HMSHost / quiznos refused to reimburse me

On Nov 24, my daughter stood in line for 30 minutes at the Nashville airport to place an order for a sandwich at Quiznos. There was only one young man taking orders and making the food. She had just paid for her food when our plane began boarding and since he informed us that it would be 15/20 minutes until he was able to fill all the orders, I asked for a refund. He refused and we had no choice but to walk away minus our money and food. I would like a refund of the $9.06 that they took from us.
