Global Visas urgent/express visa for Kenya

#2311457

I applied for an urgent/express visa for Kenya on the 16th November of USD $253. The website stated it could be delivered within 6 hours.

I only received the visa on the 20th Kenya, days late. I was to have arrived in Kenya on the 18th and left on the 19th but had to change my flight (also at additional expense) because my visa had not come through.

This was very costly not only financially but for the commitments I had to cancel. I understand you may not be able to refund the $50 for the Kenyan govt fee but I request to be refunded on your fees for an express service which did not deliver at all. I was concerned that I had been scammed as the visa did not come through but now I am trusting in your integrity to refund what was not delivered as promised. Thank you

PS I was applying whilst in South Africa

Claimed loss: USD $253

Desired outcome: Refund

Global Visas UK gvs

Initially I was looking for information on the web how to apply for a british passport I am canadian my father was born in the uk and apparently citizenship is handed down from parent to child. I came across uk gvs and spoke with the gentleman and explained what I wanted to do. He said they do visa passports but can also stir me in the right direction for a british passport... I was passed on to another representative who took my information and after explaining everything inform me it was 800 british pounds for their services which is $1400 cdn... I wasn't too happy but paid. Now 3 days later after submitting my canadian passport proof of address ect... I received the phone call from another representative for the next step which he said would include lots of paperwork which would have been fine... However then he informed me another $3,000 was due! An actual passport in the uk is 82 british pounds... Their reasoning is it is difficult to obtain a passport and they make the process simpler all for over 4 thousand dollars😡 do yourself a favor run the other way this company are nothing but scammers... I can't even believe there are positive reviews.

I am out $1400!

Desired outcome: Refund

Global Visas UK Global Visa Services

I have reached out to this people in February 2022, asking for assistance with going to the UK. They said I can give you their names, UK Global Services help with a person to get the right to work and live in the UK and they will help with job application. From April after I submitted my everything, untill Aug I begged for feedback. they said I can go for my TB test. 3 weeks after my application I begged for an answer. Phoning them costing me a lot of airtime, they now say finding a sponsor is my responsiblity and there was a confusion. Confusion my [censored]. If I had to search for a sponsor I can do that without paying anyone. I

Desired outcome: want my money back please. I live in SA and this was a fraud and misleading information and to transfer money is a lot. The rand to the doller is expensive. Please please, I can pay my Uni fees with that money.

Global Visas ripoff and full of [censor]

I am sorry but I don't recommend this company global visas in london.. I also have my reasons why. I applied for a visa in 2005 that was not even processed nor was approved.in fact my wife at the time did not even hand her passport in to apply for my pr in the UK.in other words the visa application probably never even got send in for processing. When I asked a South African Bloke Sheldon I believe his name was for a refund. Global visas replied. Due to the amount of work put into this application we are unable to refund your money... What a load of [censor].in my opinion id rather use a different agent. Not global visas in london.

Also iv spoken to global again in 2006 about settling in new sealant. They told me it was almost unheard of with someone that had my background. The funny thing is in 2007 I called again... And spoke to a clown who again told me the same [censor]... However when I told him your full of crap as I actually was granted residency he went very quite...

Global Visas Breach of contract and service

I become a client of Global Visas in August 2010 for myself Ratan Singh Potiwal and my daughter Tamana Kareena Kaur Potiwal. We applied for the PIO for India when enquiring with Global Visas i was told that i was ok to apply for the PIO for India.
Global visas had taken the full payment from me for there management fees and the visas fees Global visas took a total of nearly £1300 for there management fees for myself and my daughter. Once taken the full payment from me then they asked for my documents from me and my daughter they told me i was eligible for a PIO fir India because my wife was a Indian national. My case worker at the Time was Razim Patel when sending all my documents to him the file was passed on to the Indian High Commission In London from August to November 2010 it took over 3 moths for the high commission to refuse the case because my marriage was not registered at the time in india but Razim did know that my marriage was not registered but he told me that we will send the file any way they might accept or they might not.

so the Indian high Commission did not accept the file for me and my daughter they would not accept this until my marriage was registered in india. So i told global visas to return the file back to me they told me i could have this done in the india office once i got the marriage registered. I told them ok so they passed the file to the india office but before this i told them to i will like to cancel the case and for them to refund me the fees which i paid them i was told that once the fees are paid that they cannot be refunded because the work had been carried out even they knew the visas will not be issued because we never had a registered marriage in india.

