes as if the Caesar dressing has been changed, which sucks because it made the salad and the lettuce tasted like dirt and soap all at the same time. It was wilted and just plain nasty. I was so disgusted, I threw it out and wouldn't let my 5 year old eat his, because I was actually getting a foul stomach just after trying to figure out the taste. So $16+ down the drain again and I will no longer be eating at this specific establishment again. I used to rave about and send all my friends from the ER, we'd go there before the store closed at 9, because our cafeteria was closed. Don't expect us or any of our friends back as long as things continue to change for the worst. I call it the chicken caesar flatbread, soap and dirt salad with diluted 'sweat' dressing on the side. NASTY! I would not be surprised if I wasn't the only one complaining. Cut cost and cut customers. Good motto for this store.

Sorry, but I needed to vent. A copy of this letter will be sent to corporate.

Quiznos - Poor service!

On 10/15/2007 I went to the Quiznos on 144th W Center. I ordered and paid for a regular size sandwich. When the sandwich came it was a small. I told the cashier, he let the manager know who said "Give me two seconds and I'll take care of it, we'll bring it out." So I sat down as he helped the next person in line, then the next and the next as people...
