I stumbled on this at RC Blog and it backs up some of my previous complaints and adds much more. I will include links to the persons personal BLOG which has links to back up the claims. This practice is very troubling to anyone considering to have a procedure at this practice. I agree with Don on RC that you need to do your homework and never, never, never, and NEVER settle for second best.

From Don on RC:
Some more information you need to know. The Ohio offices and "surgery" location in Dayton are being shut down. The reason the staff says is all about money. However, with the recent complications and lost lawsuits you just have to wonder if the Ambulatory Surgery Center just said "get out"?

2 of 5 doctors, with drug and alcohol CONVICTIONS! (That is 40%). Lost lawsuits, no malpractice insurance: Why would you ever want to trust these guys?

To add to this there are rumors of multiple cases of a type of paralysis from Dallas! That scares the crap out of me.

They just lost a case for 6 million dollars and the court records state no malpractice, can this practice be financially solvent? I can not see how it could be.

Please do your homework, if a practice looks like a pile of scat, smells like a pile of scat, taste like a pile of scat...then it most likely is a pile of SCAT.

Keep looking you will find a good practice that can help you, there are many to choose from. You don't need to take unneeded chances with a practice like this one!

Had the AccuraScope procedure done by North American Spine in Dallas, Tx by Dr. Robert Bulger on Dec. 15, 2011. I walked into the facility with slight numbness in right foot and now I am totally bedridden with numbness in both feet and ankles. When I get upright the disc pain is severe and numbness quickly progresses in depth and spreads up my legs. Thus, here I lie in bed in fear of being paralized for good. Stay away from North American Spine! The doctor claims I was in the same shape before the surgery which is very far from the truth, his report was riddled with half truths and lies about my pre-surgery status vs. post surgery status.I walked in and now totally bedridden for 3-1/2 months with no signs of relief.
