Hi, between my husband and I we have ran 12 comrades marathons and tons of normal marathons. We have always ran in ASICS. I have always washed our shoes in cold water on baby delicate setting for 10 years. This year 2 weeks before comrades my husband bought nikes- after the race I washed them as usual and they schrunk. I returned the shoes to the store, they had it for a while and said we should complain directly to Nike. We are not pleased about the quality between ASICS and Nike . Could we please have a refund.

I've bought original shoes of Nike in Istanbul, Turkey (Bagdat shop). I still have a check improving my payment.
Two weeks ago I returned my shoes to the shop with complainment as the side part of the shoes soles bubbled and the white color paint of the sole sides has peeled off. My complaint number is 1-27869 (Tamara Emsen). My complaint was 100% denied as I bought the shoes 11 month ago. But doesn't Nike give a quality garanty? Why the quality of original shoes becomes equal to fakes. Please, help me to solve the problem, as general state of my shoes is perfect, I mean leather, color, etc. That means I cared properly after them. And the rubber sole side bubbling wasn't made by me, the bubbles are plenty, and they are too small and they come from inside like spumous. It's obvious there's a rubber problem or a paint surface problem but nobody cares about it. The easiest way is denying but I hope you would affect the quality of the verification and further solution.I am a regular customer of Nike and I hope I deserve your attention and help. Hi I purchased the above shoes in early Sept for my 8 year old daughter. She has had them 2 months and the sole is beginning to separate from the shoe material. We paid a fair price for these shoes and I guess I expected them to last more then 2 months before they started falling apart. I am disappointed with the shoe and hope that this problem can be eliminated /fixed. Shoes are too expensive to have to buy a new pair every couple months.

Im 55 and have been wearing Nike material for will over 35 years now. But, (and there's always a "but" ) when your organization decides to through themselves in the middle of a very hot debate pertaining to unity within the country and one very rich person's believe in separating from our countries solest theme is disheartening. It's not surprising that a multimillion dollar company would stand with a multimillionaire and not the people such as me who support your lifestyle. You are disconnected as well as the spoiled little rich kid with an afro. Now what? You're not going to pull back and I can't buy Nike products anymore, thanks for nothing..

Hi I recently purchased a pair of Nike air max 270 within two weeks of wear the material above my big toe has worn pretty much exposing my toe this is rediculous for shoes that are less then two weeks old and I'm very dissatisfied with this product especially when they cost 160 dollars. Maybe it's just this specific model of shoe but I'm sure others are having issues with them as well please do something about this

I have purchase a shoe at your Saharaganj mall Lucknow store, your sale team ask me this shoe is very durable and good but used within 3 month he break it mesh(Net), after the damage i was visit at your store then your staff ask me this is not approved just because this is accidental, but this is not accidental ok this is manifesting defected please change my shoe otherwise i will never trust your brand and never recommend anyone else and shear the damage photos, worst quality at social network also...
as for discuss these area sales manager Mr. Shubham he was ask me i differently do some this they also a tell a lei, he not picking my call and not resolve the customer problem..
If I'm purchasing too costly products then it's your responsibility the customer are satisfied your service..

then after this complain i will case file at your brand NIKE because your product is duplicate in your Lucknow store and worst service, i was write on your customer care id 16th time but your team was not reply on the same issue, find the proof at below attachment ..

After this complain i shear the worst service at Facebook, twitter and all the types of social network then you realize how to feel a customer then he was face problem..

I placed an order through Nike customer service on October 25th because I was unable to make the purchase through their websites due to some system upgrades and product releases happening on their servers that day. I received an email confirmation and spoke again to Customer service 3x after order was placed because they charged me more than the original price I was quoted. Ciara was the customer rep who helped me and she was very helpful - her supervisor told me she couldn't offer next day air because my order was already being processed and most likely ready to be shipped. They offered me a next day air with my next purchase.
Today, October 30th, 5 days after my original purchase, I received an email from Nike with subject line "Order Cancelled", no explanation, no solution, no next steps. I called customer service and spoke to a rep named Ethan who refused to assist and even transfered me to a different agent. I chatted with Damon who told me this was a general known issue but that they were unable to further assist me and that I will have to start all over again.

This is unacceptable and we as consumers must demand better service.

I bought myself a pair of Air Max Thea's about a year ago. I show dogs and I need comfortable shoes to run in and the takkie was the same color as our kennel t-shirts. I have only worn these takkies a few times because every single time I wear them, I get blisters on my heels and on my feet. I can have them on for about an hour and then it's blisters galore. The shoe is a perfect fit and is not tight at all, so this is mind blowing for me. My Adidas takkies are brand new and don't give me blisters at all, even my Mr Price Sport takkies are better than a pair of nikes I paid so much money for. I will never buy Nike again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to buy Nike. I had these shoes on on Saturday thinking that okay I haven't worn them for a while and they match my outfit today, only to get the most terrible blisters, AGAIN. I have attached photos of how my feet looked when I got home.

