Buyer Beware: Kiki La'Rue's Overpriced Products Exposed
I've been shopping at Kiki La'Rue's online store for a hot minute now, since way back in 2012. I used to be all about it, but lately I've been feeling some type of way. I ordered the Greyson Double Tassel Necklace and when I got it, I noticed something fishy. The price tag from the manufacturer was still on it, like someone in the warehouse forgot to take it off or something. And get this - the tag said $16! But online, they were selling it for $32! That's double the price, y'all.
I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty ticked off. It's a real shame that for all these years, folks have been getting ripped off by this boutique. I mean, who wants to pay more than something is worth? Not me, that's for sure. I'm not gonna be shopping here anymore, and I suggest y'all do the same. Don't let them take advantage of you like they did to me.
Kiki La'Rue Review: Overpriced and Poor Quality Clothing with a Terrible Owner
So, I gotta say, Kiki La'Rue's clothes ain't worth the money. They're cheaply made and fall apart after just one wash. And let me tell ya, I've seen the same stuff on other sites for way cheaper. It's like they're trying to rip us off or something.
But that's not even the worst part. The owner, Becka Clark, is a real piece of work. She's always attacking people who don't agree with her, and she thinks she's some kind of celebrity or something. Like, girl, you're just selling clothes, calm down.
And don't even get me started on how she treats her customers. She calls us her "fans" like we're some kind of groupies or something. It's so condescending and rude. And she's always bragging about how much money she has, even though we all know she's just fronting.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Kiki La'Rue to anyone. There are way better places to shop that actually care about their customers and don't treat them like garbage. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Kiki La'rue: A Disappointing Experience with Shady Business Practices and Nasty Owner
This boutique ain't worth your time, honey. The lady who runs it is a real piece of work and her business ain't much better. If you got a problem with anything, she'll come at you with her words like a mama bear protecting her cubs. And don't even get me started on the clothes. They're cheaply made and cost twice as much as other online boutiques selling the exact same thing. It's like they're preying on women with low self-esteem, telling them they're beautiful and then selling them clothes that are way too big or small. Listen, you're beautiful just the way you are, but don't go to Kiki La'rue for validation. Trust me, just Google them and you'll see what I mean. There's pages and pages of people complaining about the quality of the clothes, the shady business practices, and the downright nasty owner. Save your money and your self-esteem and shop somewhere else.

Disappointing Experience with Kiki La'Rue: Poor Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Kiki La'Rue that left me feeling pretty disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for a while now and have always loved their clothing, especially their jeans. However, my recent purchase of the Heather Jeans was a total letdown. After only three wears, the pocket ripped and I was left feeling frustrated.
I reached out to their customer service department, hoping to get some assistance with the issue. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful and told me that I needed to take the jeans to a seamstress to get them fixed. I was taken aback by this response and couldn't believe that they wouldn't do anything to help me out.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to Becka, the owner of Kiki La'Rue, directly. I sent an email on January 2nd and have yet to receive a response. I even reached out to customer service again and was told that Becka tends to not respond to emails. This was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling like my business didn't matter to them.
I understand that mistakes happen and that sometimes products can be defective, but the way that Kiki La'Rue handled this situation was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my concerns addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this experience.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping with Kiki La'Rue anymore. It's a shame because I've always loved their clothing, but the way they treated me as a customer was unacceptable. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future and make things right with their customers.
Kiki La'Rue Review: Overpriced "Boxed" Items and Poor Customer Service
This company, Kiki La'Rue, has some pretty good customer service... until you run into a problem. If you complain or say something negative, they'll ban you from buying anything else. But hey, I guess I can always go to one of those "boutiques" that sell cheap clothes. The owner, Becka, is a real piece of work. She's always trying to be like the girl who owns Red Dress Boutique, but I doubt that lady treats her customers the way Becka does (sorry, I mean "fans", not customers).
But let's get to the real issue here: the "boxed" items. They're way overpriced for what you get. The February box couldn't have cost more than $30 to put together. Half the stuff in there was just promotional items that you can order for 50 cents each in bulk. And then they say the sweater is exclusive, but then they go and sell it anyway? Do they even know what "exclusive" means?
I'm never shopping there again. Not that they need me to, they've got plenty of brainwashed "fans". It's just not worth it when you can get better stuff for cheaper elsewhere.
Terrible Experience with Kiki La'Rue: Poor Customer Service and No Refunds
Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up about my experience with Kiki La'Rue. I gotta say, it was not a good one. If you're thinking about shopping here, you might want to think twice.
