QOO10 item still havent arrive

i ordered an item from 13th march 2018 but till now i still haven't receive the item. i messaged the seller that i haven't receive the item, then seller reply that he has the proof for the delivery. Later, i request for the proof for the delivery but seller no reply to me anymore. May I get refund from seller? i already attached the photo of the conversations between seller.

QOO10 computer motherboard

Company sent the wrong model to us. When we request for a exchange, they offered only $15 and ask us to accept the item. It is not reasonable as we have no use for the wrong motherboard. After that they ask us to return the item and pay for the freight first. We did not agree to it and ask them to arrange courier for self-collection. They disagree and did not proceed further to resolve the issue. The wrong item is still with us. We have totally no use for it.

QOO10 order cancelled and refund was not made since dec2017

I have recently ordered two tees from a seller. It's was highly suspected of cheating when the parcel clearly indicated quantity of two pieces and physical count of only one piece.
When this issue was highlighted to seller, seller took Long time to respond with the reason of "no stock". Refund was suggested by seller and advised me further refund was completed. In fact, no refund was done and finding excuses of refund will be carried out "ASAP", not of I ever encounter a refund is so difficult and time consuming.

I have enclosed photos of our communication and urged suitable actions to be taken.
The refund amount is not significant, but such act is not acceptable as a genuine seller in my own opinion.
You will be able to view the seller shop name from the photos too.

QOO10 new vision electronics not updating their items

I ordered a mistral 4 liters electric air pot map-408 from new vision electronics on 11-03-2018 but they cancelled the order and claim that it is out of stock. Then on 18-03-2018 I ordered a taiyo 3.2 liters electric air pot ap32 and they cancelled the orders again and again claiming out of stock as a reason.

There are 3 items listed on that page and 2 out of the 3 items are out of stock but they didn't update their stocks availability.

QOO10 bicycle brake cable wire

Hi,

On 21 Feb 2018, I purchased a brake cable wire and made payment via VISA card.

On 23 Feb 2018, I cancelled the order as the seller can only ship out my order on 26 Feb 2018. I had alerted the seller about the matter on the same day.

On 24 Feb 2018, the seller acknowledged my request. But till date I have yet to get a refund. The status is still stated as cancelling.

When can I get a refund?

Please look into the matter.

QOO10 bad reputation no refund from qoo10!!!

I had bought two phone covers from this seller (Finer). Seller had send me two wrong covers, and their cover are not exactly the same as their post on the webpage!

Wrote in to informed the seller. That I want a refund, seller agree to refund the amount to me. I had shipped back these two phone cases to seller.

Seller and Qoo10 took such a long time.Look into my case for refund! Poor customer service, who pick up my calls. They will get back to you.

I wrote in to Qoo10 customer service department. To find out what is status of my refund? Qoo10 simply dare to state and confirmed that they have refund the amount to me!

I had scanned in my bank statements, to proved that there are no refund from QOO10 at all ! Since last year Nov 2017 up to date of today Mar 2018.
I did not see any refund from Qoo10 at all. Don't ever believer this QOO10 were refund my money to me !

DON'T EVER BUY THINGS FROM QOO10 !

QOO10 seller : g-dyna - non delivery of item

I placed an order on 22 Feb and the delivery status showed that my item is scheduled for delivery on 1 Mar. On 2 Mar, I wrote to this seller to enquire about my item delivery status. They replied saying their office is closed, operations will resumed next week. So I wrote to them again on 5 Mar, this time they never reply me. Today, which is 7 Mar, I wrote to them again and I am still pending for their reply.

From 22 Feb till 7 Mar, it's 2 weeks. I had never bought any item from Q0010 then needs to wait so long. Even if my item is out of stock, I would think the seller should have the courtesy to reply me and tell me what is happening.

Today I went to the seller page and I saw so many ppl also complained about this seller about non delivery.

I think Qoo10 really needs to do something to this seller, bar them from selling in Qoo10 as this really cause a lot of inconvenience to the people who bought from Qoo10.

I am running out of detergent now, and the seller still haven't send my item. Now I really need to think thrice before I buy anything via Qoo10.

Seriously disappointed with this seller!

QOO10 staff rudeness ms ika.

Ive made my 1st purchase in qoo10 in Feb 10 2015 (order nbr [protected]). Item suppose to be shipped by 14th Feb 2015 . But since it was my 1st time using q0010, i had accidentally select "item delivered " even thou the item was Not delivered at all. I called yr cust svc n spoke to staff named Wati/Yati. She said will try to investigate but till now no updates. Tdy i received missed call frm yr cust svc. I called n spoke to ms Ika. She is damm blady rude staff.. keep interrupting me n when i ask her to get manager to call me.. she said ok n hang up the call.. i need an explanation n svc recovery... get yr mgr or higher level to call tmw at 1pm... my ct nbr [protected].

