Kroger kroger brand diet cola, no caffeine

I opened a can from a 12 pack I had bought this week, from a store in Falstaff, Arizona. It tasted distinctly of chemicals or soap of some kind. It was disgusting, and within a half hour I became ill, and for the next few days I was vomitting, weak, and felt delirious and shaky. I have been drinking diet sodas all my life. I have had your brand of diet sodas before. I do not know what happened to this particular pack or can of soda, but it was contaminated with something.

Kroger a manager at blytheville ar kroger

So last week me and my husband was shopping as usual and there were two lanes open and the self check out lanes open also. Well we seen the tall gray hair black manager open up a lane so we went in behind the lady who had two children and a few things in her buggy. To be honest I believe it was the black lady who is a manager there well we sat there for a good five minutes just to hear that manager whom was at the cashier with I believe her daughter and her grandbabies I'm not totally sure about that but while we were waiting not one item in her buggy was being scanned all they were doing was talking. I don't care what they were talking about but the manager lady never once scanned an item the whole time we waited and the other two employees who were doing the other cashier were packed with buggies full they were doing there job finally after being in the line the black manager open up we decided to go through a lane who was doing their job.. the next day I went in Kroger and talked to a man named Aaron and I told him what happened the man apologized for her actions and said that he has been waiting for someone to tell them about her doing this kind of stuff. He said that he would talk to her so yesterday I asked him if he talked to her about it but he said he hasn't had the chance to. The day she opened up a lane for that woman if you watch your camera she was on the floor talking with the same lady doing nothing.. this is not the first time she has done this. I really believe she only opened the lane for that lady only. We are always shopping at Kroger store in Blytheville Arkansas it's my kind of store but sometimes the lady needs to treat us all equal... Yes it really bothered me to see her not scan woman's stuff so the next customers could be taking care of. I have had my body crushed from hip down and I hurt a lot. I just don't understand why she couldn't get her groceries scanned and moved on to the next customer. Thank you and I hope someone can improve her manager skills. Thank you for taking the time to read what I wrote you and my phone number is [protected] yes I want a phone call telling me what I done so wrong as being waiting in line for her to talk to them other than doing her job. Her family and friends are always parking up in the fire lane and takes forever to get their shopping done also and on the other hand I have to park where there are parking spots no matter the distance to the store or not I do it cause it clearly states no parking lane right in front of the red box and soda machine. It says that for a reason. I don't shop anywhere else but they are doing a fine job of making me go elsewhere. Nicholas the black man and Aaron the manager are super nice to us and I appreciate how nice they are to me. As a customer I know how rude customers can get and those two seem to know how to handle customers who can get out of control. Before knowing Aaron... Nick was and is the best employee you have. The florists woman she has long grayish hair is also so kind to us. Thank you for taking your time once again and reading my experience in your Blytheville Arkansas s Kroger store... Please I want to be contacted by the main people of Kroger corporation. Kroger the rude disrespectful workers

The Covington Kroger's workers on night shift are complete night and day. My husband and myself go to the store every morning don't skip a morning. We are regulars as they call us. I love going there every morning to be greeted with a good morning smiles on everyone face's not a negative rude disrespectful person what so ever. On night shift never not once do we get a hello how are you, can we help you did you find everything nothing I mean nothing . They are always just downers and never smiles always negative just ready to get out of there and always on there phone's. Covington Kroger's Night Shift workers are so disrespectful and so rude and nasty.

Kroger spoiled food

Again I write... I am beyond frustrated and angry .. I bought a 6 pack of nesquick strawberry for my grandson... checked the date front 6 pk fine so I pulled one from the back ( did not check date on that one) took it home and when my grandson saw it he was so excited gave him one and he was on his way.. later that night he was laying around not feeling good and had a bellyache.. We thought ok maybe a virus, , Never thought to check the nesquick.. 2 days later my daughter was giving my grandson breakfast which included his nesquick as he was getting to the bottom of the bottle which is see thru she saw it was clumpy took it away from him right away but as stated it was almost done.. She checked the date and it was 3 months expired.. I was furious.. again my grandson had a bellyache and did not feel well..Took the remaining to the store got a refund but seemed like they shrugged it aside.. the following week we shopped again.. I would not even go near the nesquick however was buying minute maid juice boxes.. looked at date 1 year expired.. we got manager over too see.. there was aprox 18 expired juice boxes( are you kidding me) I shopped at Kroger for 4 years thinking of changing stores now... Beyond frustrated .. This was krogers in Woodstock ga on 92..

