total scam
I'm complaining about their terrible attitude and careless treatment of customers. I bought a ticket for to the uk to visit my brother's wedding 2 months ahead of the event. I got an email notification that some issues with my booking occurred, but I don't have to worry and just wait. I did. One week, another one. I felt like they forgot about me and contacted them. Requested them to cancel my ticket and send my money back to me. They agreed and kind of recharged.
Still there's no money. Where is it? they cheated me and any means I used to pressure them and get my money back didn't work.
I'm out of a big amount of money.
Please, people, stay away. I won't give up.
ticket cancellation refund not done
Hi I am Dr Aasthaa.i booked a flight ticket from Singapore to kolkata by via.com portal for dated 28th may which I cancelled on 25th may n rebooked it for a later date. Booking Id is FMNSG202NSAB9
E ticket no [protected]
It's been more than one and half months and multiple calls and email attempts that they are not initiating the refund process and giving vague reply that their system is showing that I flew on the ticket which is absolutely not the scene and I have all the evidence to prove that I dint fly on that ticket
I want the refund to be done in the bank account and some fine to be levied on the company as they are cheating and trying to get away with the money

My question is the ticket costed 368 SGD total for 2 persons and this ticket is REFUNDABLE. Why does the charges are 170+25 SGD? It is higher than the ticket price. It seem not to be fair and correct for my opinion. Please verify and advise my mail is [protected]@hotmail.com

Flight Booking Fraud
I have booked a flight from Banglore to Delhi Reference ID FMN1HHKAYN1. I use the code "VIADIWALI" and just above the code it showed that i will be getting 2000 point in my points account which i can use in my next booking. Now the issue is that i have not got the points, I feel cheated because i would have got higher discount on other websites using my hdfc card but i chose this one because i booked few tickets before plus i was getting points as well. I called them to cancel my flight or to refund back my amount either they disconnect or they forward my call where novody picks for 20-20 minz. I have wasted lot of balance in this. It is very harassing for me. Pls help please
No Refund or high cancellation charges
I booked a flight ticket costing Rs. 1492/- but I want to cancel the ticket because of an emergency. When I requested for a refund, your rep says the cancellation charge is Rs. 2000/- which goes more than the amount I paid. This means I won't even get a single rupee if I have to cancel my ticket. Via.com, do you think this is fair? Do you really think one shouldn't get any refund if the ticket cost is less? I was shocked when your rep said that. This was the very first I chose Via.com for booking but this ended up a tragedy. I WASTED RS. 1490 FOR NOTHING. I COULD HAVE DONE SOME CHARITY.
