I am needing to find out what I need to do to cancel my internet. I do not want to be charged for it anymore. It does not work. It doesn't work on my computer, phones or tv we don't stream and we don't want a lot of videos. When I called and asked about service I told them that I run a business from my home and wanted to make sure that I was going to have service. It was important. I cannot do my webinars and I can't even do any live trainings. Need to figure out to cancel this. Its more expensive than any other service out there and it does not work.
