Kaspersky Lab / unethical behavior

Today, 12/29/2018 I attempted to reinstall my Kaspersky program after refreshing my computer. The Activation code I provided was not accepted and I was, after some online support, phoned by a support tech. His name was Peter. I could not understand him because he had an accent and I told him so. He accessed my computer remotely from "Supremo" and requested info I did not feel comfortable supplying. I told him I was going to hang up and discontinue our call. I did. He called me back and threatened me and shouted at me for hanging up. Said he would be sending a lawyer to my home??? I'm very disappointed in Kaspersky and have felt secure through the years I have used the program. Peter was going to report me to some government agency but I will do the same re: your support.
