an employee revealed personal information of a certain client to her friend. as far as i am concerned, i know that an employee is not allowed to give any personal information of a client for that matter because it is confidential. what is the legal action regarding an employee who reveals some personal and basic information to someone especially if these information were used against the person?

I made a call regarding GCASH customer service (no option to talk to live agent), but repeatedly I was given incorrect instruction by the agents so I lost my patience and I requested for a supervisor.
I can't remember her name Daphne or Steph, I vented out and told my story, she gave the same instructions which were all tried to no avail, then suddenly she sigh-ed and when I asked her what's that for, she replied ''nothing...'' (in a timid/sleepy tone). Wow, that's very professional. I asked for higher manager due to her attitude and put me on hold for more than 30mins, then the line was ended (dunno if she released it or the connection did.)

delayed delivery of handset - application for recontracting
I applied for recontracting thru Globe Hotline 211 after mu 2-year contract for Globe SuperUnli 599 has already expired. Expiration was Feb 15, 2013. I started applying since Feb 17, but since the handset I am looking for is not yet available, I waited and waited until I got tired of waiting for almost 2months. I chose a different cellphone that was available when I called last April 2. My application was processed that time. The agent advised me that processing time for areas outside metro manila is 5-7 working days. Supposedly, the handset was delivered last April 12. But until now, the handset is not yet delivered. Eight (8) WORKING DAYS had passed. I am calling tye hotline almost everyday, and sometimes even multiple transactions per day and still my request seems to be sleeping over someone else's table. Many false information had been given to me regarding the schedule of delivery. Many supervisors even promised "special delivery" and still I am waiting. Some agents promised to waive my bill if at their stated date of delivery, the phone won't be delivered. three said the request was approved but still, only one processed the request. I think the Globe call center team are only naking fun of my application. I am serious regarding thuis matter. I would like to request for their termination!

I am a GLOBE prepaid subscriber the particular promo by 2123 or facebook in globe charges me but I never subscribed for it. Although it only cost Php 2.50 every now and then it has become irritating. I never use my celphone in surfing the net, mostly sms to friends, now I believe who the culprit was when all of 2 loads of Php 20 just disappeared. Come to think of it I probably lost Php 42.50 in all for something I didn't use.This 2123 on Globe should be blacklisted or much better banned all together

I would like to make a complaint regardin this employee URMANETA, Laiza Rynna D, a Sales Strategy, Development and Operations of Globe Telecom who has been working with me regarding a postpaid application. I understand that some of us may not qualify, however each customer who applies for a product regardless if they qualify or not deserves a prompt feedback not to keep them hanging. This Laiza at the beggining kept on calling getting information from you (without doing a proper background check), then giving you all sorts of form. She will be calling in the middle of something or on wee hours of the day. Then when you do a followup, never care to return your text message or answer your call. And your motto for globe says Globe cares? I just hope you will treat your customers properly and response promptly. Honesty is everything.

The following was my last communication with a globe call center agent sent last January 13. The original message had attachment of the requirements they asked from me. I applied for a postpaid plan as early as December 20. Until now, they have not done what they have promised.

I hope you can really fulfill what you tell your customers. Again, I would like to reiterate what have been promised to me by the previous agents. Since December 20, I was promised that I'll get a call from a verifier. After submitting my requirements, I was told that I'll get my unit between 3 to 5 working days. Since I didn't get any of these, I kept following up till the 6th time. I was told the same thing and asked the same standard questions over and over and over again. And I was promised same things over and over and over again. I followed up 4 times via facebook. I was told to call up the hotline. I did and was again asked to answer the same questions and was given same answers a hundred times coupled with apologies. I'm beginning to lose my trust that those promises will ever be fulfilled.
I hope you can be a little bit more prompt with your customers, otherwise, don't promise anything if there is no assurance that you'll be able to fullfill any of these promises.

The last reply I got from Globe was filled with apologies and promises that they would "really" take care of my concern. Until now, I haven't heard from them. I can't anymore count the times I've followed up my application with them. Because of them, I decided NOT to pursue my postpaid application. Globe sucks!

