Letgo seller

Hello we purchased a car back in September from a seller off Letgo and the car did not fit the description and now we are unable to see the original profile description or photo except for the one I saved on my chat. We need help in regards to this situation because we had to put so much money into the car to pass Georgia inspections to register the car. We contacted the seller and we were misled to think they were going to compromise and go in half on the repairs they did not tell us about...But they lied..And we want to sue the seller because they sold us a lemon that was described in her description as excellent condition!

Letgo let go -, zero user support zero communication over harassment

This is a funded company?

LetGo is a joke. A user harassed me and I reported that user. I never got a reply from LetGo and my account and safety were compromised.

LetGo doesn't care about users, harassment, reports, or complaints. LetGo doesn't care about its own users.

Just another garbage internet company whose founders are looking to cash in and they could care less about you.

Use OfferUp, Facebook, or Craigslist.

Letgo letgo app

My account has recently been suspended for unknown reasons. After emailing back and forth with the LetGo support team. I think it is really stupid that if an account gets suspended there is no way to make a different account, so in a sense you are banned from LetGo forever. I hope there is a way to fix this because I love LetGo and use it on a daily basis. Please let me know if there is any way I can make a new account!

I bought a galaxy s6 from someone off of letgo. I meet with him an do the exchange handed him $150 an he handed me phone. I take it to my local att an come to find out it's a prepaid fake phone. User isn't answering me or willing to give back money. Anything you can do? I still have the phone as he gave it to me I just want my money back and be on my way. An he blocked my number

Letgo scams for days

First of all,

I sent and received at least twenty messages back and forth with a user. I sent her air Jordan 8 bugs bunny, air Jordan black 8 and beats by dre headphones.

We had a lengthy conversations about how she would pay and finally settled on pay pal. She sent me two very credible looking emails that seemed to be transfers via paypal, and the cost she would send would total $300.

I am forwarding the two emails she sent me, that I later found out we're made up emails. I've never been scammed so I trusted that they were legit.

I tried to stay positive and list another item. Within an hour 10 different people reached out. Every single one was a sketchy bot with no photos, saying it's a gift for a son, can they send western union? No you can't send western union.

This is 2017, send me a venmo. Every single one blocked me once i said the word venmo. This app is a ###ing joke. PLEASE vet out your users. It's absurd I can't get a single real person to reach out to me.

Letgo iphone 5

Good Evening, my name is Roman Lewis and I am filing a complaint. Yesterday I received an iPhone 5 that was purchased from me. The seller scamed and stole my money. In his profile the title was called iPhone 5se, there was no description in the Box stating the iphone was locked and the seller did not tell me the phone was locked either a long the seller lied about the the generation of the phone . I have tried to contact the seller but I have gotten no responses and he has purposely read my messages and hasn't replied please contact me at [protected] to give more information

Letgo brown couch

I sold a woman my couch and she decided to resell it, but is using the same photo I used in my post that shows my home and what not. It's just a little weird to see that on there knowing I did not post it. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done. I simply don't like that my photo is being used without my consent. Hopefully this can be resolved. Thanks!

Letgo in-appropriate reviews

Hi! I have an account on Letgo website and I sell small items. Customers can leave reviews after their experiences. Today an unknown person left a very very in-approapriate review in my account. It is just a sick minded person visiting and leaving reviews and everybody can see it. I tried to reach Letgo however they do not have any call centers or complaint sections. Thank you!

Letgo retail pricing for garage sale items and retails selling in the app.

Why are people selling new packaged items in a garage sale market or are these items stolen and someone trying to make a buck instead of going to a pawnshop.the pricing on some items are questionable as to what is really being sold here and why . The app. Moves staggered and freezes or does not return to the point of looking at and goes back to beginning which is a waste of time and data and not enough categories to find items .

Letgo advertised "free", but have to buy first

Mr. Rob gonzalez from ffaweston.com posted an item for free fitness bootcamps for women.

After I contacted him, he told me it is not free, but rather I would
Have to buy a membership in order to get the "free" services. I advice mr. Gonzalez this is an illegal bait-and-switch practice. I gave him a negative review in order to protect other women from this suspicious advertising. Shortly after I told him that his activity was illegal, he blocked me and gave me an negative review. If I was incline to give his business a try, I certainly won't now, given that by blocking me, he is blocking communication with a potential client, simply because I told him he is braking a usa law.

I'm glad he listed to me and has since edited his post to state he is selling a membership. His inaccurate review of me should be
Removed. He is/was in violation of letgo terms under "an item listed as"free"but is not intended to be given away."

Letgo posting to site!

I posted images that reflected the Vintage Adult Books that I had for sale non of which showed any nudity of course, however when I posted it via Cell phone the title automatically list the item as (4) books for my selling price which I was selling over 45 of the books, I had received stupid comments from other people regarding the selling of (4) books for my High posted price when in fact again it was for (45) of them...

You guys need to get your (s%%t) together or people like myself will just go right back to Craigslist and Post... Get rid of that Automatic headline generator so we can state what the item really is...

I am so pissed right now that it doesn't work correctly and for the Add to necessary chat messages that I got due to your system not posting it as stated! :(

Letgo account hacked

Ive purchased and sold many things on this app i loved it until i got hacked and now for like 8 months my account has been under review and wo t let me use it or create a new one...ive emailed several times saying i was hacked and did not post the vehicles that were posted on my account i removed them as fast as i could but you locked me out before i got them all...so not happy i just want my account back or the ability to creat a new one.