I purchased the shoes shown below within the past 6 months. They already have a tear on them in the mesh and shoe. I really am upset due to the fact I have only wore less than 10 times. I like my bike shoes all of them. However the quality of this pair has me wondering if they won't be holding up as well going forward and your quality is changing. I'm asking for your help to resolve this issue for me and to help retain me as a customer. I know 1 customer in the grand scheme of your company isnt much. However I just would like to see that all customers matter. Please help me in getting a pair without the quality defect in these shoes. As you can see below I take very good care of these shoes and also didn't wear very often. So the tear in the shoe makes no sense to me and I'm unhappy about it. Thanks for your time. I purchased a pair of Nike air max on June 25th 2018, I am a nurse and need very comfortable shoes so I felt spending $120.00 was ok since I need good shoes. I only work 2-4 days a week and last week while walking around on my driveway one of the air chambers in my shoe broke and now they are worthless. I am very upset about this since I paid so much for them and only wore them for about 3 months I am a single mother and I am unable to replace them. I am very upset that a Nike product only lasted 3 months and that was only wearing them inside 2-4 days a week which 2 of those days is sitting at a desk. I would like to know if there is a warranty or some kind of guarantee on the shoes since they cost so much.

We have purchased two pairs of Nike trainers shown In the picture for our daughters. We have had nothing but trouble and accidents because the laces persistently undo. Apart from having to bend down and tie up the laces every 10 minutes, my 6 year old tripped over into the road and hurt her knee. It could have been much worse if a car had been driving past at the same time. Nike has been in the business of supplying trainers for long enough now not to supply laces which will not stay tied up. Why have you decided to do this to children's trainers? It's not acceptable. These trainers where not cheap, so buying two pairs which I cannot use unless I change the laces is ridiculous. Nike charge a premium so we expect quality and safety. Please make a note of this before a bad accident happens .

I purchased these cute air monies and received them I did wear them but upon stepping outside into the light I realized that the changeable tongue with air money and the piggy bank on the left shoe is a different color from the right and no it's not suppose to be like that because I have two pair the other pair are both bright white while this pair has a bright white on the right and an off white on the left unexceptionable

I ordered on line a pair of leather Converse Gym Shoes. I can make them colors and a logo to be added on the heel strip. I made them and they said they could not make them as I requested to use the name Trump on the Logi. He is the president of the USA. They refused to make them and no one I called could give me a answer.. I got a email and they said Nike company has the right to not use a name they chose as Trump is a trademark name. My friend had a pair made with OBAMA on them with no problem. They discriminate against customers that wanty the name TRUMP put on the gym shoes..

I have been a Nike shoe man for over a decade as I'm in the military fitness is a lifestyle so therefore my Nike trainers are a must, I was particularly a fan of Nike airs, my first pair was great and lasted long however I have had 2 pairs in a row to completely lose their air in the sole air pocket thus rendered it useless. I am VERY unhappy and feel I have been robbed of money by buying shoes that lasted less that 4 months each. Not happy. Will be looking at other brands from now on.

I have received a text message that my HSBC Credit Card ending in 0419 was used in Nike.com on 22/10/2018 at 14:55 in the amount of USD575.29. I have never purchased anything in Nike.com, and I would never purchase amounting to that. Also, I live in the Philippines and I would prefer to purchase in Philippine Peso than in USD. I have already called the HSBC hotline to raise my dispute.

I hope that Nike.com can still cancel the transaction.

Hello I am a mother of 3 sons who always purchased nike high school freshman son who is a participant in the High School Marching band who in 6 weeks marched a hole in the heel of both your sneakers I am disappointed in your product for the first time my # is [protected] email [protected]@aol.com. He has a competition this day and I had to duct tape the bottom so his sock and feet don't get wet since it rained overnight I will later post a picture

The shoes hasn't been worn over 20 times... it's new in every respect; but it's getting ripped on its own, because of some manufacturing defect.

I wear US 11 SIZE ...

They can either give me a choice of shoe selection and they ship it to me or they can send prepaid card and I can go buy another shoe; I am willing to ship it to them for their R&D.

Basically Nike continuously cancelled my transactions and would not let me purchase shoes. They did not notify me after my last 2 transactions. I made 3 different phone calls with everyone telling me different things. Even called my credit card companies thinking it was my problem. All of my credit card companies told me that they were approved and it's on the merchants side. I still have no resolution and no sneakers. The companies employees told me that someone would reach out to me in 3 to 5 days. I find this ridiculous. I spent quite a bit of time on hold during our phone conversations while the employees sent me on wild goose chases. It was I felt like no one had a clue of what to do. Thank you Nike for wasting my time.

I am thoroughly disgusted that you have chosen Kaepernick as a representative for your company. I will not be buying any more Nike shoes as long as he is associated with your company. And believe me I buy a lot of shoes for my grandkids. They no longer will be Nike. We need more patriotic Americans who stand for the flag and kneel at the cross. You've made the wrong choice.

Hi there, I purchased a pair of your running pants as I run an average of 40 km per week. I have several pairs of Nike running pants and love them, however the new pair are very uncomfortable, they seem to move around and I am continuously pulling them up and down! I have chaffed as a result! What a disappointment they are, is there anything you can do to help me? I will not wear these pants again as they are just awful!