Hello this thing just happened today jan 4, I just got a call from my wife that, my previous post paid line which, I already terminated last year mid of October. It is still active I been charged for. So I called the globe customer service, it took me 30 min to get connected to the service personnel. When I got to talk to the guy for 15 min, explain about my situation. Which I am being charged for my previous post paid which I terminated last year mid oct. the guy from globe customer service, told me it is not their area so I should call the department which is in charge for the disconnection. I was really stunned and, surprised how the customer service treat their client. I have a feeling he is trying to avoid the problem. I felt very upset, only thing I heard from him is I understand your problem. If he understand my problem, isn't he try to solve the problem rather than, telling me contact other department for my problem. For me I found it very rude and, the globe customer service is not really helpful. Beside I always had the similar problem previously, and the globe customer service told me exactly the same thing, as today.
I am wondering what is whole point having, customer service it does not solve the problem. I like globe but recently I getting really disappointed with the service they provide. I hope when I contact the department which, is in charge of my situation, don't say the exactly the same thing. What I hear today from the customer service.

I just loaded 47pesos and i'm trying to register for all20 the it says may balance is not enough. How can that be possible i did not even use my load. It means GLOBE is just eating my load? Please load it back to my number [protected]. This is unacceptable!

I got 2 postpaid mobile plans from them and I've only been with the company for a year now. I specifically ask to receive a paper statement so I can present it to my company. However, my Billing Statement is not being sent automatically every month. I would have to call twice a month to ask for them to send it for a year! They would always say that its the delivery company's fault and never owned up to their mess. I would understand if there was a problem but not fixing it for a year is not good enough. I had enough and I asked them to remove my contract on just 1 account, reasonable enough knowing that I have problems on both. Still they would ask me to pay out my termination fee. Whenever I ask for a supervisor it would take them an hour to get one. All this stress and wasting of my time just for a statement to be sent automatically. THIS IS SOO PETTY BUT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME.

Your EMPLOYEE ever since he rented a room in our subdivision keeps on bringing home your vehicle and double parks. We as an association and owners are not doing this and already talked with him that the road where he parks is private and he is the only one doing this. Seeking assistance for us to file a formal complain in your company against this employee of yours. FYI also that his tenant is also doing illegal business as we do not allow them to build and convert the supposed residential building into a business. Good PM...Got some problem with my Cp since last month. I happened to experienced that after I load my Cp for the amount let's say 20P or 30P..without being used. The next day there is zero balance to my load. I don't use it yet its gone. I don't load anything that will gonna eat my load. If ever 2 texting and there it goes zero load...:(...Obviously I am not the oly one whose having the same problem. According to the newspaper that I read. I have a problem naman with my old Wi-Fi account. I asked a globe agent how to transfer my WiFi since we were about to move out to another place and this agent told me na it's better to apply for a new account. And he will disconnect my old account. So that's what happened and now my old account bill is still growing which means it's not terminated and I have to pay for termination plus other bills which is super inconvenient

Same concern here, they're asking me to pay 3 months bill which I didn't use since we took of their modem after connecting to a different telco company. They keep sending these text messages reminding me to pay 6, 344.00 so replied back and asked for a billing statement. I am planning to consult a lawyer if they can really file a case against me on this and what would be the consequences for me in refusing to pay the bill.

The globe tumawag sa akin today dahil sa unpaid balance ko. But last month i already told them to cmterminate my plan since its 3months disconnected already. And also i dont have fund to pay the unpaid balance dahil wala na akong job. Sabi ng agent.. Kung e terminate ko ang plan kailangan ko bayaran ang unpaid balance na 3months at 2500 for termination pay at another 2months which according which according to the contract. At kung hindi daw ako makapagbayad they will transfer my case to CIC na makikita kahit saan na may record ako of delequent payment like sa banks or other government facilities.

I had a DSL connection with bayantel with a lock in period for 2 years term. The service was ok for 6 month not until it was taken over by Globe connection is intermitten mostly no internet servic for 3 months. I called customer service on the week 1 to consult the issue and it was forwarded to technical line and have not receive much help. Problem continues for 3 months with no proper service . I requested to cut the line and was advised that its automatically cut as agreed although it did not happen. Been calling support several times but no resolution provided thanks to thier poor service.
Now the law firm is calling to settle the unpaid bill or they will file a case . Is this fair? They demand to pay the 3 month bill with no internet connection provided.
I'm also having the same problem I had no connection for more than a month but they said that I still need to pay it.
Do you have an update on this? Did they really file a case on you? Coz it's funny, I heard that some people were able to get postpaid plans (mobile + service) and only pay the initial cost, and never pay the succeeding months after getting their unit, are able to walk away from it like nothing. My friend's friend did it TWICE (how come he was able to apply for another after his the first running away incident) and never received a case nor was chased by Globe or a law firm.

