I am a customer that goes to this particular iHop very often and this has to be the worse experience I have ever experienced but this is not the first time the manager has not been professional. All employees including manager was arguing and cursing loud and abruptly in front of customer. 2 of the kitchen staff were about to fight and the manager started arguing with one of the waitress in front of the customer. A lot of customers left because of the loud and unprofessional activity going on. This incident went on for about 30 to 45 minutes. My order was not right twice after sending it back both times. The manager is very rude and nasty to employees and customers she did not apologize for the incident that happen because she was too busy still arguing with her employees when we left.
