I wouldn't be writing complaints if they offered alternatives instead of non-delivery.
It's been 2 months since I placed my order and I started calling them one month ago, when I understood that it already took too long. They keep saying that I will get the package soon, that it's on its way, but I don't believe them. I asked them to cancel my order, they said they would check some information regarding it and ... disappeared.
So now I have no idea whether they blocked me or not and how to get a refund when its obviously clear that my parcel won't arrive.
Stay away, they don't care about their customers.