I've been a subscriber of Globe for more than 5 years now and never in my life had I experience such crappy customer service. Two years ago I applied for a postpaid phone plan, which by the way ends on May 1st, and I've had nothing but praises about the service I'm getting from Globe. The experience was consistent until I asked for a loyalty reward. I know such companies honor their customer's tenure and will give their "valued" customers a reward for staying with the company or renewing their contract. I was the latter. I wanted to renew my contract with Globe. So I went to their customer service center in our area to check what rewards would I get from recommitting. I was asked, and I said I want to have the iPhone 4s. But because I was only paying 599 a month, the lady told me that I am not entitled for such reward. I had her check my account and told her that I am subscribed to a 599 unli call and text plan and a 999 unlisurf plan, which means I'm paying roughly 1600 a month. The lady, looking unsure of what to do with my case, referred me to call their loyalty rewards hotline. I called the number, got to talk to a rep, and the rep told me that with my contract renewal, I can get the iPhone 4S and would only have to cash out 24k (approximation). At first, I was delighted to know that I can avail of the iPhone promo. When I got to the office I discussed it with my friends and I realized that what I'm being offered is just the same offer that they're giving their new customers. I called back and explained what I just realized. This rep that I talked too wanted to help and tried providing me options. But when I discussed the iPhone package, he told me that an existing customer and a new customer are entitled for the same promotion and will be governed by the same terms. Which means an existing customer, who's renewing his contract, gets treated the same way a new customer is. He gave me other options but when I checked the options that he gave me, all of it were the same promos being offered to new customers. My questions was simple: "How differently do you treat your customers who's been with you for years vs. your new (potential) customers?" Honestly speaking, I never felt valued by Globe during that conversation. The rep, with his hands bound by the policies and guidelines of the company, then concluded the call by assuring me that he will escalate the issue and that I'll get a call from Globe by the 23rd of April. Guess what, it's already the 25th and I still need to wait for that call. Talk about sense of urgency and value for customers.
On the same week, I was looking into applying for a broadband connection because I don't want to keep using my phone for internet browsing. I checked with the Globe customer service center near my place and I was told that I can apply for an additional line. But for them to process the application, I'll need to submit a proof of financial income where it shows I'm getting a monthly gross income of atleast 18k. I thought it was easy. I went back the next day with my 1 month's payslip, my ITR, and my CC billing statements and submitted all requirements to the lady who assisted me. Then she said they can't accept my payslip and that if I want to apply for an additional plan under my name, then I will need to have a CC that has a minimum credit limit of 100k! Such absurdity. I had to explain with this lady that I am just downgrading my phone subscription and applying a broadband connection and I'll be paying the same amount that I am paying every month. She then understood, went inside, and came back after 15 minutes. She then had me sign a couple of documents and advised me that I'll be contacted by the 25th of April by Globe. I've been waiting the entire morning and never heard from anyone. After work, I went to the service center to make a follow-up and it took me 20mins before the lady that I talked to before assisted me. She told me I'll have to wait for my postpaid plan subscription's contract to end before I can get the broadband connection. This doesn't really make sense. So I have to wait until May 1 before they process my broadband subscription. She added that if I would want to apply right away, then I'll need to give them a card statement under my name where it shows that my credit limit is 40k! This is really crap. It's as if she doesn't know what she's talking about. Being the non-confrontational person that I am, I left the center and went straight home.
I got home, checked the Globe website online, and tried to find a way on how to apply for a broadband connection. I called Globe customer service and I was redirected to their sales department. First I asked the lady on the other line the requirements that I'll need to submit if I'll add a broadband service to my existing Globe account. She said I just need to submit a photocopy of my ID, proof of financial income that I am getting a monthly gross income of 12k and that's it. I was surprised to know the 12k because I was expecting like 50k or 60k. I clarified with her and shared my experience with the service center and she said it should only be 12k. So I decided to drop my application in the service center and apply with this lady over the phone. She was very accommodating and she assured me that everything's been taken care of. I am hoping that at least this lady that I talked to did her job right.
Remember the call that I was expecting on the 23rd? After my discussion with the sales rep, I contacted loyalty rewards department and made a follow-up on the case and the call that I should have received on the 23rd. The rep that I talked to said that my concern hasn't been attended to. Now talk about broken promises and no sense urgency. She read the notations on the reference number I provided and still tried to talk me out of it. She asked me what do I want from Globe. I told her I don't want to name my price. What I want Globe to do is to show me how much they value me by giving me what they think I deserve. If they think I'm worth at least a month's worth of service, then I'll be fine with 1 month free service. Globe doesn't know how to value their customers. They don't know what real customer service is. The people working for them, or at least the people I've talked to, don't know their product, don't know how to deal with their customers, and most specially don't care about us.
I am one frustrated customer. With the last call I made, I was given a reference number and was told that I'll get a call within 24-48 hours. I hope they keep their promise and resolve my concerns. I am not asking for too much. I just want to be valued by the company like the rest of their dissatisfied customers. I'll be waiting for their call and if I don't get to hear from them, I'll make my final call to this company and end any relationship that was established.

