I ordered a pregnancy pillow and paid on the 7th of may. The supplier texted me the color of that pillow that I wanted was out of stock, I dont mind and chose another colour. Next, it was supposed to be delivered on the 25th of may. So I waited patiently. Now it's already 2nd of june and I received nothing just a stupid email telling me that my order has been delivered and asking me for feedbacks when I dont received a [censored]. And when I tried to track back there's no history! So frustrating! I have all the transaction details and I have all my order number and that email but strange.. There's no order history! And what is this complaints board for?! Will I get a refund?! Bloody scammers!
