Hotwire / customer service
Do not use hotwire for travel. I reserved an international flight from portland, or to new zealand on business class. There was a flight change on the domestic leg that needed to occur and each time (Out of five) I called into hotwire and I got no resolution, including through a supervisor. One issue is that after 40 minutes the call ends. No one at hotwire calls me back even though they take my phone number. I have spent hours of time trying to get a flight change resolved. Hotwire is a service call center that doesn't know what it's doing. Total incompetence. These are service agents given a script but have no knowledge about travel. I will never use hotwire or expedia, their parent company, again.
