SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

LocautoRent / unauthorised charge on my account

I have already emailed once to say that I have had an unauthorised charge of £378.49 debited from my credit card (in addition to the rental charge) on July 24th.
I have had no communication from the company about the possibility of extra charges, or any notification for their justification.

I would like to have an email from their offices outlining what the charge is for, breaking it down into detail.
