QOO10malaysia seller

Complaint regarding seller "MY Express" waited for my item since November 11. Ordered Creative 3D baby hand footprint kit.
Status still in transit to international dispatch centre. Till today it is the same. I wonder how does qoo10 handle this kind of seller. I've send so many messages still no reply at all. And now few minutes ago, status changed to delivered... WTH...Item is not even in Singapore yet. Is this the way they make money and then just kept silent.??? Already inform the customer service ..but what can they do..nothing much...kept asking me to wait...certain things should make it fast. I want a refund. And I don't need the item anymore. It isn't my fault anyway. Thanks to this "MY express seller" irresponsible.. No replies...just ignoring all the way. Qoo10 should improve on all these..not sure how. But pls do something.
