Jeulia / not worth it

My boyfriend purchased a ring back in December 2015, and paid extra money for express shipping. The ring was never delivered. I contacted Jeulia customer service three weeks ago to see where the ring was since we never received a confirmation email and a tracking number. After I contacted customer support they finally sent a tracking number. Tracking system said that our order was still „processing”. I called them again and the lady on the phone told that they would give us a refund. Since we didn't get the money I called back yesterday and was told to call back in a week. Horrible service! I spent hours on the phone and their rep kept putting the phone down not wanting to hear anything. I doubt that we'll ever get our money back.