Razim Patel told me because they will not refund because they did the 5 year multiple visa for me which they did not i went to london myself to give in the application for the multiple visa then went back 2 days later to collect the visas there is just no communication with this company and with its staff with there clients when i arrived in to New Delhi and i went to the office there they told me the same thing that they will send the file even though the marriage was not registered.

this company is decieving all its customers and are not commiting to what they are saying they will do from the welcome letter they send me here are a few points they state that they commit to its clients

Global Visas provide a detailed consultation on your case, this will take place once you become our client ( once they have taken the payment this is what they mean)
We investigate your immigration history in detail to ensure we understand all possible area (they never did this then)
as part of the consultation it is important to OBEY your case manager (what does this mean we must do as they say)
So i am hoping that Trading Standards will be able to help me on this occasion all i ask is for my money back for the work they never actually done or if you can advice me please i have been waiting for Global Visas to get in touch with me for the last 5 months and nothing is happening i am thinking of going to the BBC watchdog to about this.

I am sure u must of had many complaints about Global Visas and Liam Cliiford

Global Visas Immigration

After hearing from my friends to apply for canada, i tried several websites to check my eligibility.
I been approached by few agency and one of them was global visas consultant.
Their customer care manager was lady who talk to me for more than hour and because they got my detail
From assessment form, she told me i am eligible for work and live categories.
I told her that i tried by myself for job in canada but no lwherm anyuck from anywhere.

She told me they are professional in visas and internation recruitment so called master of master who knows what they are doing.
So she convienced me to pay fees because its few application left for agency.
On my queries for not getting job from canadian company even after giving them my case she replied
:dont worry we have 99. 99 ratio of getting job, we have experties in getting people job.
And untill we dont get you job we will dont leave you.

So believing her fake promise i paid 600pound and remaining 1800pound on installment.
So after spending 2400pound they give me one c. V to apply for job and one covering letter ffrom them which have no impact on any company.

There supposed to single application for case worker to look after but unfortunately case worker are busy in other client and work so they couldn't get me single job interview in 8 month period.

On asking for progress threy replied they are applying behalf of me i saw they appled 20 application in 8 month. And they told me to apply myself so i did but eventually i was told there 6 month od is finished. Means they no longer handle my case.
I was furious on manager but she was left the firm and new guy was another side.
Who said from now on if i get job myself then they will do documentation and visa filing nothing else.
For asking refund they said they tried for 8 month but due to low demand in sector i didnt get reply so they cant give me money back.

So now i am short 2500 pound in pocket with wasting 8 month on some fake promises.

My advise to all friends never pay single penny.
If they know what they do and confident on their work they give you result you give them money.
I learn if you give money they take your trust and run. . . Run. . . Run. . .

In January my husband and I decided we would like to go to Canada we decided to contact professionals which lead us to Global Visas, our consultant was Nozipho van Jaarsveld, we had a telecom with her to discuss whether we are good candidates to apply for a student permit. We had a strong case. After having a consultation we were told which documents to...

This company is 100% fraud. They took my money and now threatening me to pay them more.
My advice is follow this link :
And secondly sue the company on www.moneyclaim.gov.uk this is a government website and will charge small amount of court fees. But you will get your money + Court fees back from them.

I just had a very interesting phone conversation with a friend of mine in Cebu. Her and I both purchased the Global Visas scam product last year called IES. She has just received a refund from them and this is how she did it.

Turns out the government has decided the product IES is defined as illegal recruitment. All you need to do is call Police Chief Inspector Alexis Hallares Relado at [protected] and he will help you with the paperwork for the fiscal. My friend got her 100, 000 back plus damages. Global Visas fake and scam

