Kroger kraft macaroni and cheese

My husband went to Kroger on Lafayette Avenue in Terre Haute Indiana and got two boxes of Kraft macaroni and cheese for supper. I opened one box and packet of powder cheese was hard to remove. Once I got it out it had mold half way up it. Upon further investigation noted macaroni on bottom was covered in mold. Pretty disgusting and odor once shook box to look at bottom where molded noodles were was horrid

Kroger rug doctor rental - bad customer service experience with employee

To Whom This May Concern,

My name is Justin Ossai. I want to report the first bad customer experience that I had at this Kroger store location. I rented a Rug Doctor on 08/08/18 at 3:10 PM. I was attempting to return the Rug Doctor the following day, but unfortunately it was around 7:00 P.M. which was after the 24-hour grace period. I was speaking to a Kroger employee by the name of Destiny at the customer service counter when trying to return the item, but the conversation that I exchanged with her was extremely horrible. I told her that I was late bringing the Rug Doctor back, and then proceeded to ask her how much the late charge will be. She stated that it was going to be $34.99. I then proceeded to question her if that was the same amount that I rented the rug doctor for, and she said, "don't know" This is where the bad customer service started to take place. I then looked behind her at the pricing on the wall and it did say a rental was $34.99, so I informed her that it is the same price as another days rental, so I might as well return it tomorrow. She then stated that I will be charged another days fee if I were to return the rug doctor the following day. While conversing with her, the demeanor and disposition she portrayed was horrible, along with her explaining the late process and how it works. She did not smile, nor seemed like she wanted to be there, or explain to me how these late fees worked which was disheartening. After several attempts of questioning her to fully understand, she finally said that it would be like being charged three days if I were to bring it back the following day. I said ok, well I will return it by closing tonight, and asked her where the solution was for the rug doctor. Again, while exchanging words with her, she was very, very rude, and continued to dismiss me with one-word responses. Also, just to add, there was a couple in front of me that was attempting to pick up some money, and she seemed very short tempered with them as well. It was written all over her face, and in the tone of her voice when speaking to those two individuals. Being a manager myself, I am very big on customer service, and this employee did not show an ounce of how a long-time consumer of Kroger should be treated. I then requested to speak with the manager. The manager by the name of Dwaynne (if I recall correctly) came over, and I explained to him the situation that occurred. He then apologized that I had this experience. After that, I walked back to my car and put the rug doctor in my van. I walked back into the store to purchase more deep cleaning solution, and as I came back into the store a minute later, I noticed that the manager and Destiny were laughing, which made me somewhat uncomfortable thinking that maybe nothing will get done if my bad experience was what they were laughing about. I'm submitting this customer complaint to make sure that this reaches the proper chain of command, and this gets addressed appropriately. Thank you for your time.

Kroger food safety and hygiene

I am a customer who happened to be passing by a random person who was watching this video on Snapchat making horrible comments about how unsafe these two city market associates were. I felt disgusted because I buy from this deli a lot so I felt like I had to report it.I'm pretty sure those two girls are braking food safety rules by eating from the spoon they serve people with. The fact that they have it on Snapchat showing the location means they do not care. I personally have gone into that same store and have gotten terrible service from both of those females and I've come to realize one of them is an sssistant manager. Now is this any way for a "leader" to act.

Kroger customer service

I frequently visit this particular location 3618 Hwy 138 SE, Stockbridge, GA 30281 and no matter what day it is there is a custiner service associate with a nasty attitude I have to deal with at the money center. I was there today at 7:25 cashing my check she has cashed my check a couple of times before and every time questions my check and asks if it's a payroll check after watching me sign it and detach it from my checkstub and i work within walking distance of her location. She has now told me because my id is bent not broken or ineligible that I need to get a new one or she won't cash my check. I've been told on 2 occasions she couldn't cash my $200 check I think she doesn't like working but I'm going to be discontinuing going to that store because of her!

Kroger truck driver

The truck driver cut me off and was swerving through multiple lanes around Roanoke Texas, he got within a foot of my bumper and almost hit me more than once. The man flipped me off and cussed me out multiple times at a stop light and thought that driving like that was the best way to solve the issue. Clearly this driver is unfit to be working As a driver because he thinks that driving like an idiot is the best way to deal with problems. His lisence plate said Indiana and his number is P480771 please get rid of this employee.

Kroger you using off duty police to store security.

What are you thinking? Why would you use police to work in your stores? Read the room dummies, right now the majority of US citizens don't want to have anything to do with the police since they do nothing but bully the citizens that pay them. So you like having little girls get tazed/tased because they might have stolen something? What is wrong with you ppl? I will not shop at any of stores until you start hiring your store security that does not work for the police. Besides the cops really need to concentrate on their real jobs, by finding rapist, pedo's. and murders. Well there are at it maybe they can help find the missing children instead of tazing them.

