Parts Geek / wrong part & no refund

Purchased a 2004 wheel hub assembly they sent the wrong part!!! This is after I confirmed before shipping that it was the correct part. Two months after returning part still no word or refund. Apperently there are others: don't do business with these people

      22nd of Jul, 2011 sent me the wrong parts, and wants me to pay for shipping back to them!

    This is after already charging for two separate shipping fees for the headlights in one box and the parking lights in another!

    I just checked BBB and they have a B rating and have resolved 636 complaints over the past 5 years. Not a bad record. Personally, I've never had a problem
