lazy and bad customer relations
Bought 2 guitars there string broke called and they said come on in and we will fix it.Got there I told them I can't stand for to long because I just had Cancer Surgery they still wouldn't help me and just stood there saying they were too busy but they were just talking behind the counter and doing nothing even though there were people in the store and they weren't even helping them.Took my guitar and left.Stay as far away as possible cause once you buy something there you're on your own .

It was as if that counter was holding them up from falling over of boardem.very bad customer relations. Stay far away as possible.go to van halterens.

Very dishonest/sleazy business practices and poor customer service (I was dealing directly with the owner). I bought and acoustic guitar from the shop, they didn't have a case in stock, owner said he would order it in for me if I paid for it with the guitar. Dude, seriously? Guitar strings aren't meant to stay on the guitar forever. They break; and they are supposed to be changed every few weeks. Yes, you ARE on your own about guitar strings, that's why there's a whole wall of them behind you when you walk in the store. Learn how to change a string, and don't complain about them not doing it for free, learn to do it yourself. Guitar strings break!