Kroger mt. orab and eastgate ohio stores

For the last few months I have been extremely disappointed with the Mt Orab Ohio marketplace of yours. I have been going to this store for 9 years and spend a lot of money here. Every time I go in the shelves are bare and if you ask someone to see if they have the item you get a real attitude about it. I really cant believe how downhill this store has gone since it was turned into a marketplace. I recently bought 2 boxes of drumsticks, 2 containers of yogurt and numerous other items all Kroger brand and they were spoiled or stale. Not only was this very disgusting but this should not be happening in this or any other store. I believe your store is so busy with click list customers that everything else is suffering. As a result I will be seeking another grocery store to go to. I even gave Kroger a second chance and went to the eastgate store and had the same result! I wouldn't think a grocery store will last very long in these conditions. If your sales are down, this is probably why. My reward card number is [protected] just in case you want to verify how often I am at this store.

Kroger all

I am disappointed in the fact that after shopping at Kroger for 32 years I have to search for name brand products. Over the last 5 years it has exploded and the last 2 years being the worst with only Kroger brand food. Everything from the cheap Kroger brand to their "gourmet" brands. All the same. If not given a choice between a decent name brand product and store brand I will not buy it. Now my $[protected] grocery budget will go somewhere else. Also, this effects the pharmacy. My family picks up 10 prescriptions a month and I love the pharmacists, but will find a new one if I have to make a special trip with no benefit of "fresh" food or name brands. Kroger is doing a great job of losing customers, I am not the only person in this area that feels this way, not even the only person on my block. Kroger should elevate their game.

Kroger wheelchairs

I went to kroger on the east side of Frankfort Ky 1/11/18 time 11:00 p. m all the wheelchair s battery was dead so I couldn't shop because I have to have a wheelchair to ride to shop they was not plugged up none of them all dead. This made me very upset because I couldn't get food for me our my two little kids this is very uncalled for. very very upset with this

Maybe Kroger should put a phone number on the chair so the person who left it in parking lot can call them to let them know where in the parking lot they left it.

Concerning the person where no power chair was available. Next time you are there, try bringing in a letter from your Doctor that you are handicap to ask if they will let you use the order online and pick up service for free, they may even have free delivery for you. They would likely need your cell phone number, so you can call from the parking lot.

Kroger unprofessional behavior

To Kroger Houston Regional Manager,
Ms. Laverne Howard, claims to be the manager of the Kroger store located at 15802 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, Texas 77379
This Kroger parking lot has been the rally point for our STAR commuter vanpool for years, however, Ms. Howard [on 1/8/2018] took it upon herself to act in an unprofessional, aggressive, and abusive manner by insulting our vanpool members and telling us to move our vehicles or else she would have them towed. She called another employee from the store and instructed him/her to take down the license plate numbers of the cars. I would like to point out that all the other Kroger stores in the area allow STAR commuter vanpool customers to rally there in the mornings and evenings.
This Kroger just recently opened up again after damage from Harvey, so it is very disconcerting and upsetting for someone claiming to 'own this parking lot' as Ms. Howard did, to kick out customers and behave in such a rude and unprofessional manner. Shame on Kroger for employing such a person!
She needs to apologize to our vanpool members and hopefully be sent to anger management therapy and maybe also some management classes, since she obviously does not know how to deal with people in a business that is very much 'people based'.

Kroger fraudulent transactions debited from kroger #5488 memphis tn

Hello My Name is Ebony Greene. On 12/30/2017 my Debit card was fraudulently debited $472.87. Then again on 12/31/2017 another fraudulent amount for $387.37 and $33.45. Here is the issue, I lived in Southern California Los Angeles, and my bank, Rushcard/Metabank - [protected], is saying that this fraud was done in - store at this Memphis TN #5488 store location. They have since canceled my card and started a Dispute against Kroger. I am trying to avoid small claims and any lawsuits as it seems someone on Krogwr's end is definitely liable for someone working in your stores didn't follow protocol and allowed a card transaction with no ID to present, and did it pinless. I just want a quick resolution to this fiasco, because my rent was due 1/1/2018 and I am being charged a late fee and being scrutinized by my landlord due to this. I need you all to communicate with my back at the number diven and call me for this to be resolved. This has been an extreme inconvienience to my household and family. Please advise what you all can do to help. I have my bank records as well.

Memphis TN huh? Very interesting. About a year ago, a friend of mine had his fuel points redeemed at a Memphis TN Kroger. Problem is, my friend lives in Cincinnati and never was in Memphis. He took the matter to Kroger's Customer Service Department...but the mystery was never solved. Seeing the OP's complaint here, I now wonder if maybe there is a crooked employee at that particular Kroger store?

