Google Express / OnTrac / home delivery service

First time ordering Costco Items using Google Express. Product never arrived on day as promise...or the next 3 days after. Finally called Google Express and their delivery unit (On Trac delivery) did not know where product is. No notification whatsoever. Google Express gave me two options...re-ordering again...or cancel order. Not acceptable. My elderly mother thought that this was a good reputable third party provider. She was wrong. Both companies should be looked into.
