Malaysia Airlines / mh 642 & mh2505 & mh627

Spoilt & Misplace lu, Singapore Review updated:

The airline service is really getting on my nerve.. 1st flight taking mh642 on 5th feb 2019 from sg to kuching they spoilt my luggage end up I got to wait for an replacement wasting my precious time.. Now taking flight mh2505 on 9th feb from kuching to kl and then transfer flight mh627 to sg they misplace passengers luggage and we need to wait for another flight mh603 for the collection of our luggage.. Plsss do something about ur lousy service~!!!👎👎👎😡😡😡

    Each public complaint has to demonstarte
    - the description of the events with the date, time, airport, flight
    - the description of bagage according to e-tickiet and bag tag in your case
    - the statement, what was the exact action agaisnt your bagage in your case and the evidence of it.

    The complaint has to be submitted in the plain English, subject to the conditions of this site, and according to understood simple rules of the grammar.