I formally filed a complaint with the NTC against Globe for a serious breach of contract/service.
Globe Telecom — unjust disruption of dsl service and disrespectful customer service
That was resolved when Globe returned my DSL connection. Now, have to file another complaint with NTC against Globe for data security breach and denial of access to my billing information. In three consecutive incidents, Globe sent me an email notification advising me that I can access my billing information if I send a verification access code to a phone number I have never owned. I immediately demanded to have my bill sent to me and to cease all access verification code emails as I have never requested such procedure.
I will not withdraw my upcoming NTC complaint to teach Globe a costly lesson. They should never push a loyal person (i.e. customer) to the point where the person does not give a damn. Data security breach is a serious offense in North America, Europe and Australia. It will cost any business a hefty penalty which can and will cripple that business.

Couldn't agree more. Globe is a total scam! I called globe to check the update of my change of plan i.e. to lower my bill, about a month ago. Apparently what globe did was to change it but to a higher plan! I wanted to pay a lower price but globe being so idiotic and greedy charged me with higher rates. I called globe today because I noticed the increase in my bill. I demanded to change my plan again because this is not what I asked for. I was just transferred to their many departments -- customer service to loyalty to billing to termination to retention. I've been on the phone for more than an hour. And they asked me to pay Php2, 550 to change my current plan (the plan they change to a higher plan but I didn't ask for it) because it was valid for 6 mos. They wanted to charge me for their fault. I argued that it's not my fault and I didn't consent on changing to a higher plan. I asked them to terminate my plan instead because I'm [censored]ed up of their [censored]s. When I told them that I wanted to terminate my line, they counteroffered me a much lower plan. I have to go all the stress, talk with a lot of people, passed from one department to another, waste my time for an hour and threaten them to terminate my line (which I have for more than 5 years) before they efforted to address my concern. Globe abuses its power of duopoly and is not really concern of their customers. They are so slow to respond, have to call many times before I can talk with customer service representative just to be passed again to another person. Globe just wanted to charge more money. Bad customer service and the company is a total scammer!

Today Flor Domingo fdomingo@dos1.com.ph sent me an email to me that I have unpaid billing of 1500, I can not understand this. This person is not even using the Globe email address, This is probably HOAX but nevertheless I responded the email.
When I filed a complain at SM NOVA they told me to keep the Verification no. encase somebody will send a billing again. The new billing that was just sent are increasing despite the fact that it was terminated since last April they also stop sending me the load of 500 pesos a month..
Since I stop my subscription last April. they stop sending the 500 pesos loading per month, how come they keep on billing without sending the load of 500 pesos a month and it is now increasing every month. before they said I have unpaid 1000 now they are telling I have unpaid 1500. I think this people are not Globe staff they may be got my personal account data at Globe.

I agree 100%. That's why I switched to Smart even if I'm due to receive Globe's "loyalty reward". They've given me P630 rebate before, but didn't inform me that they'll change the charging from per second to per minute.
They're deceiving, they never callback (regardless if you spoke with a CSR, a supervisor or even a manager), they will ask you to call another number for cancellation (such a scam) which will route you to their retention team who will never let you cancel anyway. GLOBE'S A BIG SCAMMER. Notice also that they don't even have a facebook account when most reliable companies have one as a means for consumers to reach out to them.
People say that it's harder with Smart because they have very limited customer service centers, but actually the reason why they have so is because they have functional self-service portals.
Switch to SMART now!

