I am being billed for a order I never placed, I will not pay to return it they can come get it... I have no idea who ever placed this but I guess this happen to a lot of people from what I read! How dare you bill me! You are running a scam on people and I am a victim, no thank you... So please come get your box it's ready for pick up, if not it will be here forever...C Wood

Hello- this complaint is directed towards the people who run your minute mania games and particularly the Mahjongg minute game. I have been playing your games for almost two years now and during that time i have won the mahjongg game five time and received my price money, however i should have won at least 15 more times only to find that at the last minute a completely fake score has been inserted, i have done the math of all possible scores and some of the scores i have seen on the game are so bluntly fake its infuriating, for example 3 weeks ago during the tournament i had the lead score up until 11pm only to lose it to a score of 39, 021 which is impossible to get since passed 35, 000 all score must end in 0 or five and that has happened a number of times, i put a lot of time in participating in your sweepstakes, different searches etc and i just wish that the games will be played fairly and if i have the highest score i will get rewarded and not cheated. also the last five days i am not able to play the game after 8am because for some reason you black out the game and i'm unable to get it on my phone so please address this issue as well, i'm not looking to get anything that i haven't earned, i spent many hours playing your games and its beyond frustrating to not be rewarded for my time, if you have any questions i will love to tell you in person what i mean when i say that i know the math for the game inside and out, i receive about 10-15 emails from you every day and i never complained about that so please treat your loyal base in a fairly matter.

I call publisher's clearing House phone line from time to time and prefer handing majority of my business after being transferred to a customer service agent and they are very rude and ignorant and unruly towards me always nearly every time around these procedures and protocols and aquired workers are stuck in a position where their job can or can't be at stake and the welfare of the playings of the recipient inquiring inquires about just about gaining big winnings and it is so hard to even at that to contact a supervisor on call for proper responses what is always up with those surveys after your call it's optional but not only for me but opt-in or opt-out especially for the representative that was stationed and answered the call to start off with after that it up to them whether or not you should take your survey entitled to you is that fair or something happened or it is wrongful to the caller after going through unhealthy conversation and no effort to take pride in one's job position and someway somehow make the best about this contest for better more because there are so many winningest of people to have their opportunity including you

At 1:15 I checked my token total and I had earned over 374, 000. After 3 games of blackjack at 1:45 I checked again and I only had 351, 00. I lost 23, 000 tokens. How can I get those back? I play pch games everyday and this is very discouraging. The games are just for for fun I know but I keep up with my token total each day and I'm so happy when I beat my previous score but its not fun to loss my tokens. This is very time consuming and if I can't get them back I'll probably stop playing. Thanks

I order 3 items customer id [protected] order number [protected]. One of the items I sent back, it was a shaggy bath rug. One of the items was a stick on instant lights. Well out of the pack 1 of them already quit working after 5 minutes of use. What is going on, I thought these were considered quality products, I should have known when the purse that I had purchased in the past you had sent me a replacement, when I finally switched back to that purse again, the zippers did not work, and I still had to go out and purchase another purse. I do not have the box for the instant lights, or I would have sent them back. I want a replacement for those lights. Apparently they are not the best quality, and I want to make sure when another one goes out that I have it, and do not have to go out and purchase more

Saying that this company is trustable is like saying nothing. It's strange at least. And of course one should be a complete fool to mess with them again. Everything we order is ALWAYS wrong and too expensive. The way they ship and deliver is ridiculous! And don't even look for ways to contact them, because you'll never succeed.
No, really. How does it work? How can you stay in business for so long doing your job like crap?

I did not order or click to order these 2 items..i filled out their form to delete, , , couldnt get a hold of them by phone..because it charged me and processed after i could get a hold of them...came to me ijn my email at 5:56pm mst to me in my email and they close at 8pm est...couldnt stop them..pls help

I sent a letter to PCH with a New York address one month ago and the letter was sent back. On 7/24/2017 I sent another letter to a different New York address, the one with the 101 Winner's Circle, Jericho, NY 11753. I have over 3 million tokens and noticed that 23, 00 tokens have been taken away or I have been cheated. Also when I did redeem 3 products, it said they were freed but when I got my bank statement I paid the full price of the product. Now I can't play the sweepstakes games online. It also said that I won a caribbean prize but when I got a call that the caribbean prize is free the company stated that they are not part of PCH. So I don't know if products are legitimate. Another call but I forgot assuming I won the prize claiming they are not PCH. So I am tired of getting calls that are not real.

I was playing Publishers Clearing House blackjack game going toward Presidential Status and had $29, 500 balance, the bet was $5, 000, and I won I should have had a balance of $34, 500. Instead it showed I had $24, 500. So, in effect, I lost $10, 000 on a bet of $5, 000 that I had won. That is when I quit the game. On 07/21/17.
I guess they think I don't pay attention or failed even though my undergraduate degree was in Education and Math.

I have written to the billing address several times that this order was never received and I continue receiving invoices. Please credit the invoice amount of $49.91 immediately. The order was for a pan and men's belts, neither of which I still want as they were to be gifts.

Specifically the mahjong games. I don't know why I keep getting the message to install the flash player when I already have it installed with the latest version. I see notations on the Internet that when this comes up it is sometimes loaded with a virus. Everything that comes up on my security reports is from the pch game site. I wish you could get this straightened out with you vendors so your customers could play the games you show.

After years of trying to win some money, I decided I was never going to win, so I just played the games for fun. Two weeks ago, I matched 3 scratchers for $100, 000. Nothing happened. I wrote and got a response saying that at the end of the contest, I would be notified if I won. A few days later, I got an email that stated my question had been resolved. I never got a response. I just wanted to know what the rules were to claim a prize or to be notified if I won, or lost to someone else. I'm so angry and starting to think that the 'winners' shown on TV are paid actors!

We are writing to let you know that we feel PCH is biased when choosing states to win "large monetary prizes" in the sweepstakes. We have been playing for 46+ years and our state, MONTANA, and our sister state WYOMING never wins big. If luck were $10.00 then maybe the twin states North and South Dakota will win those, occasionally on PCH search or scratch ticket game, but nothing else. WHY?

We have written to your company for lists of winners and most of the time the winners are the states surrounding your office home base states, with many winning again and again. WITH 50 STATES IN THE UNION, wouldn't you think that even one win would have happened by now, since there are several draws a year for big prizes...over like a million. To date however we have not even seen a $10, 000.00 winner. Maybe it is time to talk to Better Business Bureau about equality, since many of your customers are from our states.

Be careful people. Not only is it all s scam. Who ever is running this stuff will hack your devices and accounts. Send you all kinds of stuff. I get so many emails from all of this stuff I'm buried I have to get a new email now. And on top of all that the faces we've all known connected to pch for all thies years have sold out or been pushed out of any kind of honest roll they may have had in the beginning. Nothing but junk. Especially if you can't buy theyr survices.

I was on my phone on PCH.com and I seen my name flash on the screen saying "Hey everyone lets congratulate Anthony Nute of Rainsville Alabama for being our newest winner" or something very similar to that. I emailed them and they responded that it was a mistake and that I had not won but did acknowledged that they had said that. I can probably find u the actual email and date I keep them all
