Lazada Southeast Asia acrylic cosmetic organizer 4 drawers drawer makeup storage box holder

I want to complain po yung inorder ko na sabi sa lbcexpress tracking eh ngayon ko dapat matatanggap ang order ko galing lazada, around 5:02 when they updated me sa status ng tracking ko then 5:27 naman permission to postpone?!? Like What the hell is that site saying?!? I didn't receive or wala pumupunta dito ni isang LBC sa bahay then ganun nalang sasabihin sakin?!? Here's my trackig and you'll see it [protected] please ayusin nyo ang service nyo!

Lazada Southeast Asia sennheiser cx300

I bought a sennheiser CX300 headphone from a vendor in Lazada, and receive the product promptly.I open the packaging and found that the product was definately a fake sennheiser.

I have the exact same model and could do a direct comparison. I return the product through poslaju (which was painless ) and drop a negative review to highlight to the other user that the product sold was fake. I receive a phone call from Lazada and explain to me that they take fake product sold by vendor seriously and would refund me the for the return product. I was impressed at first.

Its been almost two months now. At the 45 day mark, i check on the return and found that i was never refunded for the return product. I check the the vendor product page, which i left a negative review and was shock that my review was removed. All that was left was 4 & 5 star review.

I was not happy. I talk to their service personel on the website chat enquiring about by return and my deleted review. She told me that i should be refunded in 30days. I told her, it was already 45 days.

She mentioned she will look into it and will get back to me in 2 days. I posted another negative review on the vendor product page again. 10 days has since pass. I sent lazada another email and did not received reply on that.

the second negative review on the vendor page was also delete.So from what i can tell, Lazada is not honoring its return policy and is protecting the sale of fake product on their website.

Lazada Southeast Asia extra delivery fee

I bought several items from Lazada and was charged extra money for delivery.
I heard a lot about Lazada and decided to order something. It was easy to place order and also liked their site which looked very professional. Everything seemed fine until I noticed that some money disappeared from my account. Contacted my bank to ask where did my money went to and was told that these extra charges were made by Lazada. So then I contacted their support and they explained that they took some extra for delivery because I was living in a so called "special area". I understand that every company has its own rules, but it would be nice if they made that information available for all customers. I had no idea they had extra fees.
Terrible experience. I don't want to deal with them in the future.

Lazada Southeast Asia asus zenfone max 32gb white

received the asus zenfone max white 32gb seller is Gadget world order no. [protected] which i ordered again even if I felt unlucky and received yesterday April 19. The unit suddenly shutdown April 20. it was 90% charged and I was shocked and disappointed. I put the charger on but was still not working and i did a hard reset factory setting and took sometime to open up. Experience some heating issues and the back cover was a bit open i dont know why but i am very disappointed. I want to return it and replace with same product but it will costs me too much stress and time waiting as i need it right away thats why i bought it. I really want them to replace it right away but its so hassle for me i hope you lazada can think what is the best thing to do about it right away without waiting for how many days.
If you check my address you will see how we praise your online business the way we always order items every week until now but still experience bad situation which nobody can control. Above all i hope that you will focus on how to delight your customers when it comes to services and products.

Lazada Southeast Asia parcel not received

My order #[protected] just went missing.
Status : Delivered
But I didt received yet
And already called customer services since 30th March. More than 3weeks yet still no status update from Lazada courier service.
already file at least 2 case to Lazada, but still no status update from them. They did not take it serious on customer.
Lazada can't provide me the prove of signature and ic that hv been sign when delivered.

Lazada Southeast Asia service of the courier/lazada

I have NOT received the item but it was tagged as delivered in my orders (reason why I cannot cancel the order). The first day (04/06/17) we cannot receive the item due to no one was home the whole day. The 2nd day (04/07/17) in which I came from office to our house at about 4:30 pm. The first text from the courier was 4:09 pm where I was still on my way home, the courier called me and I advised him that I'll be home at about 4:30 pm-5:00 pm. Courier acknowledged, but it was already 7:00 pm and still no text from him. I asked if he will still come the 2nd day and he replied he cannot come due to an emergency and will come back tomorrow (04/08/17). I advised him that it is impossible by tomorrow (04/08/17) due to I have work and errands to tend to after work, he just said "OK lang po sir". And it was not good enough, i ordered the item 04/07/17 as a birthday present which is on the 04/06/17, I know missing the delivery the first day is my fault due to I have errands. But the second day, I even went straight home from the office to wait for this even if I have some things to do, and this is the first time that I have encountered this poor service from lazada in which blew which is supposed to be a gift for a birthday. So I won't be expecting the item anymore and even if it was delivered, I will not pay for it anymore. Please cancel this order. Thank you.