QOO10 please do not buy from seller - cocomo sg

Hi, I purchased a product on 23 Jan 2018 and i have written a wrong postal code and realized after i have made the payment. I wanted to inform them immediately. However, the only option given was to "contact the seller" and cancellation/ refund is not available. This is very disappointing and sorry to say that this Q0010 platform is not as good as ezbuy or taobao. Hope that you can allow buyer to edit the shipping address or do some due diligence on the seller's company. At least some companies with basic manner.

Despite that i have informed the seller after i made the payment which was about 5 min after whole transaction. The seller doesn't bother or reply. Perhaps, they know that this is the loop hole because transaction shipping via normal singpost mail is unable to trace. After waiting for a month, the system "auto" updated the status to "delivered". Unfortunately, the address given doesn't exist at all. So, logically singPost will return the mail to the seller. However, the seller insisted that he/she didnt receive the any returned mail. To make the matter worse, the seller is very rude and doesn't bother to handle or even check. They claimed that they are the best graded seller so they do not have to worry as Q0010 will be supporting them. And they will blocked all my request.

At the end of the day, i'm not sure is it the right way when i informed that the address was wrong because it might be they didnt send out the item and took my money. They cant prove to me that they have received the returned mail anot.

I have been a loyal customer of Q0010 for many years and i'm very upset that Q0010 is not helping customer to resolve this.

I will agree. Think twice to purchase.this will also my last time. Exchange is troublesome n honestly I be buying from them from Lazada shopper n q100 from their products. Very disappointed from them

You had contacted us via QLIVE which we did not get your message as QLIVE is not linked to QPOST. We had posted in our listing that for all urgent matters, buyers are to contact seller via WATSAPP: +8425 5525. However, we did not get any watsapp message or text from you via watsapp. We had gotten a message from you on 8 FEB 2018, which was 15 DAYS after your order on 23 JAN 2018. Please do not wrongfully accused or claimed that we have ignored or that we do not reply to you. You had directed your inquiry to the wrong channel and only contacted us 15 DAYS after your purchase via WATSAPP. Please kindly refer to the watsapp messages attached as evidences.

For normal mail, the lost rate is higher than registered mail. On top of this, if the address is written wrongly, Singpost MAY or MAY not return the parcel to us. We cannot guaranteed that they will return the parcel. We had informed you very clearly that should Singpost returns the parcel to us, we will immediately contact you for self collection of the parcel. Do also note, for all return parcels from Singpost, it takes around 1month for them to get in touch with us. At the point of your contact to us, which was less than 30days, we had told you that we did not get any return parcel from Singpost. This statement was in reply to your accusation in WATSAPP that we decide to run away with your money. Recently, my colleague inform me a shocking info. Apparently, from consumer comment page, COCOMO openly lied and declare they are the only shop granted exclusive distributor rights for Klavuu items. They even claimed they supplied stocks to a korean shop call Oto Beauty and another local shop call Click to Korea. Apparently, clarification was check and Oto Beauty cannot stand Ccocomo lies and declare they have never buy any products from Cocomo as they deal direct with KLAVUU HQ KOREA. Is this than we know Cocomo abuse their grading in Qoo10 and say such lies. Really unethical and dusgusting liar.

I communicate to this seller COCOMO vide whats app and inquiry this two channels because their response is slow .

But guess what your seller replied in qpost bluntly they told me in whats app and AT THE SAME TIME THEY ACTIVATE QOO10 FUNCTION TO RESTRICT ME ASKING FURTHER !

I have long heard from others and read from comments this cocomo seller has lousy customer service . I even read from online posting this seller say qoo10 support them so even buyers not happy with them is ok.

Qoo10 really need to do proper audit of buyers. Simply rude and unpro.

Their shipment delayed due to what custom problem they claim BUT THEY REFUSED CUSTOMER TO CANCEL. Under situation due to custom they should give buyers right to cancel . Other professional sellers give us few choices .

My friend recommend us other sellers who sell same product.

If Qoo10 fail to educate such arrogant sellers, Qoo10 will also lost loyal buyers along the way. Hope Qoo10 do proper audit and ensure customer satisfaction and ensure this seller has PROPER EMAIL, INQUIRY OR WHATS APP ETIQUETTE AND NOT SIMPLY RESTRICT BUYERS THE RIGHTS TO ASK FURTHER .

