Absolutely terrible customer service.
On purpose or by mistake I was double charged by them. Thank god I check my bank account often, so I noticed it pretty soon.
The most interesting part is that this issue is not the hardest, but it took them 3 weeks to resolve it and 3 more weeks to refund. 6 weeks in total. It's too much.
Several times I called customer service and they only kept apologizing but did absolutely nothing to help with this situation. It's terrible. I consider them the worst among similar companies.
