I found out after investigating duel citizenship, as a *** citizen, with ***, that I was eligible for citizenship by descent as my mother was born in Canada. Of course it involved much documentation, overwhelming for me. I enlisted the services of Canada Citizenship Help. *** was my representative. He walked me through the process, obtaining documents that I did not have. I'm happy to say that I received my Certificate of Citizenship yesterday. I couldn't be happier and thank *** and Canada Citizenship help.

Having received my *** Citizenship papers last week, I cant help but recognize *** and the wonderful people at Canada Citizenship who made this possible. *** responded promptly whenever there was a question or concern. The most helpful people I have ever come across! Assisted me with my children's passports, and when I had a problem with the birth date on one's passport/ citizenship certificate, they went over and beyond to help me correct the issue - something I would have had tremendous difficulty accomplishing on my own. I was a little hesitant to send personal information to a service I found on-line but my fears were put to rest early on. Questions via email and phone calls at times were always answered in a timely matter generally with in hours or the next day and the staff were always helpful and friendly ...and patient as at first I was a bit worried about the delays but that had only to do with the slow down of the Ministry due to COVID. My brother will also use this service. All of the information I needed at the beginning of the process was done very quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but high marks and regard for this service. Good to be Canadian.

My wife (*** Born Citizen) and I (*** Born Citizen) recently had our first baby son in November in ***! I wanted to give my highest recommendation for the help I received through *** and the staff at Canada help. I started my quest for Canadian Citizenship in 2020 during the covid shutdown. The staff helped me make sure my application was done perfectly and that the process was seamless. Canada help was always very supportive and helped me along the way. I just received my Canadian citizenship certificate and am so happy the process is complete. Throughout the journey I was always able to rely on the professionalism, support and great help of *** and his staff. I can not recommend them enough. This is an EXCELLENT service. I was born in Canada, but have lived in the US for almost my whole life. My 3 kids were born and raised in the US. But we are all 4 Canadian citizens by virtue of me having been born in Canada. The only document I had was my birth certificate. Using this service, I got a replacement birth certificate, certificates of citizenship for all 3 of my kids, and Canadian passports for all 4 of us. I had been wanting to do this for years, but was daunted by the process and paperwork. Then I discovered this service, and with their help I was able to work through and get all 8 of the above documents. I applied for my Canadian citizenship in November with the expectation the process would last 4-5 months. Of course, then the Covid 19 virus impacted all facets of life including this application process, elongating the waiting time to 18 months as the Registrar of Citizenship was forced to shut down for several months. During that time the Canadian Citizenship Help could not have been more supportive and informative on how things were progressing. I'm not sure how I could have done this without their assistance. They provided the appropriate forms to apply, and addressed all the questions i had to be able to move the application process forward. I highly recommend them to assist in this process. You won't regret it!

This month I shall Apply for my Canadian Passport and have contacted *** at Canada Citizenship Help. I am so happy as I just received my certificate of Canadian Citizenship. and this service are, in a word, excellent. He guided me through this process from start through finish. He helped me obtain my mothers birth certificate, which was the first step. My mother passed in ***, and I have lost contact with that entire branch of the family. I thought getting her birth certificate would be impossible, given that *** vital records are sealed for 100 years, and she was born in the 30's. *** helped me navigate this, and with the birth certificate in hand, helped me obtain my citizenship certificate. He was amazingly adept at the workings of the arcane details of this process, and was deft at keeping me informed throughout a process that was very drawn-out due to covid shutdowns in the citizenship workings in the *** government. Now, we're working together on getting my passport. I have nothing but the strongest appreciation and admiration for *** and this service.

can not thank the staff enough for their help. I can see several areas where I would have made mistakes and had my application denied and returned. By using Canada AG Immigration & Citizenship Services, all the stress and confusion was eliminated - they took care of the process for me. The team (especially ***) was always kind and patient with all my inquiries and they fixed all my mistakes. My Certificate of Citizenship was slow in coming due to the Covid slow down, but it came. And so did my *** Passport (very fast now that Covid is over). Again, if anyone wants a professional team to help expedite your *** Citizenship or Passport applications, this is the team to use. Their fees are well worth it and once they submit your paperwork, you can rest assured it is all correct and you will be receiving your Certificate or Passport without any delays. I can not recommend them highly enough. I'd still be jumping through the hoops had I not used them. Great job and great stress reliever.

This company took $375 from me to file documents for Canadian citizenship through descent, but they should have known that the laws changed in 2009 and citizenship through grandparents is no longer allowed. I sent my documents to them, but they claimed not to receive them. When I threatened to involve the police, they suddenly found them. I asked for my money back and my documents returned, but they refused and wanted me to pay more. I said no and threatened to involve the police again. They said I withdrew my application, but they never filed one for me. They have my personal documents, and I want them destroyed so they cannot steal my identity. I don't believe these people are legitimate. The $375 was paid by credit card, and the documents are colored copies, not originals. These people should not be in business.

I been workin with Canada Citizenship Help *** for few months on gettin a Canadian Citizenship Certificate. I was tryin to get a photo for my passport and sent it to CCH last week, but they didn't say they got it. I tried callin and emailin them five times and they ain't answerin. They don't even got a address on their site, but they say they part of Canada AG Immigration & Citizenship Services ***. I left a bunch of messages for them too, but nothin. I paid $375.00 USD to Canada Citizenship Help in November last year. It's weird cuz they was helpful before. Can you help me figure out why they ain't doin their job no more?
