Outdoors Online / yeti tumbler scam

San Antonio, TX, United States Review updated:
Contact information:

I Ordered a 30 Oz Yeti on 02 Dec 2016. Charged immediately, no email no tracking, no product. No customer service. I tried contacting them and was immediately 4th in line, then 6th in line, always in line with no progress. Trying to locate new contact information for them, I discovered that every customer is handled like this and so are the visitors to their Facebook page. Never oder comments since they are all negative and deleted. This is a scam and the company should be shut down, since it doesnt provide a service but charges people. I will be disputing the charge with my bank as this is clearly a scam company. Ordered on and charges show as "www.campingandfishingoutlet" but they are the same company and link you during payment.

Office location on Loop 1604 in San Antonio is a "rent-by-the-day" facility. My bank statement does show campingandfish BUT also gives a residential address of 23508 Wilderness Paw, San Antonio TX 78261. Please file with the FTC and the Attorney General - the DA in San Antonio informed all of us to file a theft report with the SAPD -

  • Watch out! They closed that website and now use!

And beware - I was also warned some of these counterfeiters are using toxic metals in the production of their FAKE Yetis!

Report to the IC3 (FBI Internet Crimes Bureau) and also the FTC. Also file a report with YETI in Austin (512) 394-9384. They are actively pursuing these counterfeiters. Unfortunately, they evidently scam people and then shut down that website and move on to the next one!

REAL YETI dealers must carry the entire YETI LINE! CALL YETI in Austin to confirm a REAL dealer BEFORE you purchase!

Check out the other people scammed on! It is horrific!