Kroger employee smoking at gas tanks and gas truck

An Employee tonight was smoking a cigarette very close to gas truck unloading gas in ground. I took pictures of her so you would believe me. I am attaching the photos.

After gas truck pulled away, she continued to smaoke walking buy customers pumping gas and enters the little both they sit in.

Kroger on Hwy. 278 Covington, GA.
Around 7 pm in evening. I have my gas receipt.

Kroger near expiration simply organic bread

Ralphs located at 18010 Chatsworth St. Granada Hills, CA (Spoke with both Store Managers: Eric Scantland, and Dennis)

I shopped at Ralphs today, August 6, 2018. I was going to buy a loaf of Simply Organic Bread, but the expiration date on it was August 8, 2018. I asked the store manager if I could get a discount because the bread was near expiration. He told me to come back tomorrow, said he could not mark it down today. I told him that I walks to the store and that I could not come back tomorrow, besides we are having triple digits heat wave right now. He would not bulge. Now I have shopped at Ralphs and Food 4 less for over 40 years and have never experienced this before. I can not help but wonder about this?

The store is located about 1 and 1/2 miles from my home and I am 72 years old, I think this was poor customer's service and perhaps some type of racial issue.

Kroger kroger instant sugar free pudding exp may 25, 2019

8-5- 2018 I've recently made the butterscotch sugar fee instant pudding with almond milk and it was bitter. I wasn't sure what caused it. Today I used the the lemon sugar free instant pudding in a cake. It had a bitter taste, also. Last week the vanilla pudding by itself was OK. Please check it out. I bought them at a King Sooper in Longmont Co.

Kroger loss prevention

the asian security at the Klamath falls location whom wears a tanish baseball cap all the time harasses customers. That Mab has followed me and my family around the store every single time we go in. I made the morning store manager aware and he said they target how people act. I get that. Also many of my friends have been targeted. The one thing I have to express is that there are a few hundred people in my community that are in recovery from drugs and alcohol like myself that have done enough to have a natural twitch or act a certain way sober because of the damage we have done to ourselves. What is really [censored]ed up is because I have a permanent ailment like many is the fact that [censored]er targets me and follows close enough and makes himself so obvious that I am going to just ask if he wants to escort me around and hand him a pen and paper to document my basket. Anyway its to the point all 4000 of my Facebook friends know, a few are now following him as a joke and are acting weird to mess with him. I personally find it to be highly harassing that he does this and the store manager I think is more judgmental than anyone. The only reason I have gone back to the store is the rewards for gas. That's it! I have talked to multiple store associates and getting nowhere. I feel singled out threatened and beyond highly harassed by the store that I will not go by myself there EVER AGAIN!

Kroger manager

Let me introduce myself. My name is Morris Hammond I grew up here in Ridgeland, ms. I Played high school and college ball here. I also worked at the Madison Kroger for 5 years during this time. So I shop at store 494 3 to 4 times a week. My Kroger points are about 30 to 60 cent off gas everyonth. 99.9% of my grocies ate Kroger brand because its quality and afforadable for me and my family.
Ok so, as usuall on friday I was purchasing my family dinner as I do 3 times a week, my kroger account will verify that. I had recently recieved a new credit card and it was in my vehicle fir a week so.the sun deformed it to where when I try to use the chip on it it doesnt work sometimes. I first went threw self check out and I could not get the chip to read. The young lady at self check iut was very helpfull she tried it twice and said it just to bent. Si, she suggested that I go threw the check out line so the cashier can manually input my card number since it has a wave in it from the heat. I said ok great. Im at the employee checkout and she tried to input it but the register wasn't taking the number. So at that time the manager Nita Taylor was bagging my few items for dinner. So the young lady who was checking me out just could not get my card to work. The managers Ms Nita Taylor ask me was it my card. So im not only baffled and livid by her comment. Then she commence to say it policy to ask if it my card.
First I do not get hair cutts but 6 months at a time so my son can have his. I do not buy nice things so Im able to feed my family. Now if I was white she would have been breaking her neck to fix the problem instead of causing a problem. I told her I come here 4 times a week and my stepson works here and I make sure he is on time fir work.So is it policy to ask black customers when there cards do not work at the moments is it theres. Which is what she said to me.
I coach 7th grade madison county basketball team, I also have a college degree and its no crap degree. I have worked so hard all my life to provide and be man of faith. But when I come across people like Mita Taylor its changes my emotions about people. What am I suppose to do, its like because of the color of my skin automaticlly makes people assume the worst or criminal and I never had so much which as a ticket my entire life. In which that means I have follwed the rules my whole life. And for me spending what little money I have four times a week on kroger brand name everyweek its more than just hurtfull its degrading in front of other customers. So is it policy for your managers to ask black people who card is this upur card and the casheir doesn't know how to input it? Im so upset and discourage. It really hard to keep your faith when even people of your color just automaticlly assume that you a criminal because of the color of my skin. I could have told here to use credit card tender. I hate this happen my emotions are alot diffrent now. I really hate this it makes me want to move but this is where I grew up amd have had some great memories. And this is another one I can share with my family.
For the record you dont know who your customers are or who they know. And your manager judging me by the color of my skin is down right wrong and rediclious.