Lazada Southeast Asia I haven't received my order from lazada

I haven't yet received my order from lazada,.. Head cap protector for baby bumps. In my status it was already arrive in maramag last march 10, 2017. But until now I haven't received anything from them.. Even the tracking number was not found from their list. I check my status here in lbcexpress tracking.. They cannot locate me. I go to their office to ask if there is an item from my name they said nothing.. Its already April 5, 2017 now. How many days of delivery before the item will come?.. 1 month? Pls so some action for my matter thank you. Well I tried to contact them but no reply..

Lazada Southeast Asia horrible!

I bought a TV from Lazada and it arrived damaged. I tried to reach them via phone but they did not reply. For about two weeks I was calling every day and when they finally replied they said that I need to file my complaint in a written form. I sent them a message and received no reply back.
They ignored me for more than a week and then they said that they did not receive my message and asked me to send it again and I did but received nothing but silence!
I still can't get a replacement, they reply very slowly and when they do, they say and one the same thing - that I need to send them a message with detailed explanation!
I bet these are just automated messages and no one from Lazada actually wants to help me. Horrible!

Lazada Southeast Asia phoenix hub merchant is the worst.

I bought a Digital hanging scale with 500kgs. Capacity and it is worth 4k. But when I received it the Item was factory defective and 100kgs. Capacity only. When I returned it back they keep delivering back too. It happened 3 times na. So for me, thats too much hassle, I always had to go to LBC and keep calling the Customer service almost every other day to ask the status of my refund, emailed them almost everyday. But I would always hear/recieve this message, "we are still processing .. etc" for 2 months now. Cmon LAZADA! And before I knew it, they'll deliver the item again because they said nothing is wrong, ive shown proof and still the re-evaluation team SUCKS! Pheonixhub Sucks also! Ive reviewed their Item and they ddnt bother to post it. Wow ah! They also do fake reviews! Kaloka ka!

Lazada Southeast Asia cell phone order scam lazada philippines

They scam me no refund order number [protected] they cancel my order without my permission no respond dead support.. Payment via paypal. Worst ever experience buying online, , they only need your money they have no concern on customers.

This is my last time to buy on lazada.. Good service in first. Second order but in long run lazada makes money on scam.. They scam there customer. They located in manila philippines. Worst worst company dont ever buy at lazada. Your just wasting your money made in china products not genuine..

Wrong description on website. They only need your money. And so on gudluck for your wrong doing

Lazada Southeast Asia very bad service!

They are the worst people to deal with, very rude and unprofessional. I bought a charger from them and when it arrived it did not work. Maybe it was broken, I don't actually know, but the fact was that it did not work and wasn't charging anything!
I asked Lazada for a replacement and they said that was the last one in stock. Then I asked for a refund and they said sure and asked me to ship the broken one back. I paid for the return shipping and sent it back, but after weeks of waiting Lazada kept telling me that they did not receive anything!
They said they'll contact me as soon as they get the package, but that was nothing but a fake promise! These people are terrible!

Lazada kayo at ako lang may alam ng remittance # bakit naclaim using fake id hindi ko nga kayo binigyan ng copy ng id ko pineke nyo naman nakakaalarma hindi safe info ng customer nyo araw2x inaupdate ko yan sa inyo apr11 my tumawag sakin lazada agent void daw ung remittance# galing ako ng lbc kanina naclaim na daw nung apr12 pano nangyari un lazada

Lazada Southeast Asia damaged phone!

