I was kinda scared to order from Pgmdress 'cause I thought it might not fit right and we'd be screwed trying to find a new one. But dang, this dress fit my girl like a glove and she looked absolutely stunning in it. She got so many compliments and everyone was asking where she got it from. It was like a one-of-a-kind dress, ya know? We're definitely gonna check out Pgmdress for her Prom dress too. I wish we had found this site earlier, especially since this is her senior year and all. But hey, better late than never, right? Thanks for helping make her senior homecoming so freakin' memorable.

So, I bought a dress from Pgmdress and let me tell you, it was not what I was expecting. The dress looked nothing like the picture on their website and the quality was just okay. I was really disappointed. But what really got me was when I tried to return the dress. They straight up refused to give me a refund, even a partial one. I sent them pictures of the dress not fitting properly in the back, bust, and shoulder straps, but they didn't care. And to top it all off, when I tried to leave a review on their website, it magically disappeared. I'm pretty sure this is a scam, so be careful if you're thinking about buying from Pgmdress.

So, I contacted them about it and they just said that they didn't see any problem with the dress and that they couldn't accept a return. I mean, come on! That's just ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from Pgmdress. It's a total scam.

I was a bit scared when I decided to order a prom dress online for my daughter, but let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! My daughter is a hard "off the rack" fit, but this dress was perfect since it was custom made for her size and shape! The dress was beautiful and very well made. We ordered it in January and had it within 2 weeks. I was contacted by email by the company immediately after I placed the order because I had forgotten one of the measurements. We did have some minor alterations done but I'm sure that was from my faulty measuring or my daughter losing some weight.

I could not be happier with the whole process: the dress quality, the fit, the ordering process, the customer service, the quick delivery and all at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be repeat customers! Highly recommend!

I bought a dress from Pgmdress for my daughter's Year 12 formal and boy was I disappointed. We were so excited when we ordered it because we gave them her measurements and thought it would be perfect. But when it arrived, the beading and sequins were falling off all over the floor! What a mess! And to make matters worse, the dress didn't fit perfectly. To close the dress at the back, you have to pull lacing through, which means it could fit any size. But when my daughter tried to get her arms through the arm holes, it would only go as far as her elbow. What a joke!

I've contacted the company multiple times asking for a full refund, but all I get are emails saying they'll refund 20% and send more material so I can fix the dress myself. Are you kidding me? I'm not a seamstress! This is not acceptable. In my opinion, the dress was not cheap either. I could have picked up a dress from Myers for roughly the same price and it would have been much better quality.

Overall, I would not recommend this company at all. It was a total waste of my money and I'm so disappointed.

We had to go to our bank and file a dispute just to try to get our money back. And get this, when we tried calling the company, the number they gave us was just some guy's personal cell phone! Can you believe that? I'm telling you, don't waste your time with PMG Dress. Buy American and save yourself the headache!

I recently ordered a dress from Pgmdress for a formal event and boy was I disappointed. When the dress arrived in the mail, it had a funny smell and looked nothing like the picture on the website. The fit was absolutely horrible and the material was cheap. To make matters worse, the dress was a completely different color than what was advertised. To add insult to injury, I had to deal with Jay in their customer service department who was rude and condescending in all our exchanges. I was shocked. I've never had such a gross experience with a store before.