Kroger Seafood Department

I was standing waiting for service for at least 10 min, and when the employee walked up he looked me right in the eye and didn't even thinking about asking can he help me in any kind of way, yet another customer began asking him a question and he answered her questions walked to the back and never returned until I asked a Supervisor is it possible that I could get some help around here, I thought that was rather rude to just ignore a paying customer, and not even act like acknowledge the fact that I had been standing there.

Kroger unneighborly conduct

A newly constructed Kroger on N. Goliad, Rockwall Texas, provides convenience to many Rockwall residents. Staff are friendly with excellent customer service.
The store is conveniently located in the heart of Rockwall community. I am one of the voters who voted in favor of the new construction of this store. Hindsight 20/20 - the store is built too close to some residential homes in Quail Run Community. The unsanitary of their dumpsters have diffused fowl smells to an unbearably level for many of the nearby homes. Mine is one of them.

Please be a good neighbor and keep your dumpster odors to minimal level.
Also, please have your delivery trucks on a schedule other than 4am.

I no longer have privacy in my backyard. Now, I am driven away from my own home by the odor from your dumpster.

Kroger recent visits

Hello,

My name is Dominique Washington. I'm a very loyal customer who's shop at the stores nearly every week and have done so for over a decade. I love that the prices are affordable and I get more for what I spend.
I'm contacting your office in reference to the Kroger store here in Memphis TN address 2835 Kirby Parkway Memphis TN 38119. As of the last few months I've had numerous problems at this location. Before that every thing was perfect.
I've got into altercations with security due to my nieces and nephews who I'm caring for. Mainly due to them running and getting lost doing what kids do but I make sure I address them each time letting them know they can't do that. All of the local Kroger's have free fruit for the children so I bring them in often to get fruit mostly when we're low on food. No one has said anything about it. I sometimes send the oldest two in and would tell them to chose one fruit for themselves and the others. Each time I send them in I'm literally parked in front of the entrance waiting just in case they have an issue. Everything was fine at first until I've of the guards approached my vehicle stating that they were inside playing with the carts not doing what I told them to do so I went in to o address the situation. They know better. When I came in he stated that my daughter and nephew were running around playing with the carts and said they couldn't do that so I spanked her on her hand and made them both leave.
A few days later I came back to do my usual shopping. I noticed that the guard followed me to every isle and would sometimes walk ahead of me then turn to stare at me in this odd way but I continued to shopped. It got to the point where I started feeling harassed so I asked him if there was a problem. He stated that the manager didn't want us to come back to her store. I asked why and he actually said it was because I spanked my daughter and I shouldn't have done so in public so we couldn't come back. I replied that I would speak to her because I didn't understand why she felt that she could ban me for something like that.
I went back to the store four days later and did the same thing as usual shop and allow them to get a piece of fruit but I was met by the manager and the guard. She said I wasn't welcomed in the store because she heard that the children were constantly stealing in the store and that my nephew came in and opened of of the chicken containers and walked around the store eating the chicken. The guard also repeated the same thing and even said that was the reason along with me spanking my child. He to said people told him in the store since he wasn't at work that particular day. Of course I asked the children did they do such a thing and they admitted opening the chicken because they were hungry but stated that other than that they haven't stolen anything before that incident.
I asked the manager if I could see proof that they were actually stealing since each of them stated that that's what they heard but she refused saying it was irrelevant I felt it like it was relevant because as she stated their stealing and me spanking my child was the reason we were banned from the store. I asked to see the proof several times but she refused. I didn't understand why I couldn't see the tapes. Thus the reason for this complaint . I've never taken a thing from this Kroger ever. I have no knowledge of the children stealing either. This Kroger is literally walking distance from my home and it'll be inconvenient to drive across town to visit another store.
To make matters worse one of the guards accused me of soliciting money from customers at the fuel station claiming I went to each car begging but this was not true at all! She claimed I was slumped over in one customer car begging. That was false! I went to the fuel station to await my cousins arrival so she could help me with gas since funds were low. I told her this and even had my cousin pull back up to show I knew her yet she still insisted that was what I was doing! I need a full investigation done or if the comps isn't willing to do so then I see no read for me being banned. I understand the children were wrong and they will not be entering that store with me. What can be done? Please get back to me ASAP!