Kroger credit card trans, past dated food

Handicapped Seniors such as myself, are sometime in a position that we must use others to shop for us. With them having access to PIN. Not only they have access to accounts but also cash! Not to mention illegal pin readers.
Not being able to remember my Pin (Only Kroger's does this?) My cashier Hannah H. Yells 3 aisles down. Nah, It just declined his card, No Money!? Weather is in the single digits. Wal Mart gets us from now on. I've heard of people getting killed for less than what's in my account. If possible. The 3 managers I came in contact with, was even more rude than the cashier. Lead by example folks! This transaction took place at Kroger's New Cut Rd. Louisville, KY. 12/30/17 5.23 pm Then I go to leave and find that my wheelchair basket was stolen. The manager verified this with security and was NOT happy. He asked several times. The manager says. He should have left it at the desk! I thought I was back in Vietnam!
The manager trying to Badger security, said How do you know it didn't belong to the Guy that took it? Security replied 2 things, The customer (Me) showed me the basket when he entered store. 2. We have baskets like them.
Then not wanting to have a total blank plus. I paid for a few things with the little cash I had with me. After returning home I realized that Hannah charged me full price. Did not give my Kroger card credit. Now to make it worse. They sold me food that had been dated longer than 10 days! See pics. I predict that Kroger's will join A&P Please notice the date of trans and the date the pork was dated 12/20 and sold 12/30! How do you spell FDA?

Kroger customer service

floor runners not doing their jobs they are always on their phones or standing at the service desk talking they are never out front where they should be texting while on the clock and letting people buy stuff at t he customer service desk while on the clock as well as letting them buy lotto tickets while on the clock and letting other co-workers play around int he parking lot while on the clock and not bring in carts one person can go to his car or buy milk and other things on the clock.

Kroger bakery

I went in to my kroger store on friday december 29, 2017 to order a birthday cake for my daughter's b-day on sunday december 31 2017. I told the lady how I wanted it and that I would pick it up at 2:00 pm on the 31st.. I show up at 2 and there was no cake. no one could even find a cake for my name or number.. it had not even been made.. so here I am, the day of my daughter's 16th birthday with no cake. are you kidding me. a different lady asked if I wanted something else.. I told her no.. I came in to get the cake I ordered.. I didn't want one of the other ones that were already premade. if I did I wouldn't have ordered one ahead of time.. I will never order a cake from kroger again.. never! so I left and went to publix.

Kroger no refund for defective merchandise

I purchased 2 GE LED candelabra light bulbs on clearance at $2.89 each. They were in sealed original packages. At home, I tried one of the light bulbs and it was non-functional - clearly it was the bulb that was inoperable because the fixture worked fine with another bulb. Today I politely attempted to return the 2 bulbs with the original receipt, and was refused by Kroger customer service. He said it was "buy at your own risk because it is a manager special." No sign said that anywhere. The manager was standing right there at that time. They had no other explanation for selling defective merchandise and refusing to refund the purchase price.

I am a FREQUENT customer of this Kroger store as I live 2 blocks away. I have spent literally tens of thousands of dollars at Kroger. This is insulting treatment of a good customer.

Kroger unethical behaviour

I went to Kroger at 6702 Clinton highway Knoxville, TN 37912 on December 26, at 7pm I was racial profiles and watched to the point that the cashier left his assigned post to watched me as I am doing my self checked out with my 2 little's girls waiting for me on the side I was scanning one by one and put in the bag like I supposed to then suddenly the employer jumps on my three years old who had the gummy in her hands that I already scanned grab from her hands and start looking on the screen if everything was scanned I told him I have scanned already but I was not done then he kept looking and verifying me in front of my kids as I looked on the other side I did not checked them so I was an problem to him. I was very upset I have left every thing and try to talk to the manager she did not say nothing I am not a thief I work every day I have my own business I know how customer service work, I am doing this cause I want to make this do not happened to anybody else then I went to aldi do my groceries shopping they treat me so well I decide not to ever put my foot to Kroger again and I am passing out my voices to the voices to the world.

Kroger 24 oz country oven 12 grain bread

Well, since today is Dec 25th, Merry Christmas to all. But I'm actually writing to you because I do all of my shopping at a Fred Meyer's Store and always buy Kroger brand foods if available. However, I would never buy your breads and I would have to make an extra stop at my neighborhood Safeway just to pick up a loaf of bread.

Yet yesterday while out shopping, I didn't want to make the extra stop so I picked up a loaf of your Country Oven 12 Grain Bread with an 'best before date' of Jan 4th. I just took a slice out and after spreading some mayo on the piece to make a sandwich, I picked up the slice and it broke in half?

