NCB Management Servicesincapable of making address change

After 1 1/2 years of making monthly payments to satisfy a debt, the post office mistakenly began forwarding my mail to my son's new address (we share the same first and last name). I contacted NCB Management Services and even made my correspondence to what I now assume to be the fictitious person (Louis Glantz) handling my account FIVE times explaining the situation and requesting my address be changed. No one on staff was able to handle this task and my debt has now been given to an attorney's office. I am sick of people who whine about keeping their jobs but are unwilling to perform them!
