Primera Air Scandinavia / no communications and no refund
The Flight PF21 CDG EWR 21 JULY (Paris-Newark) was cancelled by AirPrimera
They gave the option of getting a refund, booking in another primera flight or book (myself) in another company up to 1500 euros.
I bought two tickets (I had to work and could not wait until these [censored]s get their act together) on an alternative flight with TAP that departed the following day at 7 AM and arrived in Newark in the afternoon at 3:50 PM.
The cost of the tickets was 2 262, 74 €
I have requested a refund as soon as possible. Contacted the company multiple times by email, -phone (they never answer- and chat. (1-[protected])
They simply do not answer, or they say it will take 3 to 8 weeks to process "be patient"
So far I have received no response from the refund department (More than 3 weeks).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY. Very irresponsible and very poor customer service.
