lack of training/skills/customer service consistency
I bought a pair of Converse shoes for my youngest daughter months before Babies R Us announced they were closing. I bought them for my daughter to wear later, once her foot was big enough. They have been sitting in her closet, until she could wear them. We went to try them on a few months ago and discovered it was 2 left shoes attached together. Of course this was discovered after the stores have closed. I contacted Nike Corporate about the issue. The guy I spoke with informed me to go to www.nikeclaims.com and request a claim and mail them in. So I did as I was told and paid $12 to mail them in. I received an email today stating they would be returning them. "Unfortunately, after a thorough inspection of your product, we've determined it wasn't manufactured by Nike or a Nike licensee." I called the corporate office again, the female I spoke with today said that when I filled out the claim form, I should have selected Converse instead of footwear. I was never advised intinally to scroll all the way to the bottom and select Converse. I did not even know that was even an option. I asked her about contacting Converse corporate. She gave me the phone number of 617-377-1000, I called it and it just rings. I did an internet search and found 978-983-3300, I called it and received a recording the number had been disconnected. So I call Nike Customer Service and ask for the number. That guy tried giving me the same number that has been disconnected, which I advised him of this. Then he tried verifying another number and placed me on hold again. He never returned to the line. He just transferred me to a number where no one answered. I then call Nike Corporate again and ask for a supervisor. After being on the line for over 25 mins, talking to a representative or on hold. I still NEVER spoke to a supervisor. That guy told me that he could resubmit the claim. But never asked for any of the information. Then proceeded to tell me that "he thinks that with Converse claims, all you have to do is submit the information and pictures." Which this was new to me, never been told that. I told him that sounded like some re-training needed to be done and it be consistent across the board. Three Nike Corporate Representatives and told three different things. All that could be offered to me for my frustration is 20% off my next order and overnight shipping. I said no I wasn't interested due to I will NEVER spend a penny on Nike products again. This is ridiculous due to this being such a large company and have such poor customer service skills and don't want to stand behind their mistakes.
I understand that I should've scrolled to the bottom and read all the options before selecting one. I didn't think Converse would've had their own option. I had selected footwear and thought it was correct.

running shoes - damaged air cushion
I bought a pair of Nike running shoes (Zoom All Out) about 5 months ago. I used to wear them only once or twice a week, when at the gym or while jogging.
10 days ago, while jogging, I felt something wrong with my step. After checking the shoe, I realized that the left side air cushion was damaged. I took the shoes to Nike shop; I explained to him what happened and that I was jogging on a rubberized tennis court when the damage happened; they took the shoe and said that they will revert back to me in few days. After that, they called me back from the shop saying that they cannot do anything about it.
I was very disappointed with their reply. the shoe is still almost new (refer to the attached photo) but I cannot wear it anymore. Although when I bought this shoe, I was told that it is one of the best in the collection, and I paid around $160 for it.

military nike boots
Hello, I purchased my nike boots 2 months ago for the police academy and my boots have lifting from the front and a distinct order that will not go away smelling like mold. This have prevented me from wearing them and I am very upset due to paying 180$ for rushed shipping and the item. It would be nice if I can be accommodated for this issue. I originally spent this much money because I have heard good things about the durability.

defective footwear
Good Day,
I purchased two sneakers in July 2017, Nike Zoom All Out from the Nike Factory Outlet Store in Saw Grass Mall in FL. One pair was purchased for my wife and the other for myself. Both sneakers were used for running and walking unfortunately my wife's sneaker the bubble expanded and disfigured the (left side) shoe sole and can no longer be used, see pictures attached.
I do not believe that either shoes were abused and or used in a manner that was contrary to what it was designed for.
I am seeking advice as to why this has occurred and also replacement and/or reimbursement accordingly.

Extremely angry, disappointed & sad that the Air pops at a single glance.
I was under the impression that they ere ‘running shoes', that's what the marketing said's. that is to say they are ‘wearable' not just for a ‘glass cabinet on display'!
Nike you are selling ‘marquets' with a huge price tag? $200.00+ is the general price point so one would expect a shoe to last at to 12 months at least with normal wear & tear & to also mention only wearing them every third day or so a week, interchanging between sneakers.
I have not only been a loyalist to the brand but worked in Sales at your retail store in Melbourne city when it was open, buzzing with excitement & huge!
My love for the brand extends for over 30 years & support to you NIKE for my entire teenager years to adulthood.

I've been working as apersonal trainer for the last 15 years now & always been mocked by other trainers trashing the Nike brand " what [censored] shoes..." etc, etc. "Nike's crap...". But I always proved them wrong that there's a shoe out there for ‘everyone' & Nike felt good & fits well for me! Are you not concerned that this tarnishes your branding? That I will be taking my $$$ elsewhere looking for shoes & clothing from other competitors as I am truely disappointed.

Shoe pasting is very poor, and color it's also fade(Please refer screenshots of reference). He is the regular customer of Nike product and this time the product he got it's not durable with poor quality, and we are very much disappointed.

