charge for air
The local Petro Canada station at Scott Road and 80th in Delta has recently been renovated. I went in just after it had re-opened to put air in my tire that was a little flat. To my surprise, they now have a $1.00 charge to put air in tires. I have gone to Petro Canada for years, but I will no longer support this company, but will take my business where air is free.

This is a letter of complaint for what I believe to be a poorly operated and disrespectful gas station management servicing the public. I fueled today at the station Petro-Canada 2830 16th Avenue in Markham ontario. While preparing to fuel, I inserted Petro card then amex card, card was accepted and entered receipt required. This is not really a complaint about any one person, but I really hate the gas prices. I know for a fact that the Big 4 Oil Companies in Canada are making huge profits regardless of the market price per barrel. Their profits stil increase every year, the reason is because we're all so dependant on it. Our pockets get more empty, but theirs get more full with $$$ I drive 2 hours a day, and the amount of money I spend in gas is more than I spend on food, water and hydro.
Maybe with enough hassle, we'll finally get our break! It's worth a try.

I had almost 90, 000 points in my petro points account. For some reason, it seems they closed my account. I had my most recent statement, but they won't reimburse my account. I was offered 10,000 points due to their error.
Terrible! Never go here. The pay-at pump credit card is Alaways broken and the incompetent people at head office were alerted a year ago and cleary do not care about customer service. Go to Esso or Anywhere else.
I just bought a pepperoni stick and didn't inspect it before purchasing it and opening it. I opened it and took a bite and had to spit it out. It was hard and discolored compared to others that I saw when I went back in to exchange the pepperoni. The employee said they could not exchange it and I was stuck with a disgusting snack.
I got a car wash season pass. Ever since the cyber attacks, I have not used a single time of the car wash. It’s national wide fraud. Petro Canada is stealing money of us. Shame on the company.

Petro Canada app is not working for 2 weeks... I cant use my superpass for car wash
I walked into the store purchased 1 liter of pens oil then returned a hour later looking for a refund that I didn't need it I was told that's is petrocan policy that they don't do any refunds what a scam offense happened

3 weeks ago check my account and the balance was at $0 and I had like almost $200.00 ,lost it because I forgot to refill with more $$$ after 12 months of service ,I miss my refill date by a couple of days . I’m now with another provider and will warn people to run away from Pétrole Canada
I have over 800.oo on my gift card but due to Petro Canada on going issues i have had to use my visa the last three time going there, when i talked to a customer rep...she offered me 5000 point...OMG really a big 5Dollers for all my issue...PETRO-Canada you are a FAIL