Globe telecom philippines really had bad customer services. Other staff are idiot. I requested for un upgrade of our broadband modem since March 31, 2012. During my follow-up for a confirmed schedule last April 4, it came out that the customer service staff at SM Megamall was not able to report, facilitate my request. Then i made another request thru their customer business service hotline. Again, no report was facilitated and to date no proper action taken yet. They are only very fast in asking for payment and cutting the line of unpaid account. It took me 2 hours to be assisted at SM Megamall last March 31, how inconvenient!

tattoo at home; poor customer support and technical service
I subscribed to Globe's Tattoo at Home, upon installation their technical team used the old bayantel line instead of installing new lines for my globe landline. This resulted to unstable internet connection and frequent disconnections. The previous bayantel line was faulty and informed them of this matter which was the reason whyI switched to Globe. After my countless complaints to their hotline, Globe techincal team still refuses to install new wirings for my globe line. Numerous promises from their agents and supervisors to fix the issue as soon as possible lead to no resolution of the problem. What they do is when i complained, they will make a job order for the technical team, however the technical team closes the job order stating that there were no problems found without visiting the premise. When you complain, Globe find ways to blame you for the problem. Their customer support agents as well as the managers are very rude. They don't listen to your complaints, they just make reasons for their poor service. A wee k since installation and daily complaints resulted to no action from Globe. Only empty promises and excuses are what i got from this company.
Totally agree! - Globe customer service sucks! I reported faulty connections within weeks of installation which resulted in no internet and phone connection. They responded after three days. You lost 3 days of work and they dont even provide you any compensation. Now barely a month after connection, the same thing happened. After reporting the issue to them 2 days ago, here i am still with no phone and internet. Very poor service!

Crappy service. I've been a Globe client for almost a decade now. I recently applied for their Blackberry handset promo (which comes with a new line). Their website info says 2 days only for processing. I waited and kept making a follow-up on the status of my application but no one would tell me why it's taking so long. After a month of waiting, they delivered my new handset at home. I thought the issue was resolved until I tried using the handset...it was defective. All that waiting for nothing. So I went to their Center at SM Manila to return the handset hoping to get a replacement. The rep told me I have to wait another 60-90 days as they would have to send it to SG for review/ fixing. BS. I asked to just have the entire transaction canceled because it was just a nightmare applying for a new line. They said they definitely can cancel it but they would have to charge me the price of the handset. Seriously?!

Nagkaron din po ako ng bad experience dyan sa Globe last friday lang. Me and my classmates went to their office at SM Manila Cyberzone kasi we want to check yung mga postpaid plans na inooffer nila kasi we want na badly ng new phones. While my other classmates are checking on their phones ako naman napansin ko tong guard(well siguro naman siya yung guard don) na sinisita yung dalawang Adamson students bout dun sa paghawak ng tablet kasi nakapulupot na daw yung cord ng tablet sa kinalalagyan nito. Well okay nakapulupot na nga yung cord pero dapat bang pagalit sabihin and at a tone na akala mo pagmamay ari nya yung tablet na hawak ng 2 students..actually napahiya yung 2 students at umalis nalang bigla ng office. Pagkatapos umalis nung 2 ito naman si manong guard pumunta kagad dun sa spot ng may tablet at ginalaw galaw na nga na akala mo baka nasira yung tester product nila.. Later, i ask my classmate na paki kuha naman ako nung brochure nila kasi wala ako makita sa paligid ko. So here it is, binigay na nga sakn ng classmate ko yung brochure, it was a whole bond pare poor quality lang naman. Then i glanced na nga dun sa paper at tinignan ang nilalaman nito. Sabi ko "dan, paki kuha nga uli ako ng ibang brochure kasi hindi naman ito ehh, pang broadband itong brochure".. actually, i hardly see the prints in the paper sobrang liit naman kasi ng mga fonts and you hardly see the pictures! puro broadband see the stick ang pictures na nakikita ko. Tapos sabi ba naman in a sarcastic way ni manong guard saken na.. "hindi mo ba tinignan mabuti? ayan ohh sa taas, ehh yung pictures lang naman ata tinitignan mo ehh" aba kung makareact akala mo siya kinakausap ko? Then nagsalita naman ako " ehh syempre una kong titignan yung pictures kasi yung ung attractive" malamang diba kasi nga ang panget ng quality ng brochure nila! Then i stepped papunta sa mga classmates ko, hinatak ko yung isa tapos sabi ko "halika na nga, umalis na tayo dito! kaya nga umalis yung 2 estudyante kanina ehh.. then walk out na ako at tinitigahn siya.. At ang sama pa ng tingin niya saken ahh.. syempre masama rin tingin ko sa kanya. Actually hindi ito yung first bad experience dun sa office nila sa SM Manila Cyberzone.. matagal na rin akong tinatrato ng ganun ng guard like dun sa 2 Adamson students sa paninita niya inappropriately sa mga customers. Hello? customer po kaya ako! Tapos yung isa ding guard kuno dun na kasama niya tumatawa pa saken nun classmate ko pag alis namen! Sama talaga ng loob ko nung time na yun! I had raised a complaint regarding a very appalling experience at one of their services branch in makati. This was in july. And on it is october, none was done to compensate. They just care about the money the customers pay them and they do not offer a good customer service in return. I believe mobile services is not their product, it is customer service, the way they treat their customers matters most than their product.

