I have been arguing with them for over a month. I ordered some items, but they looked cheap, were damaged and even the colors were wrong, so I wanted to return them and get my money back. I spent hours trying to tell them that I am not paying for the return shipping. Finally, they said they would reimburse me 50% of the shipping costs. Well, better than nothing. After two months, I finally got a refund for the items, but nothing for the shipping. Then I contacted them again. When I said I was going to report them to BBB, they told they would give me a store credit. I didn’t want to ever buy anything from JollyChic again, so I asked for the refund to put onto my credit card. I was told it would take up to 14 days. But that never happened, contacted customer service again, but there was no response. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
