Lazada Philippines / customer support in case of non delivery
Several ordered items came too late. Recently lazada send the parcel back to sender. No delivery - no refund - waisting time and money.
By the way the customer support is a computerized answering machine - you see it on the remarks and recommentations you get. No human logigal proof or follow up of your case.
You could also speak to your wall and hope it helps/works.
Surely my last bad experience with lazada. Iĺl buy my things in carcar or cebu city (Ayala/sm). Wybiwyg - what you buy is what you get !!