Letgo unethical behaviour

every time i post something to sell some one keeps flag my post then letgo kicks my post off with in a min or less what hell you keep letting him or her flag and get kick off i use no bad words i only sell good stuff never burn anyone i have sold a few stuff now but now someone is getting at me and you do nothing about it i guess i will let every one i know that don;t post here because anyone can flag you with no check up on the flag before your kick off that is not good policy i think it is a guy that kept bugging me to drop my price on a wifi router then he would say he wanted it said he was going to buy it then he never showed up to i put it back on letgo then here he comes again i finally drop the price for him the price he wanted just to get him off my back then again never replay back that day two days later said he wanted it then never shoed up so i gave him the review he deserved now i try to post i get flag and kick off i wish i could remember is name but at 54 years old memory just is not as good as it was no i am not senile lol but this is a joke if anyone can flag and kick that easy

Letgo retaliatory false review made by "buyer" that never responded

I have been giving bad reviews to people who have chatted me up about wanting to buy a product(s) Im selling. Buyers promise to meet me up but never show, chat me up about the item they really really really want and then go silent for a week or more, say that they dont have the money and are waiting for a relative to give them the money (which I politely waited a week for) which lead to nothing but silence and just simply saying Is this still available and not following through. All these people who have done this to me I have given bad reviews because of the games they like to play. One has since then gotten mad and wrote a retaliatory review because she "was on vacation" and she didnt even bother telling me that, so she just went silent like the rest. Letgo unethical behaviour

Yesterday 4/30/2017 I bought an iPhone 6 plus 128Gb from an individual named Alex G. This individual stated multiple times that the phone was unlocked and I would not have a problem with activation on the at&t network. Believing this was the case i gave him $310 for the phone and case. Today 5/1/2017 I go to activate the phone and it's locked per AT&T to the t-mobile network. Alex has blocked me so I can't get a hold of him now. The resolution to this would be a refund. The following is our chat. Please help.

Letgo air jordan 1 sneakers storm blue size 9.5

I purchase a pair of sneakers from a seller name randy jones i ask him how can we meet up and he told me to come to new jersey because that's where he is located i don't have any transportation to get out to nj so i ask him does he have paypal so that he can ship it out to me he replied no but later setup one so i sent him the payment for the sneakers and the the transaction went thru and the conversation was smooth until the time i ask him where is the tracking number and that's when he started to be real rude and stop replying to me so now i don't have no sneakers and i sent him the payment i want my refund back from him asap.

Letgo users that have zero-limited interest in being identifiable & then posting factitious reviews.

I have seen a shots of three individuals who had no interest in actually using the app as intended and sit behind false/fake names.

I have screenshots of all interactions.

I had inquired with one seller, UltimateTiger44 (real name Ryan G Dube (email [protected]@gmail.com) about a lot of Lego, he sent me additional photos via phone text messaging. We agreed on a price of $60 and within 15seconda he says he has another buyer offering $65, so if I want to top that offer he will sell to me. I declined this tactic as too many people do this. I then block him from contacting me via my cell phone.
I left him an honest 1star review on his letgo profile. I did not block him on at this point on the app.
Within an hour I had a user "itsyeboi" contact me followed by a user named "Jaden".
Itsyeboi responded to an ad I had posted saying he would pay $700 when my item was $120, I checked the profile of UltimateTiger44 profile and just prior itsyeboi had left a positive 5 star review... yet 3 of us had 1star reviews (all been reported by UltimateTiger44 for review by letgo). I blocked and reported Itsyeboi and UltimateTiger at this point.

Jaden was interesting as he contacted me on one of my ads saying I had favourite his Lego ad. I found this strange. I replied using his Lego ad and turned down his offer to sell me his lot for $190, as it was too much for not being all Lego and the amount there. Also with now seeing his poor rating I also was not interested in dealing with him. I had never contacted him prior to him contacting me, only marking as favourite so I could follow the ad. He replied an hour later and then messaged a while later insulting me and then let me a review saying I never showed up and I swore and lowballed him... but I never even had any actual dealing with him. I reported his profile and blocked him but he had blocked me so I was unable to give him a review, a few hours later the review option was available and I gave a poor review of his lack of interest in my item and only wanted to give a back review based off giving his other account/friend's account a deserving 1 star ratting. jaden's profile has all negative but 1 review on him. Each negative has been marked by him for letgo to review.

Guess I am disappointed that this type of review system is allowed. Maybe it should only be on items actually sold? Or something letgo can review and approve.

My account was hacked a few weeks back and I created a new account to be able to get back on I need a house cleaning service done for my house because it's very messy then I am accused of all sorts of crazy things on your site I will be deleting it and possibly suing if anything leads to my wrongful arrest I told y'all I was hacked weeks ago but noone wanted to respond back to my emails so all of this is on y'all have a nice day

A customer review was posted on my profile, regarding a 46inch RCA cabinet style hdtv. i listed it at $375. A potential customer asked if I would accept less and I agreed. I asked them to make an offer. They responded back with $ 100. i responded that I would not sell at that offer. Their immediate response was to post a review stating that I was posting unfair prices. I placed the review up for exam by letgo. Noone is holding a gun to these people, forcing them to purchase anything. Just because she claims she found another TVof comparison, doesnt mean I need to reduce my asking price to satisfy her. This is totally unfair and against free market capitalism.

Letgo scam... be very careful

I bought an iPod touch 7th gen from a Joseph M Allen. I met him and he showed me the start screen. First of all, the home button did not work. Second of all, it is a 5th generation iPod touch, not 7th. 3rd- it is a blue iPod touch, not white.

I feel completely scammed. I reached out to him on my phone and on Letgo. He now blocked me. I can send you screen shots of my texts if you like. He is located in Martinez, CA 94553