COMPLAINT
I started my free assessment on GLOBAL VISAS website to check whether I qualify for the CANADIAN IMMIGRATION or not. Very next day I received a phone call from customer services representative (SHARMIN) and we arranged a meeting in the second week of November 2012.They sent me a ‘SO CALLED CLIENT CARE LETTER’ and I took it into the meeting to understand all the points. She told me it doesn’t relate to your case and you will get the right one according to the terms and conditions which we will decide. She started discouraging me about the genuine CANADIAN IMMIGRATION although I was eligible for it. In the meantime she started giving me advice about LIVE & WORK in CANADA. She gave me poor advice and was making false claims of success while representing global visas. She told me, ‘securing a job in Canada is not a big deal for global visas as they have very good links with the employers and have their own recruitment agency. We will secure your job and then we will apply for LMO (LABOUR MARKET OPINION).We will amend your CV according to international standards and start searching for jobs on regular basis. You will see the results and if global visas will be unable to secure a job, a full refund will be given’.
Global Visas agreed to charge me £1800 for the full job (Live and work/LMO) and in 4instalments. First instalment I paid them in the office through my debit card of £450 on 23rd of November, 2012 and asked them for the written agreement and receipt as well but nothing provided. Then they gave me login and password to access my account and I ticked the terms and condition to access my account as how they trap their clients to enter into a fake agreement. It was my biggest mistake as it was client care letter and when I read it, everything was opposite as described by the customer services representative ( SHARMN ).I spoke to them personally in the office number of times, but I never got a written agreement for my case. Then they started applying for the jobs on my behalf and they started charging my debit card without my permission and I never allowed them to take payment in any form as it was related to the progress of the case according to my first meeting with SHARMIN.
So In reality, progress of my case with facts and figures was as follows
Total No of jobs applied:
January (09/01/2013) 5 jobs
February (11/02/13) 5jobs
Total No of links sent to me:
January (from 9 – 24) 38
February (11/02/13) 07
More than 60% of those links sent to me were not relevant with my experience, or the positions were outdated or expired. (All related emails attached)

And here are some facts I am going to describe about payment

Global Visas charged me for the work not had done, charged my account without my permission and in advance sometimes more than 2 weeks (providing all the emails sent by me as complain).

My first instalment was due on Sun Dec 23 2012
And payment was taken out on 21/12/2012 (2 days earlier)
And I was unable to use my funds 10 days earlier

My second instalment was due on Tue Jan 22 2013
And payment was taken out on 17/01/2013 (5 days earlier than agreed time)
And again I was unable to use my funds 12 days earlier

My third and final instalment was due on Thu Feb 21 2013
And I was unable to use my funds 15 days earlier than agreed instalment date.

I spoke to SANTANDER all the times and they told me payment has been initiated by global visas so you are unable to use your available balance. Santander can’t stop this payment as you should speak to GLOBAL VISAS to sort this dispute first. So I decided to cancel my card which I cancelled on 20th of March as I can’t trust GLOBAL VISAS any more.

On 16 March, 2013 I stopped GLOBAL VISAS for all the services and hard work which they are providing me from last 4 months as I was totally disappointed. I just asked my case worker about refund policy as I didn’t receive any written agreement and next day she sent me an email regarding to the ‘UNSUCCESSFUL REFUND’ according to the terms and conditions of FAKE CLIENT CARE LETTER which GLOBAL VISAS got ticked by me FRAUDLENTLY.I initiated a written complaint to them as I am unable to speak or see personally any manager or directors, they don’t allow me and they have taken all the payments which is mis- sold of their fake services and fraud on the name of immigration. I got same response as ‘according to client care letter, they have provided me all the services’ and my account is closed.

They charged me around £1620(10% discount) for just changing the format of my CV and 10 applications in reality on my behalf especially no any application from last 7 weeks (before account closed) after the clearance of all instalments. They charged my debit card for the work not had done and without my permission and mostly in advance.

By seeing all the reality which I described earlier in detail about professional negligence and inappropriate services full of false claims of success and fraud agreement never signed provided by global visas to me, I am fully qualified for full refund according to their own so called client care letter.

I am one of the client of GlobalVisas from the Philippines, and just was last week, they send out a notification that their Phippine close last Sept. 30, 2013 without prior notice. According to that email, within 48 hours, my new case manager will to contact me for the updates and other arrangement. However, until this writting, no one had contacted me yet. They don't even reply to my emails and feedback. I even tried calling their UK office but they channel me to their Dubai office. Unfortunately I tried many times calling their Dubai office but no one is answering. I really want my refund since I don't get the service which they promise. However, I don't how to do it, since they no longer have office in the Philippines.

Global Visas unauthorised withdrawals with no refunds!