I would not recommend this terrible site to anyone! I bought a Samsung mobile phone from this site Lazada and when it arrived screen was damaged. There wasn't even a screen protector and it was poorly packaged. I contacted Lazada and they said that they can't accept it back because it was damaged! They also said that they will not refund me and when I asked what was I supposed to do they suggested me going to a local repair shop!
And they also had a nerve to offer me to order a new screen from their site! Are you kidding me? Never again!

Lazada Southeast Asia error message after processing payment

Good morning, I ordered "Banpresto One Piece King of Artist The Portgas D Ace Special Version" in Lazada, and after waiting for the process of payment, it suddenly showed an error message. It says that they are having a maintenance, but when I checked my debit card, it was deducted already. I didn't receive any notifications that my order is processed.

Lazada Southeast Asia ikea omund stool (2 x stools in box)

I ordered a IKEA Omund Stool for 2, 550 pesos. The order contained 2 x stools in the box IAW the Lazada Philippines Online Shopping. When I received my original order (19 Jan 17) there was only one stool in the box. We contacted Lazada and they advised to return the product to LBC which we did. Lazada sent another Omund Stool, once again there was only one in the box. We again contacted Lazada and informed them the order was incorrect there should have been two stools. We again returned the stool and have asked for a refund. But what have they now said is we were outside of the return policy and sent me back the one stool so at this stage I have one stool, but I paid for two stools. This is poor business practice by LAZADA Philippines they made the original mistake but according to them it is my fault I did not return the product within the 7 days.

Lazada Southeast Asia wireless stereo mini bluetooth in-ear phone

Lazada already deducted my order on my debit account. It was one month ago but still I did not yet receive my order and I was calling lazada customer care for 5 times comaining my order because it was tagged as delivered even if I did not receive it yet so I provide them my company ID with my fullname together with my signature as a proof but sad to say they did not took an action with these case. I was so disappointed everytime I called them I feel that they don't want to talk to me is it because you already get the money thats why you dont care for what ever happens? My god lazada you are a scammer !

Lazada Southeast Asia poor services

I ordered January 7, 2017 it was 3 items and all was available and not transferred by sea, they said they will deliver the items until January 13, 2017 they delivered the 2 items in partial way before January 13, btw, I pay them in advance thru credit card. I don't know what happened to other one since they will not bother sending me updates/notification and their site of tracking items was too limited.Their customer service was so hard to reach during day time. I tried to call their hotline to ask on January 17 10pm the customer service named Leonardo told me that he will cascade a report to LEX to prioritize my order but nothing happened still. I tried to call again on January 18 around 9:30- 10pm and talked to Faiz same scenario and line that he will cascade a report to prioritize my order, since it was my 2nd time to call it is so hard for me to hang up the phone without assurance that they will assist me well so I require Faiz to hand over the phone to his supervisor, he let me talked to his supervisor according to him, his name is Ferdie, Ferdie told me that he is the one handling my concern and will give me feedback the day after. January 19 around lunchtime someone called me from Lazada telling me that the courier has no reply yet so I asked her to call the courier they should do something about it but still nothing happen again. The 3rd time I called again on January 19, 2017 past 10pm and talked to Joane and in my conclusion they have the same line " I will cascade a report and send it to courier, I will be the one personally assist your concern' but nothing happened after the conversation. LAZADA didn't bother on the concern of their customer. Is this how you treat customer?Why do I have to call you on the 3rd time and yet nothing happened? your customer service is not helpful at all same as your courier LEX. I need the items today but until now your not giving me any feedback. Your services was too bad.

Lazada Southeast Asia poor customer service

I ordered a dashcam on lazada last 12/03/16 as a gift for a friend last christmas. I was given an order number and order confirmation with the delivery time.

After the delivery date has expired, I emailed their customer service to ask for guidance on where my order is. below is my exact email

Dec 22
Email request:where is my order?
This is overdue! 06 dec - 13 dec
I need this before christmas. this is a christmas gift!
Shipment # 2 fullfilled by the best of the best
06 dec - 13 dec, 2016 via standard delivery

On dec 26 I received an email from this bob asking me to confirm the order number.

Good day.
Thank you for the time you took in reaching out to us. kindly please provide us the order number so we can process your concerns.