First of all, if you're expecting to get your money back in the original form of payment, forget about it. That's not gonna happen. And if you used a discount code on your order, don't even bother trying to get any kind of credit. They won't give it to you.
But the worst part of my experience was the customer service. I tried calling the online customer service number, but all I got was an automated message saying the voicemailbox was full. So I called the store front number, and they told me to text them because it was just an iPhone. I mean, seriously? That's the best they can do?
Anyway, I texted them and asked for a call back. Two days later, I finally got a text back. And what did they tell me? That my store credit was no longer valid because they transitioned to a new system in April. And get this - they had no record of my previous orders! When I showed them my old email order confirmations, they told me I shouldn't have received store credit because I used a coupon code. Can you believe that?
To top it all off, the person texting me was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I mean, come on. That's just unprofessional.
So yeah, needless to say, I will never shop at Kiki La'Rue again. And I suggest you don't either.
Avoid Kiki La'Rue: Terrible Customer Service and Sizing Issues
Went to Kiki La'Rue on my vacay and let me tell you, the owner was not very nice to her staff or the customers. I mean, come on, we're all just trying to have a good time and shop for some cute clothes, right? But the sizing of the clothes was a total joke. I could buy the same exact thing at a boutique back home for way less and have it fit better. I asked one of the salesclerks for a smaller size in a dress and she took it to the owner, who was a brunette gal, and she told her to tell me that the dress 'just fits loose.' Like, seriously? No thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere.
But that's not even the worst part. My cousin tried to return a top she bought a few days before and it still had the tags on it and the original receipt. The salesclerk said she couldn't process it because her register was down, which is understandable, but then she said it was because the sale was 'over 30 days ago' when it was only 3 days. And then she said it was because it was worn, but my cousin only tried it on at home and it didn't fit! The owner refused to come over and help with the return, so my cousin just ripped it up outside and threw it in the trash can across the street. What a waste of $14.
Honestly, if you're thinking about shopping at Kiki La'Rue, save your money and go somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle or the rude treatment from the owner.
Kiki La'Rue: A Toxic Mean Girls Club with Poor Customer Service
I recently visited Kiki La'Rue for the first time a few months ago, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. As soon as I walked in, I noticed boxes scattered all over the floor, filled with clothes that I assumed were going to be put out on the racks. It was impossible to even get to five racks because of all the boxes, and to make matters worse, the store clerk was just sitting on her phone, not even acknowledging my presence.
The term "mean girls club" is a perfect description for this business. The owner and her little minions do not take criticism well, and customer relations are severely lacking at this boutique. If you're a member of their insiders club on Facebook (which I'm sorry for you if you are), it's complete chaos. The group is filled with brainwashed women who think they're paying $40 for a quality item that probably only cost the owner about $6. But if you dare to leave a review or ask a question that isn't 100% positive, you'll be met with an army of Regina George wannabes and the god-awful owner herself, attempting to put you in your place.
Overall, I would strongly advise staying away from Kiki La'Rue unless you want to kiss the ground that they all walk on. The lack of customer service and the toxic atmosphere created by the owner and her minions is not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
Kiki La'Rue Review: Overpriced and Poor Quality Clothing with a Toxic Work Environment
Let me tell you about my experience with Kiki La'Rue. To start off, the owner is a bit of a tough cookie. She may seem nice to your face, but I've heard her talk trash about her staff behind their backs. It's no wonder there's a high turnover rate. The models don't stick around for long either, probably because of how she treats them. It's a shame, really.
But let's talk about the clothes. Kiki La'Rue caters to women with all shapes and sizes, which is great. However, I have to say that the quality of the clothing is not up to par. I've had items fall apart at the seams after just one wash. And don't even get me started on the prices. Some of the items are marked up so high, it's ridiculous. I've even seen the same items on Jane.com for a fraction of the price.
Now, I know some people love Kiki La'Rue and swear by their clothing. But in my opinion, it's just not worth it. Save your money and check out another boutique. There are plenty out there that offer better quality clothing at more reasonable prices.
Kiki La'Rue: A Clothing Line to Avoid - Sizing Inconsistent, Poor Returns Policy, and Disappointing Stock Availability
I gotta say, I'm pretty much done with Kiki La'Rue. I keep going back to their website like a fool, hoping that maybe this time the clothes will fit right. But nope, it's always the same story. The sizing is all over the place, and even when I order a medium (which is usually my size), it's still too big. And don't even get me started on the returns. You have to pay for them yourself, and all you get is store credit. You can forget about getting a refund, even if the product is damaged.
