I gotta say, Lush is the bomb! Their stuff is so good for the planet, and it's all vegan and cruelty-free. Plus, the peeps who work there are always super nice and helpful. I use their sea spray hair mist every single day, and it makes my locks look so beachy and cool. And their ocean salt face and body scrub is the perfect way to exfoliate and get rid of dead skin. I use it once a week, and my skin feels so soft and smooth afterwards.

But let's talk about the bath bombs, y'all. They are so much fun! I love dropping one in the tub and watching it fizz and bubble. But here's a tip: stay away from the glittery ones, unless you want to spend hours scrubbing your tub clean. Trust me on this one.

Now, I do have one complaint about Lush. I'm allergic to almonds, and a lot of their products contain almond oil. So I can't actually go into the store without feeling nauseous and sick. But that's just a personal issue, and it doesn't take away from the fact that Lush is awesome.

Overall, I highly recommend Lush to anyone who wants to use products that are good for the planet and good for their body. Just be careful if you have any allergies, and stay away from the glitter!

I bought some bath bombs from Lush on October 2nd as a Christmas present. However, when they arrived, they were left outside in the rain for several hours. When I got home from work, I found them sitting in a puddle of water, and the package was completely soaked. The box even fell apart when I tried to pick it up. The contents were also very wet, so I had to put them on some kitchen roll to dry out.

The next day, I had to leave for a holiday, so I sent emails to both Lush and the courier to explain that my order was ruined. Unfortunately, when I returned from my trip, the bath bombs had dried out, but the fragrance was gone. I was really disappointed.

Luckily, Hayley from Lush customer service reached out to me and asked for photos of the damage. However, I'm not very good with technology, so I couldn't send her any pictures. Instead, I explained the situation to her, and she was so kind and understanding. She sent me a brand new order with next day delivery, which arrived this morning. I was completely blown away by her gesture.

I've been ordering things online for years, and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me. But thanks to Hayley, my day was made, and I'm so grateful for her help. I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to her and to Lush for their amazing customer service. Lush is an amazing place! I've been shopping at the store for a long time and have also ordered from their website many times. I've been happy with most of my purchases, except for a few bath bombs that didn't seem to do much. The Gorilla Perfumes at Lush are absolutely beautiful. Some of them take a while to grow on you, but once you give them a chance, you'll be in heaven! They are strong, unique, and most of them last for hours and hours. You'll probably wake up the next day still smelling amazing!

I had a really bad experience at Lush on November 13th, 2022 at around 4pm. I went to the Lush store located inside the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, Nevada with my friends. As a first-time customer, I was really excited to try out their products and see what they had to offer. However, after this experience, I have decided to never shop at any of their stores again.

When I walked into the store, an employee greeted me. I told them that it was my first time in Lush and I had no idea how things worked. I decided to explore the store and came across some fresh face masks in bowls. I lifted the spoon inside the bowl to get an idea of the mask texture and brought it to my nose to smell it. That's when a different employee approached me and explained that the masks were just for display and pointed at some testers behind me. I told her that I didn't know and decided to look at the testers she had pointed at.

After looking at the testers, I turned around and saw the employee who had told me about the testers mocking me with another employee. She copied the motions that I did while touching the display. I felt really uncomfortable and wondered how this company treats first-time customers. I told my friends what had happened and one of them decided not to purchase the items in her hand. As a result, the store lost a sale of at least $50.

I think that Lush employees need to be more considerate with customers. They should wait for a customer to leave before talking bad about them. Also, if a display is not meant to be touched, signs need to be present so customers are aware. Not all customers are comfortable with asking questions to employees.

Overall, my experience at Lush was really disappointing. I was excited to try out their products, but the behavior of their employees made me feel unwelcome. I hope that Lush takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

So, I had a bit of a problem with Lush. I ordered some stuff from their website, but when it arrived, it was missing some items. I was pretty annoyed, to be honest. I tried to get in touch with them to sort it out, but they didn't seem to care. They didn't even offer to refund me for the missing items.

I decided to take it up with PayPal, but even they weren't much help. They only wanted to refund me a tiny amount of money, which was nowhere near what I had paid for the missing items. It was really frustrating.

I placed my order on December 29th from Lush.com and it's now January 19th and I still haven't received anything. They told me it would arrive on January 17th, but nothing came. It seems like they have no idea what's going on. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience and I will never buy from their website again. My order has been waiting for shipment for three weeks now. They keep apologizing, but it doesn't change the fact that these were gifts for a birthday that happened two weeks ago. I was told that it would ship right out and arrive in 7-10 business days, but it's been TWENTY*** business days and I still have nothing. It's ridiculous. They keep saying sorry, but it doesn't make up for the fact that I still don't have my order. I will never order from them again and I don't recommend that you do either. Unless you want to wait until next Christmas to receive your order, then go ahead and order from them.

I sold LUSH items I bought on eBay from another seller but didn't use. They weren't trademark copies or violations. They were packaged in their original bags. I will never buy another LUSH product again due to this stupid email and I'm disgusted that eBay would send me a Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) warning message without prior verification or clarity on their part. Plus, removing a listing that sold at least a month ago? It's all very ridiculous and frivolous.

I bought 5 the big sleep jelly bombs about 25 pounds worth at the beginning of October. As you can see my order is not big, I picked a standard shipping, but haven't received anything yet.
I have no idea what may be the reason. Customer service is not very responsive, so all I know is that the jelly bombs were available when I was ordering them, so I just don't understand what happened.
Maybe I was just ripped off, maybe the answer is that simple :(

I ordered several massage bars as usual. What I received was far from the best quality they usually provide. The bars were covered in something I can't describe. Something slippery and disgusting. Yuck!
I immediately threw it away not willing to figure out what exactly it was.
I can't say I won't order anything from Lush, but I need to wait for a while.

I went into Lush in Sherman Oaks, CA and had a return...the lady who was the only manger in the store told me she couldnt give me the full price on the receipt, only what i paid in cash. I was like ok, well first off the previous bar I bought was half gone after one use so i returned it and payed more for an exfoliator and the store didnt give me back my original receipt. I told her to call where I originally did the exchange and so she called and spoke with the manager at the location of the exchange and he confirmed everything I told her. And then she told me we cannot refund u because u dont have the original when the receipt for the exchange clearly states that I paid on top of what I returned and now she gave me only half of what I paid. That is fraud! ANd the manager at the location of where I exchanged remembered me and confirmed that I paid on top of what I exchanged. That is not fair that I only get half of what I paid. Its like they pocketed half of what I spent when I returned there product. I was a new customer excited about how pure your ingredients are and now this happens to me. This is not right. Plus the manager at the sherman oaks location gave me a big attitude which did not match what the company stands by. Please help..this is not fair and not right!