cannot reload call card
I bought a 100 peso globe call card for my prepaid phone. While reloading, got this message, "I' am sorry, but you are not allowed to recharge" and got cut off right away. I again tried after a couple of minutes but got the same message. I called customer service, although the guy at the other end sounded fairly accommodating, they didn't have an exact answer why it wasn't going through. They just suggested to try again in a couple of hours (with apologies) since they didn't find any issues on my account. Again called, did as I was told, And they still could not resolve my issue, this time, was advised to try after 24 hours (How convenient!) So I said "ok" since number1, it was useless to argue with CSR's who seem to only rely on their FAQ sheet, and number2, They cant go further than number1, and leaves me no options anyway. So I tried after 24hours, got the same issue, called customer service, And this time they Finally decided to refer the issue to their supervisor, and was told, they will do the reloading on their side that will take 3days to process!
To me this is unacceptable. If I cannot refund the call card (which they can verify if i go to any of their shops) they could at least resolve the issue on the same day. They have verified through the ccard serial number that it was valid so whats with all the intricacies? And why do we have to go through all this and just be contented on this kind of service? Is it because, this companies know for a fact that, we the people just have to accept that even though they can only offer this level of quality of service, We the people will still patronize them. Why? Number1, We can't just change numbers, and inform all our valuable contacts of the change. Number2, They have the better network coverage in the areas where we frequently use the service. This is the sad truth.. Globe Telecom is one of the huge and dominant telecom provider in the Philippines, they make a very good profit, I just hope they improve their service and help change a culture of a cynical society. - afc

i totally agree! i am having the same problem since yesterday while loading a 100 peso call card and i still couldn't get it to work up to this very minute. it always says i am not allowed to recharge. the hell! whatever the hell that means! i am going to the nearest globe shop and they will have to load me another 100 or hell will break loose!

I just want to tell you guys that Globe is just a mess!
I registered to Surf all day plan (P20/24hrs) last night, around 8:47PM.
After receiving the confirmation that I can use the unlimited browsing of facebook for the next 24hrs, I started to browse the site.
While browsing, there's an error message that says "request time out", so I checked my balance. It says that I only have P5 balance. So I was wondering, because I still have a 10 peso balance after I registered. So i just ignored it and browse again. Then same error showed. I check again my balance, and it became P0.00! So I was pissed off. I reload again which is P10. And same thing happened! So I wasn't able to use the promo. I can't call the customer service because my load is insufficient, of course! Globe stole it! So I tried chat @ globe.com.ph.
And whenever I explain my inquiry to the representatives, they always disconnect me! The names where Belle, Hanzel, Ardee and Princess. They are such stupid! They can't answer my concern. They should resign from being a customer care representative!
And this morning I reload again. I called Customer service at 211.
I spoke to Michaela. She as nice, she addressed my concern and gave me a reference number : NVA11080000397 and was given a time frame of 5days for my inquiry. Then I asked her that I will browse again because according to her, my surf all day plan is still active, so I did that. And guess what? same ### happened! They stole my load!
I'm so disappointed with GLOBE! I just wanna get my load back, that's it!

defective phone
My Blackberry Bold 9700 was defective, and its covered by warranty. I brought the unit to Globe Telecom. I was told that the unit will be repaired for at least a month or two. After three months of waiting, i went to Globe to pick-up my phone, surprisingly when the staff evaluated the unit, the unit wont reboot and wont turn on, the unit was still defective. I was given the same reason "the unit will be repaired for at least a month or two."
Does it really take this long?
What should I do next? Continue waiting? Follow up? Or write Blackberry?
It's very inconvenient and annoying.
