Lollicouture / didn't get the item

Ordered a dress on 10/12/15 and paid extra for 2 day air shipping. Didn't get the item and it is already 04/01/16. Then I contacted LolliCouture asking where my item was. I also told them that because I didn't receive my order in the time it was promised, I wanted to return it. They proceeded to tell me that the item had some special code on it, and because of that it was considered "Special Order". I went to their website and noticed the shipping policy says one thing regarding special order items and the return policy says something completely different regarding the same special items. There was something strange about those special items, and I could not understand a thing! They promised my dress will be delivered soon. Well, we'll see.
