Hamilton Beach / flex brew 2 way coffee maker
I purchased this coffee maker 6 months ago. First of all it took for ever to make just a cup of coffee. I would start the single brew, get in the shower and after it still wasn't done. Don't get me started on the 30 minute wait on the full pot. I have written to Hamilton beech and have had no response. Two weeks ago the single cup completely stopped working. You turn it on. It sounds like it's gonna work then it just shuts off. I contacted them again. With no response AGAIN
I've always had Keurigs and a friend recommended the flex brew to me. I am so I satisfied with the coffee maker and not getting any response. I will never buy the brand again and wish I hadn't wasted my money on it and just stuck with my keurigs.
Not only am I dissatisfied with the product but the company itself and there customer service!!!