It's like they don't even care about their customers. Every time I try to order something in a smaller size, it's always sold out. And it never comes back in stock. I've been waiting for years for some of these items to come back, and they never do. So not only am I stuck with clothes that don't fit, but I'm also stuck with store credit that I can only use on more Kiki La'Rue clothes.
I must be crazy, because I've been doing this for three years now. But today is the day that I say enough is enough. I'll use my store credit to return the clothes that don't fit (again), and then I'm done. I'm not giving this sorry excuse for a clothing line any more of my money. Good riddance, Kiki La'Rue.
I ordered a shed kit for outdoors
The order came out on my credit card under WWW.KIKILARUE.COMHTTPSWWW.KIKIOK yet none of these contacts are real. It also comes up under helianthuswarm.com and says to send email to email [protected]@fairyyilia. Top also bogus. I am notifying bbb and federal trade commision and my credit card has been notified to retract the paym ent. You can reach me at

don't order from them if you don't want to risk your money
I would like to support all of those people who ever left bad reviews about this company because everything they said is true. It's a shame to admit I am one of them, the one who never reads reviews before dealing with companies.
Now I know I was wrong.
I got a defective dress. Clearly saying, it was torn. I paid 80 dollars for it and I didn't want to keep it to myself or to bring it to a tailor. I contacted them several times but got no response.
I don't know what to do and hot to get my money back, Something tells me I will lose this fight, but I will keep trying anyway.
Very poor customer service
Ordered a dress and a top from www.kikilarue.com. Everything I received was lovely and high quality, but unfortunately I received an incorrect dress. So I contacted the company and sent them a picture of the dress and asked for an exchange.
Later they contacted me and said that they'll send me a return label. Waited weeks for my label and nothing. I tried to contact them again but they did not reply. Very poor customer service.
Double price
I have ordered some stuff from www.kikilarue.com and received my order in reasonable time. When I opened the package and saw my clothing I was very happy because everything looked great. But then I noticed an additional hidden tag! I took a look at it and realized that was a manufactures price! It was 2 times cheaper that I paid! What a scam. These people sell stuff for double price and that is not fair! I will never order anything from them again!
Ive always been extremely pleased with my purchases. I am not sure why someone is complaining that they paid double the wholesale cost. That is how retail works. Usually, the markup is far greater than double. (As a furniture sales rep, I can tell you that our markup gets up to 4-5x). This company has always gone above and beyond for all of us customers and its evident in their sales and order counts. 6 bad reviews with no names and hundreds of thousands of orders means Im coming back daily. Sad when one mad person tries to spoil it for everyone.
Terrible dresses and awful services
I bought dresses from the company www.kikilarue.com. I received the dresses with holes and they looked like pieces of rubbish. I tried to return the dresses, but the lady in customer services was rude, unpleasant and atrocious. I argued with her within several weeks, but he refused to return money. As well as her English was so poor and it was strange for me. I want you to be careful if you order from them.
They only have an American customer service person. She is caucasian. I see her in the videos. None of this is true and I don't even work for them. People will make up anything.
Seller doesn't provide discount. Problems with delivery as well
I ordered dress from the website www.kikilarue.com. It was shown that the dress had 30% discount. When I proceeded to pay, there wasn’t any discount at all. I paid, but contacted the seller. This jerk told me that they would return money back, ‘coz there was some technical problem. After that this jerk didn’t reply. As well as I still haven’t received my dress. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Hello! We received a notice of this complaint and would love to handle the issue as soon as possible. If we offer discounts, we offer them with discount codes that you provide at checkout. Discount codes are not automatically applied due to the different ones that we have! Once you login to your account, you are able to then enter the discount code at checkout and receive your discount. If you would have contacted our offices and asked for a manager, we could have solved this as soon as possible. If you never received your dress, we also do as much work with the post office as we can in finding the location of your package, but packages do come with insurance and you can simply file a claim with the post office for your missing package. We have a 97% satisfactory rate on our customer service and stand strongly behind our employees. If you need any further help, we would love to get this fixed! Feel free to call our office at [protected]. Thank you!
They charged me twice for one order
I placed the order on the website www.kikilarue.com. After that the seller charged me twice for the same order. I filled several forms on the website as well as sent them emails and asked about money, but the reply was horrible. No apology and no promises about refund. Stay away from these scammers and post comments about your experience with them. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
They charged you twice and your bank didn't refund you? You do understand that a company cannot charge you twice for the same order, correct? It sounds like you just want people to post mean comments and you won't get that from me. Never been disappointed.