Hi, I agree that cocomo is unethical and not very good with customer service. Once you buy their products, they won't bother to resolve any issues that you have at all. Beware all buyers! If you have no issues, no problem, but dont need to bother with any after sales help from cocomo!

QOO10 item not received - asian top team shampoo from crystal beauty

I'm writing to you due to I've made an order (Order No. [protected], Qxpress Tracking No. SGP128227532) via Qoo10 on 21 Jan 2018 and the item was fixed to deliver Qxpress but until now I didn't received the item. I have checked with the seller (Crystal Beauty) but the seller is not helpful and responsive and asked me contact the shipping company directly.

When I contacted the seller couple of times via your portal and with no choice, they said they have contacted the shipping company and the item will be delivered and when I contacted them again, it said the shipping company mentioned it has been delivered but nobody contacted me to deliver the item I have ordered and again asked me to contact the shipping company directly. I have tried to call Qxpress with this number, [protected] which was given by the seller but nobody pick up the call.

I need to know what is the status and not keep on pushing me here and there. Are you expecting me to log this case to CASE ?

If manipulated the signature and stated it has been delivered to me which I think is ridiculous. I have made order multiple times via your portal and delivered via Qxpress and you should be able to check my record what is my signature and you can compare whether the signature which 'said' had been delivered to me will it be genuine. Please show me the proof that I have received and 'signed' by me ?

Though the item is inexpensive but is lost my faith to make order from your portal. Please take this case seriously if you value your customer.

QOO10 no honestly

Date : 2/2/2018-3/2/2018

Before I decide to make an order with them, I did msg them to check the availability of the unit. They say yes then only I make an order. But what I get in the next day was a cancelled order by the seller by giving me an excuse of out stock. When I click on the details of the item, the price went up about 50 dollars. Lucky for them I not able to capture it when I file this complain as they already change it to another item. This make my money put at float and I cant use it and waste my time and trust for making this order. I already attach the proof.

QOO10 refused to exchange - wrong colour

I want to complain against vendor 'choela'. Bought item (order number [protected]). Order brown but received white stripe. Now they refused to exchange.

They claimed it is brown. But in their pictures, there are whole black and whole brown. There is another white/black. I did not choose white/black.

Please assist. They are dishonest. I already sent them many inquiries.

What went wrong: 2 out of 5 orders were sent wrong, but seller insisted they are correct, and deliberately block buyer from further inquiry

I ordered socks on 3rd Dec. Socks were only stamped posted on 15 Dec (Seller deliberately sent out only after 2 weeks to prevent cancellation of order). I received socks on 19 Dec. To my horrors, 2 out of 5 orders are wrong. 1 wrong colour and 1 wrong design entirely. There was actually another wrong order - seller claimed navy is actually the light blue socks that I received (but I shall take seller's word for it). I sent an inquiry to Seller asking him to resend the orders. He blocked me entirely. Even the qoo10 was unable to help.

On 29th Dec 2017, I decided to post a bad ratings review to bring to attention of fellow buyers to be cautious from buying from such seller. Immediately, the seller posted 13 good reviews to hide my one bad review. The next day on 30th Dec 2017, the seller remove all reviews posted on the 29th Dec (including my bad ratings review and his 13 fake reviews all posted by himself) - please see photo evidence.

Cons from ordering from this seller
1. Slow delivery - 3 weeks
2. Seller had deliberately send items only after 2 weeks - so that even if you want to cancel order (after waiting for so long) it's already past 2 weeks. so just wait for your items to come.
3. Seller deliberately block all inquires after your 1st inquiry - I'm not the first person to mention this. Another buyer (in one of the feedback/reviews) also mentioned that the seller blocked him/her after his inquiry even though the buyer was not rude.
4. Seller insisted that he/she is correct even though he sent 2 out of 5 wrong items (see photo evidence and shipping order)
5. Anti-slip boat socks (i ordered 2 pairs) are very thin - should not buy unless buyers prefer thin socks

Conclusion: If nothing went wrong, good. However, if seller sent wrong items, it is up to buyers to bear the cost.
Because in such cases, seller is always right. Raising a dispute only wastes own time - as seller insists that he/she is right, and qoo10 can't assist.

Socks are cheap. But in the end half my orders were incorrect, so i actually paid more. It's a matter of integrity. Seller sent incorrect items (not just one item), but did not rectify his mistake. But seller was adamant that he was right so what can I say?

