Grabcar Malaysia / unethical behavior (left phone inside the car)

Last 30th Sept 2018, I took a grab and as soon as I step out of the car, I realised that I have accidentally left my phone. Long story short, I was able to contact the driver personally. She asked for me to pay for her expenses to come back to KL from Batu Pahat, which is RM300. I've called the Grab customer service and they informed me regarding the policy which drivers can only charged passengers within KL area so why is she asking me to pay such thing??? This is absurd, please do something to protect us as passengers. I was able to negotiate to pay her rm200 and due the fact that I wanted my phone back, I did so. I am certainly not a satisfied customer.
