LUGZ boots / Purchaser
I ordered two pairs of boots for my husband at lugz.com, one of the two pairs were defective, the shoes were two different colors, so we called and got the label to return them, two week later got the new pair. OH WAIT, again defective. SO we call again, they provide us with the return label. We ship the shoes the very next morning. Then a few days go by and I receive a call that the facility would be closed until for another week and a half until March 10th and that they would ship the boots expedited shipping on the 10th. Well it's now the 14th, so I call and the customer service rep who sounds like she is only half with it says they received your shoes last Friday, when they were received more than 10 days ago and they were delayed. She has the nerve to say would you like me to order them now and we can ask that they be expedited...UGH DUH...I was explained on the call two weeks prior that they would be shipped on the 10th...EXPEDITED!! So she is like ok I will get the order in and we can request expedited. RUFKM!!! These people are clueless, I will never, ever again purchase LUGZ!!! This story may be TBC!!