After seeing the seller engaging in such tactics:-
1. Refusing to admit that orders were sent wrongly even though there is photo evidence against shipping order
2. Posting 13 good reviews to hide my one bad ratings and truthful review
3. Removing my bad ratings review and his 13 fake good reviews (all posted by him)
You can know that such sellers cannot be trusted to do the right things.
Such dishonest seller should be made aware to everyone.

QOO10 accessories sg is not intending to refund me when they have sent me the wrong item since 5 november 2017

Hi

I am writing an complaint to request for a refund on a incorrectly delivered item! I have bought the following
1. Model:Samsung/Sony/HTC/LG / Type / Length:SpeedyPlus 90cm fast charge cable / Color:Red(+S$0.80)- order no. [protected]
2. Model:Samsung/Sony/HTC/LG / Type / Length:SpeedyPlus 120cm fast charge cable / Color:Orange(+S$1)- order no. [protected]

When I received the items on 5 Nov 17, the colour that I received is black which is not the same as what I have ordered above. Furthermore, it does not display what was displayed in the advertisement (see attached).

I have tried to whatsapp the seller, EDDIE TORK, +65 [protected] and also post some questions in the forum but the seller just does not reply me. I am sure Qoo10 is able to refund me with the amount since I have place the refund a few days after I have received the incorrect item. I have returned the item like what the owner has requested but he choose to ignore me. you can take a look at the text file of my convo with him. I have attached some screnshot of the convo to further prove it.

I always buy my item from qoo10 and this is my first time facing such an dishonest and irresponsible seller. May you all please look into the case thank you!

QOO10 europace tower fan with remote etf1129 - ionizer function - 1 year warranty!

I have ordered 2 tower fans on 4 Nov 2017 total cost $211 inclusive shipping rates from this seller EuropAce, order number [protected] and have not received the items as at of today 25 Nov 2017. I have sent multiple inquiry to the seller however no response from them.

I hope i can get some help here response to my purchase items to get a refund

QOO10 seller unwilling to take full responsibility of their mistake

I ordered a Rilakkuma car seat cover (photo attached below) which cost S$100.00. It took over a week to arrive, and it was the wrong item since the character is completely different from what was advertised on the seller's website (photo of wrong item attached below).

After contacting the seller, they apologised and admitted that the ordered item was out of stock and had sent another item in its place without informing me. They did not state that they want to bear the costs of return postage (S$114) while insisting that I return the item (weighing 4kg) within 7 days before they are willing to refund me.

QOO10 seller hdb life hdb wife dishonest marketing

I ordered 4 tins of Ensure Life from HDB Life HDB Wife through Qoo10 on 30 Oct. 2 days later the items were delivered. To my dismay when I opened the packaging, I found 4 tins of Ensure Fos, a cheaper version of Ensure sold in Malaysia. I wrote to the seller to return the items for a full refund. I didn't get a response. I had to call Qoo10 before I got a message to return the items and for my order to be cancelled.

What annoyed me is that I had to bear the inconvenience of personally sending the items back to the seller. And the seller made it sound like she didn't know she had made a mistake until I pointed it out. How is that possible? To me it is blatant dishonesty trying to pass off a cheaper item for the one which was advertised on the Qoo10 platform.

My question is why the buyer has to be inconvenienced and bear the burden of returning the item before a refund can be made. Shouldn't the seller be made to bear the cost of the 'mistake' by arranging and paying for the items to be collected instead? Why penalise the buyer?

I shop online a lot and I have not come across such a negative shopping experience as this till now. I think Qoo10 should look at how online platforms like Amazon and Lazada handle such refund/return cases. The seller should be made to bear the full responsibility and cost of collecting the items back. In fact she should be penalised for acting dishonestly. I will think twice about shopping on Qoo10 now that I know they don't really look after their buyers' interests. It is not enough to just act as a mediator when it's obvious the seller has intentionally misrepresented her product by deceptive marketing.

QOO10 unauthorized credit card charges.

Hi I check my credit card account and I realize that you charge me two times more
In October 5/ 2017 I have a charge for $274.55 and on
October 4/2017 I have a charge for $275.00
Its been many confusing charges, and I got trouble before with my first order, I got that refund, then I reorder again and I pay and been confirm that my products are on the way, with am very happy, but now I have the concern about this new charges on my credit card.
I appreciate your prompt response.

QOO10 misleading

Order online from singdollar on the xiaomi battery, ended it's turn to be a scam.
His advertising misleading customers on buying xiaomi battery ended only received a stupid silicone cover at a price of xiaomi battery.
Hope qoo10 can looks into it,
A lot of customers has feel been cheated.
This is the 1st time I encountered this kinda of cheating issues.
Really loose faith on buying online from Qoo10 again.