Global Visas prey on your dreams and will tell you what you want to hear, and not the true facts. I had a consultation with them for about an hour and half and surprisingly they found a way for me to go to Australia …yet my job or job title was not listed on the skills assessment list or on any regional sponsor states lists!

They reckoned that I would be eligible to go under another job title since it sounded similar to my current title, but yet the job descriptions were not the same!

Unfortunately for me I was sold knowing that if my skills assessment come back unsuccessful, that would be fine. So I took the risk and I paid them the first payment, yep big mistake…

I was told under the instruction, that after the skills assessment come back successful then further payments will be made. Nope, 30 Days later a second amount was taken without any notification from my bank account …I was disgusted and demanded that they refund the amount taken and mentioned what had been said to me.

Global Visas didn’t want to know and denied such conversation took place, so they are refusing to refund the money…

I know going to try and reclaim the whole amount back from my bank, since one payment was at least unauthorised and no work has been completed!

So this story is to be continued…

We will secure your job and then we will apply for LMO (LABOUR MARKET OPINION). You will see the results and if global visas will be unable to secure a job, a full refund will be given’.

Global Visas agreed to charge me £1800 for the full job (Live and work/LMO) and in 4instalments. First instalment I paid them in the office through my debit card of £450 and asked them for the written agreement and receipt as well but nothing provided.

Then they gave me login and password to access my account and I ticked the terms and condition to access my account as how they trap their clients to enter into a fake agreement. It was my biggest mistake as it was client care letter and when I read it, everything was opposite as described by the customer services representative ( SHARMN )

.I spoke to them personally in the office but I never got a written agreement for my case.

And here are some facts I am going to describe about payments

Global visas charged me for the work not had done, charged my account without my permission and in advance sometimes more than 2 weeks

I spoke to my bank all the times and they told me payment has been initiated by global visas so you are unable to use your available balance.

I got same response as according to client care letter, they have provided me all the services and my account is closed.

They charged me around £1620(10% discount) for changing the format of my CV and 10 applications in reality on my behalf especially no any application from last 7 weeks (before account closed) after the clearance of all instalments.

Global Visas no help... no refund

No help... And no refund when requested.
I want someone from global visas to contact me so that we can arrange a refund.
I have had little to no assistance from global visas in regards to our visa application. Once they have the money they dont want to help you. They send our cv out to job openeings that my husband does not even qualify for for, and the cv has errors that they need to fix, but they still send it out just like that. Never use global visa!

COMPLAINT AGAINST GLOBAL VISAS ( FAKE AND SCAM ORGANISATION )

I started my free assessment on GLBOAL VISAS website in the third week of November 2012 to check whether I qualify for the CANADIAN IMMIGRATION or not.

Very next day I received a phone call from customer services representative SHARMIN and we arranged a meeting in the last week of November 2012. We will secure your job and then we will apply for LMO (LABOUR MARKET OPINION). You will see the results and if global visas will be unable to secure a job, a full refund will be given’.

Try to get your bank to reverse the changes... i've setup a site http://www.globalvisas.info/ to try an help others, but most of all to stop other users from making the same mistake I did. The only other option is to take them to court...I'm in the same situation as you, and I plan to hit the company hard!

Global Visas - fraud

I paid Global Visa's £1500 for a visa/job to work in Australia, but all they did was format my CV and apply for jobs on job web sites like monster.com. Six months later- no job, no visa, and no refund. If you have been ripped off by this company, dont waste your time complaining to them or any other agency, just ring the UK Fraud Police: http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud

Global Visas Its a Scam

I have applied to the Global Visa to help me to get to Canada, as I am working in construction sector they told it is a very big demand of construction jobs over there .I have been told by Global Visa they will secure a visa and work permit for me for Canada. They will prepare documents that will be passed over to their Canadian branch who work full time on securing jobs for their clients.Interviews will then be conducted via Web Cam and telephone .Once I accept a job offer they can get you to Canada within 14 weeks.
To start the process of securing employment and getting me over to Canada I have paid 2000 euro so far .At this stage I have got the resume into an International standard and an email from wich say that they hope that it will assist me further with my search for employment overseas. So the service is far from thruth they were saying from the beginning, (no interviews arrangements, no canadian recruitment branch) I wanted to withdraw and get my money back and they said I am not eligible for refund. Please help.I didn`t get to college because have plans for Canada.
