I got a Hathway broadband connection almost a month back and my connection is up very rarely. What prompted me to write this complaint here is that, as I write this email, it is going to be 72 hours since my internet connection is down and I have made nothing less than 20 calls to their so-called "Customer Care".
Every time they pacify me with things like "sending someone", "look into it" and so on. Interestingly, there aren't any responsible or sincere souls working in this division. I feel cheated after paying the money for this prepaid account and getting nothing in return. Totally undependable service. Even when I called the senior engineers in Hathway, they gave me the same stories like a recorded message.
In fact, the customer care only needs either a recorded message repeater or even better, a parrot to repeat the same things over and over again.