Kroger visa card “ban”

Amazing that a corporate American company who has had a tax breaks this year and likely record profits, would consider a decision to ban the use of Visa card use because of what is paid by the store for the use.

Really?
Any thought corporate Kroger that you are making a decision from a place of greed rather than a place of customer service?
The marginalized get it again.

Visa may be the only option for many for various reasons. People who are disabled or who have no transportation have to be inconvienced to get to a bank because of you? The elderly ( who have become marginalized), may have to order grocery delivery and cannot because all they have is a visa that holds their fixed incomes.

I grew up on Red Owl with my father being the first manager to Wisconsin and assisted in educating employees in customer service.

Oh wait! That was 65 years ago and the world has changed.

Kroger disgruntled customer

I was shopping in the Hartwell Kroger store (Cincinnati) on Sunday, July 29th in the afternoon around 1:00pm or about. I went into the Deli to get some cold cuts and stepped to the counter. There were no numbers available. The employee asked who was next and I raised my hand. I wasn't sure though. At that time, a man turned to me and said NO, I am next. I apologized saying "pardon me, I am sorry." He said, in a very rude tone of voice - "No you're not sorry. I said again, I am sorry. He said you don't have to get loud with me and you will WAIT YOUR TURN. I said, Sir, I don't have a problem with waiting my turn. He repeated again YOU WILL WAIT YOUR TURN. He then made a gun motion from his hand and pointed it in my direction and said -" Pow - I will shoot you right here in the store." I then asked the employee to call for management. The manager spoke with him and he got loud with the manager. Another customer told me that he scared her son that was shopping with her (a young child). As I went to the checkout counter to pay for my groceries, I noticed the man was standing in the doorway watching me so I called for the security guard. I believe he was waiting for me to leave the store so I was startled. The security guard came over to me as I was paying for my groceries and I described him. I noticed that as I was speaking with the guard, the man walked out to the parking lot. When the guard walked me to the car, the man was gone. I hope that someone did an incident report.

Kroger sterile lubricant eye drops; 30 single-use containers: [protected] 6

I am disappointed. After several weeks of "Product Not Available" on the pharmacy shelf, when the product reappeared, the only thing that had NOT changed was the cardboard box package. The product itself is an inferior product that is totally different from the original eye drops. The new product is much less in quantity, cannot be recapped after opened, and sometimes leaves a jagged edge on the applicator that poses a threat of eye injury when used. Yeah, I know, the instructions always say to discard the applicator after one use. As a person with severe dry eyes who uses eye drop several times a day, I can assure you that the vast majority of your consumers prefer to re-cap the applicator after initial use. Nearly all the similar, non-Kroger products are easily recapped and DON'T leave a sharp edge when opened. Most of the similar, non-Kroger brand items are outrageously priced and that is why your product had become my eye drop choice. PLEASE either return to your old supplier or find yet another new supplier that can provide us with the quality eye drops to which we are accustomed. Thank you very much for your consideration of my concerns.

Kroger fruit and vegetables in plastic bags.

The amount of plastic that I end up with, which is a result of shopping at your store, is maddening. Plastic is not sustainable. I don't want plastic! Please consider selling fruits and vegetables with out plastic. Thank you. I will find another store. Someone has gotten greedy. Greed creates corruption and skews values and common sense. May I send my plastic obtained from your store back to you? Where is this plastic supposed to go? There is no "away". Your campaign about sustainability is a smokescreen. Do the right thing. Plastic is destroying humanity and the earth. Is this long enough now?

Kroger pharmacy

I had back surgery on June 18, 2018. My surgeon, Dr. Shehadi, prescribed Percocet 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. On June 20th, The Kroger pharmacy gave me enough for 1 tablet every 6 hours. When my husband (who picked it up) told the girl it wasn't enough— she was very rude and said it's state law? My doctor even called and complained and tried to explain that it wasn't enough- but they were rude to him too. I guess they think they know better than the doctor does. I understand there is an opioid epidemic - but it is WRONG to make me suffer after having major back surgery! All this does is force people to get the medicine they need from friends or family that have some left over. Which is WRONG and probably against the law. Some patients actually need the meds and would never abuse it. (Like me!) My doctor actually suggested that I go to another pharmacy. I now go to Walgreens.