Product - WMNS AIR Max 95 8.5 - rose gold/pink
I was on work trip to Disneyworld and had a day of shopping at the outlets. My Daughter had asked for a pair of Nike AIR max in rose pink for Christas and so I asked Rahleigh, the supervisor at NIKE International there if they had them. He said no but that they could get them for me. I explained I was leaving for Australia on Monday 3rd and needed them by 12 and they said not a problem for 25 dollars they would be delivered next day or Saturday to my resort.
I was so impressed with the can do attitude that I complimented Rahleigh and he bought the manager out so I could also pass on a congratulations for the great services. I think a guy called Trevor completed the payment and delivery side of things. (They were great there and had fantastic energy but I still think they also held the responsibility for my order.)
So Saturday came - no shoes - we were out for 12 hours each day with no American sim card - I kept checking the delivery tracking status online which didn't change at all. I patiently waited until Monday morning to start to find out what had happened.
I used an American work colleauges phone.
Ragliegh told me there was nothing they could do and this was a fed ex issue - However I was told by the Nike customer service people that I called after Raghliegh could not help or even called FedEx and try to hurry on the shoes as I was leaving at 12, that the reason FedEx had not got them to me the next day was that the shoes had missed the Friday cut off time for next day delivery.
The customer service frontline staff could also not help me and so I spoke with a manager there who then also said they could not help me, call Fedex, arrange delivery in time or if that did not work send the shoes to Australia. She offered to refund the next day fee of 25 dollars, which occurred, and then offered to refund the shoes.
This was not a solution as I had already invested time at the store, time checking the delivery status every couple of hours and then one hour on the phone to NIKE for what no shoes and no Christmas present ?
I have now had to get a work colleague I had only just met and used their phone to drive to the resort, pick the shoes up and she is now awaiting the next step which I will now have to spend my first day back at work figuring out. I have no idea about national and international shipping to AUS and would not have bought the shoes that day if this is what I would have to do.
They were not sale shoes and cost my over 250 AUS.
I am really upset as I though to myself at the NIKE shop - wow this customer service is to good to be true ! and it turns our it was. No solution, hours of my time now to send here and the thing I am most upset with was that no one took responsibility and fixed the problem.
I have worked in customer service for many years and if I was Ragliegh, or the NIKE customer service line, I would have got a taxi or courier to pick the shoes up and in my lunch hour gone down and posted them myself, even if my company couldn't because I had promised the person, that is integrity.
I also would have been checking the order to make sure it arrived, even if I wasn't working, and problem solved on the Saturday so that there was time to get them there, again, even if I had to drive them myself.
So what solution would I like - the shoes here by Christmas at no cost to me.
I will send the address if you agree and if not my extend family and I will never buy another NIKE product as long as we live as this is just not good enough for a full price product or in fact for any priced product if you promise a customer that you can do something like deliver the next day.

defective product
I bought a pair of Nike bounce, the shoes which have the shock absorbers in the heel section of the shoe. I am extremely disappointed as my shoes have cracked on the sole around the heel arch section of the shoe. These shoes cannot be repaired and they still look like they are new. I can't believe that you pay a premium for a pair of shoes which are meant to be tested for sporting activities, and the product totally fails. ...very disappointing!

I have bought Nike air new model in july this year af Dicks in belamo shopping mall in la. I was on holiday and bought these for my Son. Now just 4 Months later both heel areas are Completely cracked. We have been buying Nike's for year Ls and never saw this. It looks like a profuction error. As you can see in the photos the shoes are in perfect state for this heelcracking.
We live in the netherlands so please forward this complaint if neccessary, because I would like a solution very much. I have paid around 129 dollars for these shoes, this should not comply to the Nike quality.

I purchased a pair of air max plus in June and my soles are already falling apart I shouldn't spend 175 dollars on shoes and they lasted as long as Payless shoes. My last pair lasted a few years before any problems! I don't understand why the bottom of my shoe is falling apart. I would like to be able to exchange or get some kind of acknowledgement and work with me to resolve this issue. My girlfriend paid 5 for her shoes around the same time and they are not falling apart I'm very upset.

Hello - I bought the new 2018 Nike VaporMax shoes and I already have a flat on one of the shoes, left shoe. Left shoe has a really flat crease and every time I walk it feels very uneven. I'm not sure if it's leaking air but it has created a bad crease that ultimately widens that area of the shoe and creates an uneven psi flow throughout the shoe.
This is the first time I have had an issue with Nike shoes, at least this fast. I have owned this pair for about 3 weeks now and I sincerely think that spending $200 would really give me a great shoe.
I was wondering if Nike can help me repair or perhaps replace shoe. I'm a huge Nike fanatic and I own a lot of Nike, 95% of my wordrove is Nike based

The Velcro is continuously coming undone, my son plays basketball for 2 teams and they played 8 games over the weekend and I was tired of seeing him run up and down the court with the Velcro undone. The refs made comments and the coach pulled him from the game because he cant keep his shoes on safely. He spends more time fixing his shoes and not concentrating on his game. The shoes are only worn for practices and games, never outside!

I just purchased 2 pairs of these Nike men's running shorts and I've had these very similar shorts in the past. The new ones, no longer have a small pocket for a key. Since many of us work out in gyms we need a way to secure our lockers and the key needs then to go on our person. Very disappointed that these shorts do not have this accessory.

I bought attached nike soccer boots on the 27 of April 2018 and in less than 3 months the left boot cracked on the middle. I then used other soccer boots in the meantime until now. I then visited the Nike factory shop at east rand mall and was told they can not exchange for me. What I find very strange is the fact that one of the stuff did confirm that they've had many comebacks with the same kind of soccer boots. So please help is this is your product.
