LocautoRent review: unknown charge in december 2019 after rented a car in july with full payment

Dear Sir and Madame,
I got a unknown charge to my credit card of 48.80 euro on December 3rd 2019, for the rental in July.
I payed fully when rented a car, so please check why this charge was made.

Pick-up: Bologna Aeroporto on 19/07/2019
Return: Venezia Aeroporto on 20/07/2019
One way fee: 84.91
Deluxe package: 50.95
Total payment made: 135.86

I paid full coverage insurance and all the fee in Bologna, and returned as full gas and one-time. I am not sure why I got the following charge in December, and I think this is a flaud, so please investigate.
