i started using netflix on 27th dec 2018. I logged with email address and received a mail saying 27th de 2018 to 25th jan 2019 is my trail period. netflix asked me for my debit card details and charged me Rs.650 i thought they are charging me for the next month that is after jan but after my trial period ended they charged me again. and when i tried calling customer care they said that my device has used a trial account before so they detected it and charged me so basically i didnt get any free trial period despite having the email address which has not been linked to netflix. there is no such thing in netflix's policies that only one device can enjoy free trial period and they did not notify of the same that i am not eligible for the trial period.
