I am and have always been a loyal purchaser of Hoover products. I never had any problems with any of the merchandise I have had over many years..until now. I purchased the above referenced vacuum in January at a Kohl's store in my city. I live alone and have one pet. I religiously clean the filter and innerds every other time it is used. Last week during a normal vacuum, the thing just died..stopped working. I thought it was the outlet. It was not. I took it apart to make sure nothing was stuck or trapped inside..nothing..clean filter.
Is there a warranty on my vacuum. It's not even a year old. I would appreciate your response letting me know if there is anything you can do.
Being a senior citizen on a very limited budget it is going to be almost impossible to replace. I spent more than I could afford..but having had Hoover products in the past, I knew it would last a long time.
