Louis Vuitton — customer service/quality
Ordered the Neverfull bag when it arrived i noticed a mark on the bad and also the stitching was exposed at the corners. Returned the bag for an exchange. No one bothered to update me of the situation just simply emailed me a delivery notification the day before it was delivered.
Opened up the box of new bag, after waiting week and half for exchange, the box was damaged, ripped corners, then inspected the bag and the stitching was wonky beside the buckle. Emailed them asking for a manger to contact me this time was ignored so I called them the following day!!! They said that it takes 48 hours for someone to get back to me however my email was already tagged to my account! So was simply ignored.
basically received such bad customer service, talking over me, no empathy for time I've taken off, directing as to when I can speak, not being helpful at all, and had no explanation as to why bags were so badly made, she forced me to refund and will never order again.
Quality of LV is really bad.