*for me this is very stupid! I waited 3 days just to be asked for my order number! I have 3 orders in my account. if I was this stupid bob what I would do is:
1. search for the account using the email address used.
2. search for the order that has the item involved
3. provide customer an update about the order
As simple as that, but this bob did'nt do his job right what he did here is to respond to the email because I believe he has a quota of email per hour that he needs to accomplish.

This is stupid! and poor customer service.

After that since bob was stupid enough to give me viable information about my order I phoned customer service to again ask for help.

Here's what happened.

I spoke to a girl in customer service, before I say anything to her I asked her "can you look for an account using an email address?" she replied "yes sir" that concludes that bob is so stupid to do his job right. moving on with the conversation I was told that the order was probably held up in customs and she will send a ticket requesting for an update and I will be notified via text message.

Guess what!
- I did not receive any text message notifying me what happened to that order.

Also the chat service on their website indicates "live chat" but an automated machine will answer your query with nonsense response.

Poor customer service.

Lazada Southeast Asia Defective products, please see details below

First,
I did not expect that the items I ordered : order # [protected]
Said to arrive by january 1, 2017, still have not arrived when today is january 7

Second,
The order I made: order # [protected], said to arrive on 28 december 2016, has not yet arrived

Third, order # [protected]

Is defective!
Would I return it?
I would have no problem doing it, but this is not my point
I would like to stress that if there is or was a person who will just have a peek for a second on the item before placing it inside a box, he or she would know or would have known that it is defective, but well I believe, none! And so item that arrived was totally unacceptable
Would I return it? To argue that this is due to the handling in the delivery phase is incorrect, for the strings would be last to break than its body if the box was mishandled
Should I care and spend minutes doing good for the company I thought would do sincerely and honestly do their own part, by returning it? No
I will keep this item as a reminder that lazada has to be exacting with the company they are dealing with. (pls check the photos attached)

Third,

This is defective, but who will know if this is defective or not at the first place? Since the machine is working when placed lying down, but would lag once it is made upright? Who has the patience to check this before sending this to a customer?
Should I return it? Sorry, this one I cannot return since, the box and the receipts went to garbage after our househelper threw them off thinking that I was done after I assembled the clock before I slept in the evening
This is not about technicality on returning the item or not, I am questioning the kind of items being shipped. I expected that the company is as assiduous and excited to please customers as I am too assiduous and excited to pay and receive the item. Thank you

Lazada Southeast Asia Unethical behavior, rudeness, customer service disconnected the call

I called yesterday night, 12/28/2016. Around 6pm, this is regarding the package that was delivered that morning. I woke up and got a message from an unknown number informing me that he is from lazada and he went to my address and no one's home. I am a lazada customer for few years now and I love the fact that they call and inform the customer that they are already delivering the product, in that way I will be ready for the arrival of my order. However, on this case. I got simple text message without any calls at all and the message is simply informing me that he already left. Where in normally they would call the time they are at the customers address. But got informed that they left already? Seriously? So what I did is I messaged the number and asked for the order that supposed to be delivered. (since I have lots of orders with them and I just wanted to make if what is the order) but it seems like the delivrey personnel dont know the account # since he cannot give it, so after exchanging of msg seems like he finally knew the order # and sent it to me but the worst is that order (Order #: [protected]) that they were trying to deliver is a cancelled and the other one a product that I am expecting (Order #: [protected]). So instead of arguing with the delivery personnel I called customer service instead and asked for assistance regarding the matter. Been on the 1st call for 15mins, since I have lots of order and it is possible that the csr got confused and I am already getting pissed off, and then suddenly the line got disconnected. Tried to call back, I spoke to jonathan and repeated myself for the 2nd time because it seems line they are not placing notes on my account, been on the line for 19mins and then the 2nd rep disconnected the line as well. They should have asked for questions if they are not really understanding what happened and if there are confusions with the order, however I know that they did it intentionally disconnected the line because if not they should have called me back since they asked for my callback number onset of the call if ever line got disconnected but never received any call back at all and any call summary on my email which they usually do right after I spoke with them. Lazada's customer service associate are rude and not willing to help at all. They are there to assist and understand the customer, they are there to give support and provide the best customer experience that they can give, but it seems like it is the other way around. Instead of getting helped, I got the worst experience with them. Poor custoer service