I don't understand why Kroger Foods can not come out with a 'FRESH' healthy bread that's not so firm and heavy that you're unable to fold it or anything like that? If you do - please let me know!

Kroger poor maintenance

Over 4 years ago I tripped on a very defective threshold and it has ruined my health. Kroger refused to pay my medical bills. I had no insurance at the time or employment. I had to wait 21 months until I received Medicare to get the medical care I needed. I have had 3 surgeries and still need back surgery for 2 slipped discs. I am 68 in constant pain and plenty of stress. I live on a very fixed income cannot pay for insurance supplement and need a vehicle. I stretch my food and they are a Billion dollar business. I have ask Rodney McMullen CEO to help me until I fully recover but that has not happened. Medicare has paid over $100, 000 so far for what Kroger caused for poor maintenance. They never said sorry. Sixteen months after no word from Kroger I sent McMullen a video of his threshold and his insurance company called and said we will give you $100. Later they sent $10, 000 because when I was a young girl I had worked for them. Kroger hurt me. I did not hurt them. They need to help me through this stress and pain that they gave me for life.

This is Christmas and I am alone in back pain I did not ask for. I cannot believe they are this heartless and they have to be forced by a judge to help. They make donations and what they could send me want break their bank.Seems like they could care less they have ruined my health. Slipped discs is painful and requires surgery and therapy but I cannot afford the supplement and Medicare only pays 80%.I have no vehicle and they could get me a used vehicle and gift cards for food. Where are their morals ? Anyone that would like to contact me cdmmow@aol.com. Kroger hurt me and letting Medicare pay is shameful

Kroger unethical behavior

On December 22, 2017 at approximately 11 pm I went the the Kroger store 311 N Sterling Ave, Peoria, IL. Upon entering the store I asked a clerk where the coffee was located. She directed me to proceed to aisle 6 and walk to the end on the right. I headed down the aisle and started looking at the coffee display. The product I was looking for was located on the other side of 4 "wet floor cones located at the center of the aisle. There was enough room for me to step to the side to retrieve the desired product. As I was reaching for coffee a Securitas security guard employed by the store said in an elevated voice that the aisle was closed and I shouldn't have come that way. He then proceed the adjacent aisle and made a comment about"you people"and called me a"stupid [censor] mother[censor]."Needless to say I was quite surprised. My reply was"what did you just say?"He said"you heard me!" and kept walking away. I followed him and asked him what his name was. He walked away and said I didn't need his name and walked away.

I am appalled way I was treated. I am sure this is not way you want your customers to be treated. I fully intend to follow up on this matter after the Christmas until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction.

Simple truth organic milk with omega has tilapia fish in it. Nasty
Tilapia that probably comes from filthy china.

Who reads ingredients in milk. Well I did one morning and I almost threw up.

Kroger kroger organic milk

I am a regular customer at Kroger Phelan Blvd. Beaumont, Texas
I spend quite a bit of money weekly.
I had gotten Kroger Organic milk and one morning just happened to
read contents. Organic milk indeed with Tilipia fish added. I don't think so?Of all the ingredients one could add, you use a fish that is the nastiest fish
there is and usually comes from filthy places in China.

No thank you. Organic indeed!

I nearly threw up when I read the ingredients. Shame on you.

Kroger management and pam in human resources

My son is mentally challenged but can work. He has worked two jobs at a time when we lived in Nebraska. Michigan works arranged an interview for him with Kroger on November 15, 2017. He was hired at that time. We were told that he was to start work on November 21st. He was dropped off to work at the time we were provided. Myself and my husband headed to our grandmothers funeral. Pam called and said to come pick him up because he was not starting that day. I explained to Pam that we were told that he started that day and that we were headed to a funeral. She was very rude about the situation. We were late to our grandmothers funeral. We were told that his first day of work would be November 29th. My son was so excited but when he got home he was upset because he said Pam was rude. He continued to work for a week, and on one of his scheduled days Pam sent him home. When the worker from Michigan works called to find out why he was sent home Pam reported that she fired him and did not understand why he keeps showing up. Pam also reported that she never told him that be was let go. As usual she was very disrespectful. She was made aware from day one that he has a mental disability but complained the whole time he was there. The job coach was showing him what to do and Pam complained that the job coach was working harder then my son. The job coach explained that it's like that when he is training an individual on how to complete their job. Pam did not give my son a chance. Kroger may be a company that pride themselves on their equal opportunity policy but they need to make sure management and human resources are following their lead because Pam sure isn't.
